Point S Jerry Noble Tires, needed new tires like now, Sam (Samantha) walked me through the availability, tread and price for a set of four, all I can say is WOW, great price, great tread, happy driving! I noticed how well they take care of each other as well as their customers, this team is like a well oiled machine! Thank-you

Made a tire appointment at 8:00 am days before and waited 1 hour 45 minutes before they even put the truck in the bay to start. Was finally finished by 11:00. If your going to take appointments, I d suggest you honor them or tell people to drop it off and it ll be done in a few hours. I don t like to have 3 hours of my time wasted.

Not only did they fit me in when I had a flat, they also gave me a ride to and back from work. Also, they did not charge me to repair the tire. A frustrating day got a lot better thanks to Point S Jerry Noble tires. I really appreciate the level of customer service and how they treated me fairly.

I have had my vehicle in 3 times complaining about the wear on the tires on the front end and then purchased a new set of tires. After 4000 miles and starting to wear, I have been informed that the tie rods on the front end are loose. I actually asked if this happened in the last 4000 miles. I assume that this is why the last set of tires only got 30,000 miles out of the supposed 60,000.

Professional, friendly, honest and great prices. They went above and beyond when I got called into work as I was sitting there waiting for my vehicle and gave me a ride to work immediately! Customer Service spot on!

Went in to have a flat fixed and the tire was ruined. Checked with the salesman and he told me he had 4 tires in a 65 series that would work so I told him to put them on only to go in the back to find out the techs were told to put on a 60 series tire. This was not acceptable. Techs informed the salesman they were the wrong size and he told them to put them on anyway. One of your managers from helena happened to be in the store so he helped me. As all of our ranch tires have been purchased from tire Rama I thought it might be time for a change. You got me once but not again! I can tolerate a lot of things but not dishonesty or deceit.

Friendly, fast service. These guys are the best! They don t jerk too around and try to sell you things you don t need. I had a considerable amount of work done and they were able to fit me in immediately. My vehicle wasn't safe to drive and I really appreciate it.

If you are looking for fast and real personal service, Chuck at Point S is certainly the guy to go see!! I needed a good, but fair priced set of new tires, an alignment and an oil change. Chuck had the perfect tires and could fit me into the schedule the next day! The work was all done in 2 hours, including a free 15 point check-up. I got a great deal on the tires & work, plus a very sincere thank-you and handshake! I grew up in the tire business and have seen customer service go downhill. Point S Jerry Noble was a refreshing reminder! I am definitely going back and recommend them highly!!

My 45 minute appt ended up taking an hour and a half after it was discovered they didn t have the correct oil filter in stock and had to run to NAPA to pick up the correct filter. Was still charged full price for my oil change despite the inconvenience. And, once again, my oil change alert was not reset.

Went in fir a flat reoair and they helped me out by checking an extra wiring issue free of charge, including zip-tying the loose wire up and out of the way. Great people.

I went into the store expecting to have to make a reservation for two weeks in advance. But to my pleasant surprise, they got to me immediately. I was leaving the shop in a little over an hour with work completed.I have to say that I'm very HAPPY with the service I received at Point S Jerry Noble, and highly recommend to all of my family and friends.Thank you

Did a walk in alignment on my lowered 2018 f150 after another shop couldn t, Mike and crew got it handled quick. Only complaint would be the upcharge for a truck (front alignment only) lowered 2 .

I was greeted when i first walked through the door with a smiling face. The atmosphere was fair only because it was cold in the waiting area which made it a long wait. On a good note customer service was great, the worker let me know they fixed the problem with my tire sensor, since it was going off and i didn t know why. all in all, i recommend coming here for your ties and oil changes. I will definitely be a repeat customer.Thank you!

Bought studded snow tires for my winter car here on October 1st (the day the State allows studded tires on the road) Once I tried them on snow and ice I decided it was the best investment I made in a long time. I had another tire store try to tell me I didn't need studded tires, just winter tires. All you have to do is research it to learn studded tires stop in half the distance and accelerate at twice the speed. The real test is using them in the snow and ice. The peace of mind is worth ten times the price of the tires and this shop has the best studded tires on the market (They are made in Finland!).

We bought a used van that ended up having lots of issues. Jerry Noble Point S has been quick to respond, always answers the phone, and has put many hours into our van. Most recently, they went above and beyond to ensure that it was safe to drive and as comfortable as possible. Jamie C walked me through some of the maintenance options very respectfully and with great info, and the mechanics are super friendly and helpful too. We had gone for a routine oil change and they ended up putting extra time and energy in for us. When I have arrived early (or late!) for appointments they are accommodating and cheerful. We got our first set of tires from this shop probably two years ago, and they are by far the most easy to work with of the tire places we ve used. They do free rotations and are always happy to squeeze us in for a rotation. We ve had really good experiences here. When anything has not been quite right, they make sure to go back and fix it, and we really appreciate their good work. Thanks guys.

Took my truck in to get power steering leak fixed. While it was there I told them to go ahead and change the plugs and oil change. After over 2 hours and $485 later I left assuming they fixed the hose that was leaking the power steering fluid only to realize they did not fix it and only did the plugs and oil change. What a major disappointment but I suppose it was my fault assuming they were a competent and trust worthy place of service. - UPDATE: Received call from manager who was very nice and has made it right for me. They will be installing the hose with no charge for labor. Much appreciated.

This shop could not do a simple alignment on my 4 yr. old car, so suggested an almost $700 job, after which the car was much worse. It's on me I did not get a 2nd opinion. The manager did agree to a refund for the job I paid for but they could not successfully do, but the check was sent to the wrong address. In trying to sort this out and get info, I was subjected to unprofessional and substandard treatment. As the manager did not leave a voice mail for me with info about the check, I called their shops many times. I was lied to, disconnected, hung up on, given the run around, and had calls screened. All of this could have been avoided with a simple voice mail. I admit I got frustrated and lost my cool, later sending an apology to one of the staff. Any reasonable person would have been frustrated given the above treatment from a business. When the manager finally called me (though I was told he was out of town) he was totally unprofessional. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation he berated me for calling so much and told me he didn't have to listen to me. I agreed and hung up. He called back and left a voicemail, which I deleted without listening to. No customer service at all when it's needed the most. I never got the refund though I was promised one. When I need new tires I'll take my business to the shop that successfully aligned my car no muss or fuss. BEWARE.

Service desk was prompt professional updating you with the details involving troubleshooting also options to make the necessary decisions to ensure the safety of your vehicle. Technicians in the shop area were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to hear there input about the different issue's concerning repairs needed to create a more on the road safe travel experience for our family. I thank them for there time and efforts.

Front desk and mechanic staff 5 stars! They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day while I was home visiting family. Upon arrival front desk was great, was immediately offered that fresh coffee could be made and a Roku TV stick to watch. Waiting area also much bigger than the one in Moscow, Idaho which is nice. Overall, great experience.

Super awesome service I use point S for my personal vehicles and business vehicles. They always operate in a timely manner and get the work done correctly. I enjoy dealing with the manager Jamie. My truck sputtered out unexpectedly and needed to get it to specialty shop to get it rigged for towing the next day. My own mechanic was booked 3 weeks out. I called several shops and nobody could get me in right away. A friend referred me to Jerry Noble Point S telling me they don t do just tires. I called them and they got me right in. It took them almost a full day and I was able to take my truck right over to get it rigged without the huge delay I was expecting. The only hiccup I had with them was they didn t call me as soon as it was done and I could have picked it up sooner. Very pleased with their service.
