We were looking to purchase a used boat and thought we found a diamond in the rough at Pierce RV in Billings.After it was all said and done we discovered the trailer brakes were inoperable in their current state. Upon closer examination I found the brake reservoir was empty and dry. Long story short, we decided not to purchase the boat and asked for a refund. In trying to work out the details, Kevin the general manager told us we had to pay the cost of putting the brake system in working order. Our discovery most probably saved lives had this boat and trailer been towed anywhere.Kevin explained that the sale was as is. Regardless of the safety issue of the boat and trailer. We were charged for labor, $750.00 for work done for something that would haft to be done anyway in order to transport the boat whither purchased by us or anyone else.I know the next guy should have open eyes when looking at a boat at Pierce RV.Our sales representative Nolan was great and helpful to us. He gets 5 stars for his effort.

Fantastic experience here - Pacer from sales is a badass, Greg is the manager and was super friendly, and Shad is a technician wizard - there for any questions and super helpful! Wife and I shopped with our dogs and they took care of em Awesome possum - cherry blossom!!

My wife and I bought our first Winnebago travel trailer from Pierce and we are very appreciative for all their help, responsiveness and great customer service to make our purchase experience smooth and easy.From the first interaction with Sonia to the great customer service at the service shop with Randy, that took his time to go over every part of the trailer and made sure we are comfortable and educated with all the elements of the trailer. Price was set over the phone and there are no haggling or unnecessary upsell. Just straightforward business. I would highly recommend Pierce. Thank you!

While traveling with our travel trailer, we had a concern about our hitch configuration and called Pierce RV in Great Falls. The service manager made immediate arrangements to have the hitch checked out. I could not have been treated better. I greatly appreciate and highly recommend this RV dealer.

Pacer sold me a Scout Kenai. He was honest and straight to the point. The business manager was a cool guy. I would buy again from them. Easy to work with.

Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I bought a used camper and when I picked it up it was very clean. They even put 2 new batteries in it for me. The took time to show me all the features and how everything works.If you are looking for a camper, this is the place!

We are just pulling out of Pierce Rv in Great Falls for what turned out to be a beautiful experience w their service dept . We are traveling from out of state and we needed a repair to get back on the road .We rcvd immediate servicing and were put back on the road in no time at all .Thank you Keri and Chad !!!!Professional and friendly .Libby and Kevin Holzgen( Michigan )

We went to four dealerships in Montana and ended back at place #1, Pierces RV. We worked with Matt and he found the perfect RV that suited our needs and then some. I love our new camper, plenty of space, plenty of extras. Thanks Matt!

I went in looking for a small camper, was asked questions that would narrow down the search to what I needed and wanted. Looked at 3 different small campers and fell in love with the R-pod. Told Pacer I'd take it and we started the paperwork that day and everything was very easy and relax. There was no intense salesmen like anywhere else you go. Very personable. Actually cared to take care of the customer. Finance was amazing and the day I took the camper Home, I had a rundown on how to work everything and it was very thorough. Everything about my experience was amazing. 10/10 highly recommended Pierces for a camper.

John is a great salesman. We were initially going to make a deal in early fall but found out we were expecting another child and decided not to go through with our purchase at that time. Fast forward 8 months and John worked to get us the same deal we were going to go with previously which helped out immensely.During our walkthrough before taking the new camper with us, we had Chad take us through everything. He was super helpful and personable and didn t scoff at all the questions we had. Thankful for all his help.Also, the service writer, Brian, was very helpful throughout the whole process of scheduling my truck to get an equalizer hitch installed. He also threw in a free golf cart ride for our son, whih he enjoyed.All in all, the experience was great and I would purchase a camper through them anytime.

They had the vent cover we needed in stock, as well as a few other items we needed. An extremely well stocked part's department! Ignore the horrible roofing job on my 2021 travel trailer!!!

So completely satisfied with their customer service!! We bought a 2022 model and it didn t have a ladder, which it was suppose to have. Brian from parts ordered it immediately and it came in a couple weeks later! We already made an appointment to have it installed. Thank you PIERCE, you are the BEST in town! Always very courteous and helpful.

I have tried to give Pierce RV my business 3 different times and have been let down each time. The last visit I walked in looking for a part, was not greeted nor did anyone care to come and help. Employees were too busy on their phones are screwing around behind the counter. I could have found someone to ask but figured if the employees didn't care that much about their customers, then I didn't want to spend my money there. They are also overly priced and not pleasant to deal with.

My sales experience was not one I would like to repeat or recommend but I am giving four stars for the service department and especially Bill Marceau. I would actually give him five stars across the board. We were 1st time trailer owners and although the sales department did not take good care of us newbies, Bill in service did. He made us feel so comfortable to ask any and all questions, sometimes more than once. He took the time to actually make sure we understood our trailer and how best to operate it. When we had trouble with our hitch hook up, he went out of his way to get it corrected for us. Out of all the people we dealt with in this transaction Bill was the most dedicated and helpful as was his boss in the service department. Scott from Billings was a great help with the financing too. Thank you to those who helped us finally pull out of the lot with our trailer.

Im no jerk looking to make a place look bad and i never leave reviews either... but this place puts a horrible mark up on their stuff. A toilet valve for 13 dollars online is 80+ dollars. That's a 400% mark up. Not the first part i had to buy with no choice. Makes me sick. I left and decided I'd rather wait a couple days for them to deliver my part off Amazon. Do not shop there. Btw the ladies that helped me were super sweet.

Our overall experience with Pierce was fabulous! We were so pleased with the whole process. Josh the salesman is wonderful to deal with and their service department is the best! The service tech that worked with us was outstanding. We highly recommend Pierce! The people who work here are all genuinely nice people who care about you.

Wonderful experience start to finish. All the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled from Belgrade to Great falls because of their pricing and reputation and I was not disappointed. Our salesman Josh was top notch and so helpful. From Kevin and Craig helping me with finance and putting me at ease where I wanted to be payment wise to Brian and Brad helping me with parts and extra to Mark going above and beyond with helping me with the right hitch making sure I was comfortable pulling it home. A RV business I would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a 2022 Cruiser 259BHS. Great to work with Pacer. We went back over a course of 3 days to look at the same trailer 3 different times. He stuck with us patiently everytime and chauffeured us in the golf cart. Also, special shout out to Bill in service as well. Dude did a fantastic job walking me through my new TT, setting up my tow vehicle and helping me uninstall some equipment from my trade in vehicle. 100% Will definitely recommend to others.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are top notch from the sales to the service department! Pacer Ferguson was extremely helpful and professional! I came in with a camper in mind and he made that happen! Bill Marceau in service was just as helpful and very knowledgeable! Overall I couldn't be more happy with the service and professionalism of this company and its staff!!!

Awesome Service Department!! Brought in my Sprinter travel van for issue with AC. Although next available appointment was scheduled for August 10th, the service rep recommended that I drop it off and they would see if they could fit it in before my next trip scheduled for July 29th. They diagnosed and repaired the AC issue the same day that I dropped it off. Thank You!!

Pierce RV Center is awesome! While on vacation, we were in need of help with our 5th Wheel RV. We chose Pierce because of it's high ratings and it turned out to be a very good decision. The staff were attentive, genuinely concerned about our situation and very helpful. We had to leave our RV at the dealership for many days and they helped guide us to locations in Great Falls area during our stay. The Service Manager, Brian, was always pleasant and helpful during our ordeal. During our stay and visits to the dealership, I had the occasion of passing through the Service Shop and the cleanliness and attention to detail was evident. They were instrumental in making a bad situation into a good experience. Without hesitation, we would recommend Pierce RV Center.
