I'm not sure I can say enough about this tire shop. Customer service here is nothing short of exceptional. Jeff, Logan, Zach, Charlotte... the ENTIRE crew is personable and every recommendation they've made is spot on. It's just nice to be able to go a place, they know your name, your needs, and you never have to second guess anything. If you happen to glance at this review do yourself a favor and never get tires anywhere else. Really.

Excellent service! The whole staff was amazing! With this company I got the right tires for my car and they fixed the alignment. Driving my car is 100% more manageable now! I highly recommend Pomp's Tire Service! Dianna Olson

Always tough finding a place to get your car repaired. The mechanic found the problem, called me to confirm repair and fixed our issue. I had a couple of questions regarding what caused the issue. He still had the part on his bench and took me back in the shop to show it to me. Honestly I felt pretty good about these guys. It was a great experience.

Jeff and the crew are always good to work with. They get our vehicles in/out quickly and have fair pricing on needed repairs.Everyone is always friendly from the time you step in the door to leaving

Mechanic was awesome. Didn't sell me a bunch of b.s., only what I needed to get done what I was there for. I'm leaving 4 stars because I was told over the phone I'd get a quote when I got there to install a power steering line on a different vehicle. I had the part for it and they refused to put it on because they "only use their own parts". Parts that come from O'rielly auto parts. Which is where I purchased my part from. I understand the reasoning. Just frustrating to get one story on the phone and a different one in person.

Good people that work there, also; there was a handling issue after getting some new tires at Pomps. The crew there lifted every stone trying to remedy the issue. I very rarely give reviews, I greatly appreciate the service and well priced tires at Pomps.

Customer service was amazing ! Had an issue with my break lines and they got me in immediately and got the break lines fixed and out the door and everyone was so nice and friendly.

Pomps is great! I dropped my truck off the night before and then picked it up the next day and paid over the phone! They are very good to work with and do great work!

Excellent service and knowledge which shows because of how busy they are.They were able to squeeze two of my vehicles in for a set of tires each and one even got an alignment in the same day without an appointment.

Great service and kindness. Jeff found me another great set of skins for my car. And when I dropped my car off the fuel shutoff quit so Gary found what was wrong and repaired that also. All for a great price. Jeff and Logan have been taking car of me for years and the service hasn't ever changed. Always top notch.

I am from out of town and these guys took care of me when every other place ignored my requests. These guys were great and it felt like the old days when customer service was important. They got me fixed up and on my way. I drive off and made the trek home 10 hours later I was home and the tires were perfect. If your a great falls resident don't go anywhere else. If your planning a trip and go through Great Falls, write this number and address down.

While traveling we noticed our tire was not in good condition. We made several calls around Great Falls. Logan took my call, he was so helpful and the most pleasant individual to speak with. He went above and beyond to locate us a tire for our RV! This was the fastest service, as we expected to be longer!Logan deserves more than 5 stars!
