It was so nice to have my car detailed! The guys at Perfect Finish did an excellent work. I think they literally reached every nick and cranny in my car! The products they used smelled nice, not too strong. I tried to clean out everything before I brought the car in but missed some items, they placed them all in a box for me. It s hard for me to swallow the price increase of this service in the last few years (just in general) but I will say it was worth it. I believe it extends the life of my car interior and it s so nice to have a clean car again after the winter and mud season! Thank you much!

Not so perfect finish.Long version short, zero attention to detail, poor communication, and lack of accountability for their own mistakes.Took my brand new Ram 3500 there to get ceramic coated and tinted. The good, tint turned out great, the bad everything else.Truck was dropped off by my wife while I was deployed with less than 500 miles to get ceramic coated, upon pickup of the the completed truck several high spots (dark/rainbow spots) were noticed all over the truck after a few weeks and seeing it in the right light. I spoke to the owner who initially blamed the paint of the truck. The truck was at the shop for 2 weeks to get the high spots fixed, it was assumed they now knew what they missed and to look out for it. My wife received the truck back and again noticed several spots still there. I spoke to the owner again who said to bring it back. This time is sat there for about 2 weeks. My wife went to pick it up and immediately spots were noticed around edges and emblems. They kept it for several more days and seemingly took care of it. She got the truck back and a few spots were still noticed on the bottoms of the bumpers and near edges. We decided to cut out losses and accept it at this point as the detail shop at this point had our brand new truck for roughly 6 weeks!!!When it rains or I wash the truck , the area around my emblems is clearly different than the rest with how it reacts to water. Dust and light dirt sits on it differently as well. Clearly showing that the high spot correct meant just remove the coating. I've now got money wrapped up into something that doesn't even cover the whole truck and makes it looks silly when wet or dusty.Throughout the process we had to follow up to get any updates, never knowing what the status was and when we would get our truck back. I did tell them to take their time and to make it right, however this was overboard, any other company in the world would fix a current customer issue before taking on new business, my truck was pushed to the side several times for new work.Apparently several types and brands of coatings were used to make repairs of high spots etc, I feel like my new truck was a failed science experiment.Would not recommend perfect finish for ceramic coating. Money wasted and 6 weeks of time lost with my truck..Service: Auto detailing

Perfect finish did a fantastic job on my truck. I'll use them again. The online scheduling and payment process was very simple and a big reason why I choose them.

All the people at Perfect Finish were friendly, courteous, helpful, caring and professional. They treated me and my XLR like we were royalty. The finish on the XLR is far superior to how it looked on the showroom floor, it's as smooth as oiled glass, it's so smooth it feels soft!!If you want an endless shine and impeccable service, go to Perfect Finish, we're 100% glad we did!! All we can say is "WOW!!"

Really honest and hardworking business. I called and short notice needed my car detailed so I could sell it. They fit me in within a few days and had it ready to go at the price quoted (sight unseen) and they even basic washed the outside which I requested to forego (to save $ on my end). Loved the outcome. My car was an absolute mess too. Thanks yall!

All I can say is wow! I ve had my car for 5 years and have kids. I thought there wasn t any hope for the inside of my vehicle to ever look new again. I am blown away by how nice it looks now! Thank you so much! I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Absolutely above and beyond and working with Changing Schedule for my Ford Maverick. I waited 14 months for my Maverick and when it got here they got me in Right away and did an exceptional Job with Ceramic Coat. And window tinting. Exceptional Service. Highly recommend

This is the second car I have had perfect finish do for me! Always top notch work!! Cars look absolutely amazing when finished! Zack will bend over backwards for anyone! Has even accommodated my work schedule by meeting me when they are closed to drop off or pick up!! Amazing business!! Wish more were like this one!! What can I say other than Perfect Finish is well perfect!! They did an absolutely amazing job with my BMW 135i headlight restoration. They got rid of all the hazing and Uv damage and brought my headlights back to life. They look as good as the day I bought the car, absolutely amazing!! The attention to detail and level of professionalism from this business is guaranteed unmatched. The owner dropped my car off to me on base upon completion and made sure I was satisfied with his work. He was even done a day early which is awesome in itself!! If you want someone who will take top notch care of your car at favorable pricing and want 5 star service look no further then Perfect Finish!! Brought our 3500 in that we just bought and the original owner had a yellow lab. Needless to say there was lots of yellow hair all over the upholstery. When they finished the inside looked brand new. Great customer service and finished in a very timely manner. I will recommend anyone to go there and get their vehicle done. Excellent work!!!

April 2022We brought our new Chevy Colorado ZR2 in and had Zack and his crew do the ceramic coating on it. They did a top notch John as always. I had my Audi R8 taken care of here and they did such a great job, the car looks like a sheet of glass. They do not skip steps and you can tell they love what they do. Perfect Finish is AMAZING. Between spending a lot of time in the outdoors and having 2 dogs, the interior of my car definitely needed their help. They were super responsive to my messages and were friendly and professional throughout it all!We ll definitely be taking our cars there periodically from here on out! My car looks better than brand new! I had a stain on the front seat from spilling coffee & my dogs left their fair share of dirt on the back seat and you can t even tell!

Got the 4 year ceramic coating and have zero regrets. My truck looks spectacular both inside and out. Much harder to get dirty and when it does it is a breeze to get back to new. Plus adds an extra layer of protection on my paint job. So glad we have this business in great falls.

I own a black 1 ton GMC and Zach and his crew at Perfect Finish did a buff job and ceramic coat and looked 10 times better than the day I picked it up brand new from the dealer. They also did extras, like interior and coated the windshield. Highly recommended.

I live on a dirt road and cart around grandchildren so when I received a gift certificate for this company I was thrilled! My car came back like it was brand new! Very courteous staff.
