The worker I talked to was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with an issue with my car without hesitation. Thank you so much from a person who knows very little about vehicles. You guys are amazing!

Went in to buy an engine heater. Called ahead for price and availability. The manager rang me up for one that was almost double the cost as I was quoted. I said no then he brought out the one I was quoted for. A bit shady. Watch the prices if you go here.i won't be returning. I prefer honest places.

I bought some items. Good to know they have what I was looking for. While chatting with a gal, working there, I got a good idea for making a combination of tools to add to my shop for working on a 2023 vehicle.

Stopped in for repair. They were busy, but advised the best time to come back. I returned at that time and they took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. The guys are friendly and honest. Would recommend getting service here.

People don't know they have free tool rentals. You buy the tool, you use it then bring it back for a full refund. Ask them how this works before buying! Some tools may not be available for free rent.

I stopped into O Reilly's on 10th Ave needing parts to fix my daughters Dodge Journey windshield washer system. The store manager Cody happened to wait on me. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Surprisingly the store had all the parts I needed. When I asked Cody if I might borrow a few tools to fix the car, he got his coat and personally brought the tools out to my car, in the rain, and helped me replace all the broken parts.Great Customer Service,Thanks Cody.

Very friendly staff. Dev helped me replace a bulb for my headlight, even when we had to stand in the rain the whole time. The smile also never left her face as she was helping me.

Was travelling north bound back to Alberta Canada from Arizona and had an idler pulley fail. Without so much of a thought they stayed open late and helped us get back on the road, all hands helped and everyone was ever so kind. I cannot thank them enough! There is a package on the way for them as a massive thank you

Great customer service!My friend and I just came in to get a headlight, and they weren't crazy busy so Cody offered to change the light for us. It would have taken us 2 hours to figure out how to do it (insert girls can't work on cars joke)But really it was great customer service and then he even thanked us for our service after him being the helpful one. Five stars, thank you Cody!

Nice folks working here who will be happy to help if asked. Pretty good selection of fluids and filters for most vehicles. If they don't have it in stock they can order it. Military discount is nice too

Amazing employees, Robert helped us with a free diagnostic test for my engine light, something that we thought was going to cost hundreds from a mechanic and he helped us find the part we were going to need and helped show us how easy it was to do it ourselves!! This store should be proud of how honest and wonderful Robert was to us. We will definitely be bringing our business back next time we need something.

When I find my knuckles split open and I start swearing a lot this is the place I go. Not because I am acting out my Irish heritage, but for the good prices and good parts. They are open relatively late and usually open during the holidays, even St Patrick's day, however ironic that may be.

I had bought this pump 2/13/21 and it said it was in stock. I went in the next day and they told me it had to be ordered from a different city. I told them i wanted to cancel it cause i needed it that day and said they couldnt do anything about it until a manager came in monday and id have to come in then and do it so i left and just decided i would wait for it when it came in tuesday so i went to pick it up tuesday and they couldnt find it ended up leaving and got a call they found it come to find out they were sending it back and refunded my money without telling me and i had wait the rest of the week to get the money back to go in and repurchase it after all of this i will not be coming back to oriellys and i will be sharing my experience with everyone in the automotive community i will keep shopping at the local parts store that is not a chain store the customer service really is terrible at oriellys and way over priced parts

I love the one on the Southside and Manny is really helpful. The one on 10th has a cashier that is rather rude and curses a lot, using the Lord's name in vain.

The staff here are consistently helpful and friendly. Even with three different visits today for the same issue on my car, they were so helpful even though I had to get the part from the OEM. One of the reasons I always prefer O'Reilly over Auto Zone.

Super helpful staff at this location. They also are pretty good at walking you through what you need, which is good if you aren't a super mechanic.

A very good selection of parts and supplies. Staff seems ok helpful, but maybe I caught them on a bad day. Overall a good place for car repair / maintenance supplies.

Our go to parts store. Service is knowledgeable, know how to use the books, usually have all the parts we need, order the ones they don't fast and some of the best prices and warrantees to be found.
