I had a major issue and a small amount of time to get it fixed. With the proper diagnosis of the problem in hand they were able to rebuild my entire front end timing chains and gears in a 4 day window. I was facing a major time hurdle and they saved my ability to travel. I can't thank them enough for their timeliness and professional Care responding to my dilemma. The truck runs great and I look forward to many more years of service with it. Not only when I recommend them but it is also notable that they were recommended to me by another business that was unable to accommodate me. That says a lot.

WOULDN'T RECOMMENDWas walking by today and one of the mechanics about run me over with a vehicle they are working on I was on the side walk and he turned into there parking lot about a foot in front of me and when I told him you about hit me he said next time I will.... Was on his phone the plates on the car was 2-12236C I will be reporting them and if that's your car know they was driving it around and causing more damage the owner didnt know he took it and acted like they do it all the time I have reported it but was told the owner of the car would have to take responsibility for everything..... I wouldn't take my car here unless you want to have tickets after

They provide excellent automotive service! I love the work they did on my vehicle!! I had a Tune up and my car winterized there!I would recommend Mr. Tune up for any auto service.

Was able to get me Scheduled within a week of me calling. I dropped my car off the previous night and by 10 am the next day had a quote listed out of everything that my car needed done to it along with the severity and the priory. My car was finished and ready for pick up by 3 pm. I was amazed at how fast they were able to take off of everything. I also appreciated that they took the time to prioritize what was wrong and needed to fixed as soon as possible ad well as what could wait and for how long it could wait. Price was reasonable but have had NO issues with my car since. I will most definitely be a repeat customer. At least until everything is fixed . Do not recommend. I had an issue with my transmission. Went in to get it checked. Paid $50 for them to tell me nothing was wrong, fluid was fine no codes flagging etc and to take it to the dealer. Dealer had complete opposite things to say about it. I know I'll pay for service that's with anything but when I called to ask about why their findings were completely different and to ask what they did the owner Bud was extremely rude to me. Said he couldn't tell me what happened to the fluid in the 3 days time difference and that he doesn't work on cars for free and started yelling at me on the phone. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not recommend to anyone. I even told him I doubted he cared about one customer he won't have come back and he said I was right about that.

Been a while since I've written a review for Mr Tune Up. Like I always get, my service was scheduled quickly and completed promptly. They (Joe) didn't tell me what I wanted to hear after finding some things I've neglected, BUT they never lie and sometimes the truth hurts!! LOL. Been trusting my vehicles to Mr Tune Up for years and don't see that changing anytime in the future! I definitely recommend them!

Loved them. Great work reasonably priced. Had several minor issues while in was in Great Falls. Highly recommended. I travel for business and have been the visitor and have been taken advantage from other places but not here. They were very clean quick and reliable. Made me feel like family. They only will do work that you ask for but if there is another issue they are quick to point that out.

This shop is the best, the guys are great, the owners are super nice, but most importantly, they are HONEST. I have been to so many mechanics that will always try to tell me that a million things are wrong with my car because they know that I don't know any better, but at Mr. Tuneup, they fix the problem and return my car. I don't have any recently as I don't drive anymore. Gale took my van in as the power steering went out. He checked the power steering fluid and it was fine. A couple days later, it happened again, so we remade the appointment I had canceled. Turns out there was a hole and it was leaking out. So they had to do a COMPLETE steering gear with rack and pinion assembly, a power steering pump (remanufactured) and fulsh the power steering system. As far as I know, it works fine now. With the APR we hate to buy a new car right now, but this is costing money. We took it in 16 Aug. as the turn signal was blinker was out. We had the cabin air filter replaced at the same time and a lube and filter done as I hadn't had them done since before I quit driving.That was over $80. Then we took it back the 25th of Aug. to flush the cooling system, replace the thermostat and the canister vent solenod and purge. That was almost $335. And then when we took it in the 3rd of Oct. for the power steering stuff, it was over $111.00. So that makes a total of over $500. Know anyone who wants to sell a good, well taken care of used one? I have to be able to get in and out without going down or stepping up.Long, I know, but you asked!!

I totally trust Bud and Mr. Tune Up -- I am thankful Bud is my mechanic and that he cares about me as a customers and takes pride in doing high quality, honest, efficient work. He has been amazing to deal with. I recommend him without reservation.

I've been meaning to leave a review, but I kept forgetting. I will say the added Christmas card was a nice touch. By this card I saw that they cared about the customer beyond the point of collecting money. I was pleased with how quick they were able to get my car in, and how quickly they got it back to me. Many mechanics in town were a month out, but I believe the efficiency here with Mr. Tune Up made all the difference. I will definitely be a customer as long as I'm in Great Falls.

Was able to get same day service and affordable pricing. I was also offered a ride and called immediately upon completion of the work. Joe and Bud are always great to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone. That is why I continue to go there whenever I need some work done on any of my vehicles.

Brought my Silverado in for an oil change and to replace some weather stripping on my driver's side door. Work was complete in a timely manner and seems just fine! I like providing our local businesses with the work I need done, I appreciate it, they appreciate it, it's all good!
