The service was quick. They were right there answering questions, I was in & out in no time at all! 5 stars all the way around! I'll definitely be going back again!

Brought my vehicle in for a joint/alignment issue that was very apparent to me when driving. They force you to pay a diagnostic fee to look at your vehicle. When I returned for my vehicle they stated that they couldn t find a problem, but to let the joint issue get worse so they could have an easier time finding the problem when I bring the vehicle back. They wrote on the service agreement they would wave the diagnostic fee on the next visit since they failed to diagnose anything. When I called to schedule the next visit they refused to honor the fee waiver and Walter, the service technician hung up the phone on me. We went in person to try and talk to them a couple days later and they denied ever talking with me and said they don t need to honor the waiver due to a change in ownership, even though this is the exact same service center. I ve never encountered a business that doesn t honor service agreements for a reasonable time frame when there is a change in management. Terrible service center and terrible customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Easy to schedule & to drop off vehicle. Staff listens, and is helpful. Called when unexpected work needed done with a price quote. Pricing seems fair.

Chris, Todd, Stan and Gaylene are amazing!!! Their service is top notch!!! It is the only place I'll take my vehicles and I don't own a Subaru!!! That says something right there!!!
