Had 4 new batteries put in there . Couple weeks later truck died while running and would not restart. Had it looked at by another shop where truck was broke down. Found when they installed the nut for the main battery cable they stripped it which allowed the cable to come loose and loose contact. Had to replace a 3 week old battery Would not stand behind their work or make things right. Would not recommend unless you like paying parts and labor twice

5 star service and they got us back on the road fast. I would definitely get my truck fixed there again. These guys are top notch.

Excellent service I showed up unannounced for not a big problem but still they came out had a look and brought me in 15 minutes after they assessed the issue. I had the electrical harness with me they took the old one off and put the new one on. I was in and out within an hour they even put a new bracket on because mine had broken without even asking if they should fix because they knew the broken bracket caused the issue. Impressed with service and staff. Due to the extreme cold, had to replace my filters as the fuel had gelled.Called at 7:15am, in the shop at 7:30, and out by 8:30 am. Reasonable rate, and glad I was back on the road in minimal time.

Kevin is the most helpful person I have ever ran into at a truck shop. It started with the 30 below zero weather andthe Diesel gelling up on one of our Kenworth trucks And snowballed into other problems from there with the brakes ,air system, Etc.Kevin got somebody on it at every turn and every problem was resolved quicker than I would ever imagine, especially because they were already super busy. One of the best shops I ve been too, they won t waste your time, and they ll fix it right. Kevin answered the phone and was upfront with me about potential cost and downtime. They got me right in and got me fixed in about 2 hours (doser valve.) CJ worked on the truck, he didn t waste any time, got straight to the problem, and gave me an honest opinion about the wiring.It s hard to find good shops like this. Any time I m in town and I need something, I ll come here. A lot of shops will just do the bare minimum to keep you on the road, but here they fix you right, or at least they will give you an honest opinion about what needs to be done. And if they can t help you, they will recommend somebody who can. Great group of people here.

Was very fast and easy to work with. I was in and out within a very good timely manner and they had the part on hand that I needed after calling several other kenworth to see if they had the part. I would recommend them. Very fast and friendly

I was having an oil change done when the mechanic (Zach) noticed that I was missing several motor mounting bolts. This was only after 9 months of having a new transmission and rear main seal put in at another shop. Kevin the service manager had Zach and another seasoned mechanic (Terry), stay until after hours until the job was done to their satisfaction and then on top of that he gave me a break on the final bill. Today I had a D.O.T issue. I called looking for parts. Had dealings with Ms.Sue in parts, absolutely a amazing person, very knowledgeable about parts and went above and beyond to get me back in the road. If you are ever in a bind and in the area. Definitely worth you business, Thank you so much for being a great person and a complete hero.

Nicest staff I've ever delt with at a kensworth. Had me in and out within a day. They even discussed options and how long different options would take and then gave me a ride to the truck stop. Overall one of the best kensworths
