Our experience at Taylor s was great! We were having trouble finding an affordable car for our high school student and Tom was looking out for us. He sent us cars we might be interested in as soon as he could and we were able to purchase a great used car! Thanks Tom!

Love our new 2024 GMC truck! Ralph, as always is great to work with. He explained as aspects of the new truck. Hunter in the financing department made everything simple! Everyone from the owners down are very personable. Highly recommend Taylor s for your next purchase.

Great to work with, Austin Epperson helped me get the vehicle I wanted. I looked at trucks for months and test drove quite a few. At the end of the day I found a truck that fit my needs in my price range, and was sold a vehicle I wanted not what the salesman wanted to sell me. Great service fron the rest of the staff aswell.

Unprofessional and petty. Had my vehicle appointment in June for warranty claim for a seat heater, rear passenger door lock, and service light for transmission temp control, that I knew about but was curious if my warranty covered it. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15am and they had it all day for these Minor issues. I was told over the phone that my door lock was working perfectly and the tech found no problem. When I arrived I was billed a ridiculous amount for EACH monitor problem. I was unaware about separate diagnostic billing wasn t disclosed to me before hand. They also claimed I had leaking transmission lines (not true) and was billed diagnostic for that I pre paid for the transmission fluid for that fix. When I picked up my truck, the door lock I stayed was still inoperable. So needless to say I was upset for the poor trouble shooting I paid for. I didn t mention that they didn t fix anything and they had to order all the parts. Two months go by without a call back after I left several voicemails to schedule a repair appointment. I did leave a one star review from my experience. I finally got a call back from a service associate telling me all my parts were canceled and they don t want my business since I left a negative review. So they took my money and stole from me after I paid for the transmission fluid. Zero refund. I have bought two vehicles and have used their service department in the past years. This is how they treat a local and military vet. Please seek out smaller local shops to support them. Not these crooks.

From the very first interaction with your sales guy Carlos this experience with Taylor s Auto Max has been phenomenal!! I had hit a deer and needed a new vehicle, he went above and beyond to get me into an amazing vehicle! I am so satisfied with the quality of service that Carlos gave!! Thank you for making this an easy process!!

They are pleasant and cooperative on the phone. They are quick to take your car into the shop when you arrive. You do have to wait over an hour, but they do a thorough job, even washing your vehicle at the end! We always take our vehicles here and also purchase them at Taylor's. Ask for Ron Cooper!

They sold me a truck that won t pass emissions due to a modded exhaust sold me a worthless extended warranty and will not refund. I would not recommend buying from them until they resolve this issue. Be careful dealing with them.

Had a breakdown while traveling cross country. Found this place just a few blocks from us. It was near end of the day but they got the truck in and diagnosed. The next morning they had repairs done and back on the road. Just super people. Highly recommend

Always taking good care of our cars. We've done two leases and we see them for all three of our Nissan cars to keeping up on their maintenance. They're great. If they can't fix something they don't hesitate to finding a place that does for a good price nonetheless. They rather save you money so you will continue to come back in the future. They also keep track of recalls and fix the problems and they sell great vehicles. Thanks to my dad for sending me here.

I know a few of the employees at Taylor's auto max and they are stand up guys. And the ones at the service desk are top notch. We have dealt with other places and they gave my girlfriend the run around but not here they have worked with us on the car and have been exceptional every single time. I will continue to use them because they give honest results every time

Taylors service center employees are always polite and courteous and have never tried to up sale me on anything. If your getting your oil changed it's done quickly, correctly, and when your done they will wash your vehicle. The coffee is a little weak however, so get your coffee act together Taylors!

Great customer service in the service center. My oil change and tire rotation was done within an hour which was very reasonable for a Saturday.
