I don't understand why it takes 2 hours to do an oil change and a tore rotation, but it seems to always take at least an hour and a half and today it's 2 hours later and I'm still sitting here waiting for them to finish.I love the buy 3 get 1 free from Tire Rama, but the location on 3rd has become my last choice of the 3 Tire Ramas in Great Falls. They always just take way too long to do an oil change.

I called all over town, but couldn t find anyone to mount and balance my giant tires. I was given a recommendation to try here and glad I did. They did a fantastic job and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

BAD BAD BAD,Chuck is an .Called for truck tire around 5 pm.I was asked to pay for an after hour rates 2x $175 per hour(it was not even after hours).After I asked some questions ,he said:you know what?I don t n t want to do your tire.TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!This is the the last truck we are sending tho this forgotten place on EARTH!!!

Great store and great service. I appreciate that the guys that work there always tell me what's going on without any attempts at up-sells or pressure to do additional services. They are also straight forward and honest with my wife which is no always the case. They've gone out of their way to help her with issues in the past when I've been away on work trips, and she hasn't ever felt like they were talking down to her. Just a great small town kinda business.

I've always liked going to TireRama wherever I live, they always do a fantastic job for a good price and their customer service is always on point!! I really trust this business with my precious car! This particular location has all these excellent qualities as well as some really attractive people working there! Definitely recommend!

While waiting for my RV wheel alignment I witnessed the staff going the extra mile for other customers. They even drove to another Tire Rama and picked up a used tire so the customer didn't have to buy a new one. Unfortunately one of my wheel covers fell off on the highway. They replaced it with grace. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

we searched allllll over town looking for tires for our rv. we were about to give up when we called this tire rama . they were the only shop in all of great falls to carry our tire size at a great price . not to mention they stayed late to put the tires on and switched out our other two tires . They seemed very family oriented at it meant a lot to know my family would be safe on our road trip because of their dedicated service .

Great service and great people!!! We drive a big rig and they took care of our flatt tire on our trailer as quick as possible. We couldn't have asked for more without having an appointment. Thanks Greg and to all your techs.

Got me in quick. I needed winter tires for my RV. If my hubcap had been put back on properly, I'd have given a 5 star review. As it was, I had to get help to put it back on so it didn't fall off in transit. To be fair, I didn't go back as I was too far away when I noticed. I'll give them another shot though. No harm no foul.

I came in at 11:20 am on Friday the 26th of April for four brand new cooper tires. I was told one vehicle was ahead of me. 1HR 1/2 later they took my truck back. By far the slowest tire shop I ve ever been to. Every time I asked why other cars that had come in 30 minutes after me were going in before me I got the answer I don t know! Slow, inefficient, and lacks customer service. Tires were priced good tho.

They are very nice to you if you're looking to buy tires and that's why I started going to them but if you want a flat repair or tire rotation that you get with your warranty on the tires they seem to do everything to shoo you away.I called and trief to make an appointment for a tire rotation and fix a tire that had a screw in it. They said no first come first serve and I understand that. So I went in on my day off. I work nights and sleep the early part of the day. I showed up at 4:30 p.m. they close at 6 p.m. They said yes they might be able to have my flat fixed by 6 but won't be able to do the tire rotation I said okay and then they called me at 5:30 p.m. and said your trucks ready for pickup we fixed the flat when I showed up to pick up my vehicle the tire rotation was not complete I was told they did not have time for that I used to be a service tech and I used to only get paid 18 minutes for a tire rotation it's that easy plus they already had one tire off to fix my flat. Next time the next time I decide to spend at least $1, 200 on tires I'm definitely going to look into customer service reviews for tires that were purchased earlier.

My brake light went on as I was pulling out of town. I turned around and went straight to Tire Rama. Both the mechanics were at lunch. So I just hung out. A banjo bolt broke holding my brake line into the caliper. The mechanic took the time to explain it to me! There were issues getting a part but that was on the parts place not tire rama. One of the guys actually went and got the part. I was also given a beverage while I waited. Which was three hours total. That can be a long time to wait but it wasn't bad. My rig is fixed, I made it back home and I'm safe. I'll go back to Tire rama west any day of the week and I live in a different town.

First time I was here I had scheduled an alignment on my vehicle. After waiting 3 hours the tech brings it back. Get home and notice my steering wheel is not clocked to the center. Make an appointment for 3 pm for them to make it straight. 4:10 still not in the shop and I m sitting here watching people go in and out with their vehicles. Why make a 3pm appointment if you are not going to be anywhere near that time?

My wife, the boys, �nd I drove up here from California for a funeral service. Of course, the weather was not in our favor during the week of Feb 25th. My wife called Tire-Rama off 3rd St NW on Feb 28 to install chains we had brought with us since we were sliding with our rear wheel drive vehicle. They were very professional and down to earth people, took us in right away, even their service gentlemen stay after the business was closed to complete the installation. I went back today to have the chains taken off and rotate the tires. You guys definitely earn my loyalty and business, until next time. Thank you!

If google allowed zero stars, that is what I would rate this tire shop. Twice I've stopped in, several months apart, to see about some slow leaks getting checked and repaired. Both times I was in the door just after the man unlocked to open in the morning with no one ahead of me. Both times I was told it would be several hours before anyone could get to me because "I've already got two ahead of you and we don't start until 8." The doors open at 7:30 but nobody does any work until 8?!?! Techs were standing around having their morning coffee and there was no other customers even in the store! When I said nevermind I would go somewhere else, nobody at this store even blinked an eye. Definitely will not be visiting another Tire-Rama because of this poor service.

Went in to get slow leak and tires rotated and balanced. Also for an estimate for my brakes. Got a very exaggerated quote. Truck was shaking from tires not being balanced all the way home. And when I got home the slow leak tire was flat.

Ordered tires a week prior to my appointment, got there and they were already behind. After waiting for two hours they call me to the desk and they don t have my tires that I ordered! Two hours I waited for them to tell me they didn t have my tires. Don t go here!

Lied to me when i first called about a used tire to replace my blown out one. Then wanted to charge me 95 dollars for a less than 2 mile service call

Brought my truck in for a front end alignment left with them for 2 hours never received a call walk inside mark B had an attitude said it needs more parts! quoted out 1025 for ball joints and alignment 259 dollars for lowers and 190 for uppers which is insanely marked up considering they get there parts from Napa, no printout for alignment which means it was never on the rack

Came in on a Saturday at 12:11. Online says they are open until 4. The shop actually closes at 12 on Saturdays.
