Traveling to Great Falls and had a boulder hit right below line of sight on drivers side and caused a nasty crunch ring the size of a half dollar. Pulled into Safelite in GF and was greeted by a young man who was very polite and he told me the probability of fixing that was very low, not sure if the glue would take or not and he took the truck into the garage, said it would be 45 minutes. Well, about 20 mins. later, Trix drove the truck out and said she was surprised that the glue took hold, but there was a scar on the windshield though. Well, they did a bang up job on fixing that crunch and I really thank them for really giving there best, one of the best windshield repair places I have ever been too, outstanding customer service plus great attitudes, yes, I will go back if in the Great falls area again if another rocks hits, thank you folks at Safelite Great Falls

Made an appointment last week to get a 3 1/2 inch crack in my cars windshield stopped from progressing. My appointment was for this morning. When I arrived a technician was sent out to look at the crack and move my car into the shop. The technician promptly said that he could not repair the crack because it was too long. I informed him that I had cracks that length repair at other places before. He said that he could not repair it so that it would not continue cracking. I did not believe that so I left and took my vehicle to Glass Doctor where the technician said he could repair it and took only about 20 minutes to do so. I recommend Glass Doctor for your windshield repairs, but not Safelite AutoGlass.

Absolutely fantastic service! I would definitely go back and I would recommend to anybody!I worked with a young lady who was extremely knowledgeable, really helpful and very accommodating.I haven't received customer service like that in a very long time!!!She should be proud of what she does!

They are friendly, but if you have a drop off appointment for all day, they will take all day. The first time they had to reschedule me for another day because they couldn't get my front window replaced the day it was scheduled for.

Great customer service. Although we had to have three appointments for a windshield. The first two windshields had flaws and they called to let us know these are not up to standard. They could have easily installed them but they opted to take pride in their work.

Excellent staff and service. Everyone was very professional and although the wait time quoted was 3 hours, they got me out in less than 2. Very satisfied with the new rear window and will be returning to fix another window as well. First appointment computer down..then window scratched. Rescheduled for next week and appointment was 9:00 and I thought it was 9:30 because that s what previous appointment was and they called me and I told them I was on the way. When I got there they informed me the where to busy and that s when I told them to cancel my appointment. 2 weeks no new windshield and very disappointed and was not happy at all! There was miscommunication between the USAA Contact Representative and Safelite, but it was easily resolved. Windshield Repair was completed in a timely manner. We brought our lunch inside the store, and we were able to eat them, while we waited. Mr. Reese Broadbent's Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly professional. They noticed a scratch on the first piece of replacement glass and ordered a new piece. Got in to Safelite within 24 hours. Total installation for my car, which needed recalibration due to Subaru eyesight, was less than 2 hours.

I took my vehicle to Safelite after wind blew debris into my rear window and left me with unwanted air conditioning. Jon (Jonathan?) was the technician who replaced it, and he is awesome! He came in on a Saturday to accommodate, and installed a pristine new window and wiper blades. He didn't stop there, though. My manual trunk lever was broken and had slipped into the tailgate. He took the time to get it out AND attached new cable and handle. He is professional, super friendly, and seemed to enjoy the work! Very happy overall, while I hope I don't have to go back to Safelite any time soon, but it isn't because of the service!Services: Auto rear window replacement, Wiper blade installation

Drove 100 miles with appointment only to be told it couldn't be done. Very poor communication. No way to contact shop directly, internet only. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. They will beat you to death with marketing emails and texts.

I had trouble scheduling the appointment to start with, I have an older vehicle and someone smashed out my window and I was told to do a lot of run around making calls, to a glass company in Arizona, and then to a different Safelite person every time I called back having to explain my situation multiple times. I got an appointment for a week later and when I arrived they told me they had not received a window for me yet but no called to tell me that before I got there. I got an appointment for the following week and after two hours with my vehicle they told me they had the wrong window. Two weeks later I returned and my new window was installed but it did not roll up properly, they said I was just going to have to push it in while rolling it up to get it into place. I do not want to go back so I am just living with the window the way it is. They did give me a $50 discount which was nice but I still paid $158 for a window that took four weeks to install that does not even work correctly.

Let me just start by saying I am impressed with Safelite. The job was done very well. Chris was the technician working on my truck. I think he was what made the the whole experience great honestly. He was very courteous and I truly felt that he was dedicated to all of his work and his customers. Overall, I recommend Safelite for any of your glass needs.

When I called to make an appointment for a windshield replacement they told me that my windshield was in stock, however, when I went there for my appointment they told me that the windshield was not in the store but on a freight that was coming in within the next hour or so. then when the windshield finally came in they found out that the wrong type was ordered so I spent almost 2 hours of my time at the store and my windshield still needs replacing. Not happy at all.

The repair looks awful. When I called they told me they don t address the cosmetics of the glass - they only seal the crack. Mine looks like someone smeared superglue and left. If I could post the picture I would. Have used before for other road mishaps but this is appalling. It is a small crack - less than thumb size. I called the 800 number and Was told i could drive the car to their shop and they could evaluate but once they have repaired the windshield, they could do nothing except replace.

Supposedly ordered the wrong windshield even though they used the VIN #! Then kept telling me it was on the truck when it wasn't! After a month of delays, I went to another shop and they got the windshield for me within 10 days!!! Smdh.........

It was a night mare. Beware and stay away. My 73 year old mother took her vehicle in to have a tiny chip fixed. There were 3 kids working that looked about 16. They said to my mother you know that sometimes they run when we try to fix them. Well guess what, he broke her window because he was washing the chip and it was 90 out. He then said sorry you took that chance when you brought it to us and showed her the paper she signed that released them from any damage. Either he is a fortune teller or they were trying to scam a 73 year old lady into buying a new windshield. Stay away!!!

Apparently, Covid travels thru phone lines now as Safelite is not scheduling repairs or taking phone calls. Tried to use the online scheduling and my make/model is not listed. I guess I will have to try another glass repair shop.

Overpriced & bad quality replacement of my windshield. Air escaped from the corners and the glass chipped within 12 hours of driving it. Called asking for them to fix the issue but it was never resolved. Basically paid $300 for nothing.
