Ordered OEM Warn parts for a M12000 winch rebuild early in the week and received them by Friday (shipping to east coast) order, packing, and shipping was same day. Parts were packed nicely and received in perfect order! Communication was perfect. I ll happily return as a customer! Keep up the great work!

I can't say enough good about this company. I am in Toledo OH and needed a part for a winch I couldn't find anywhere. I called Warn and was directed here. When I called they also couldn't find the part but they did some digging for me and it took a couple of weeks but they got it and shipped it to me priority UPS which arrived to my house quick. This was a part that was keeping my work truck from doing everything I needed it to do. The price they provided was amazing. I'm so thankful I found Montana Jacks! I can t say enough good things about Scott! First off he called me back on a Saturday and helped me trouble shoot my winch issue over the phone! He was simply amazing and completely helpful and patient! Never tried to sell me anything I didn t need to try and make a dollar! The only thing my winch needed was to be cleaned! I feel like a warn winch expert after several phone calls with him! Excellent customer service! I d give 10 stars if possible!!!

Had an issue with my Warn Powerplant 12 not working. Scott walked my through some troubleshooting and we tracked it down to a bad switch in the remote and a compressor pressure sensor issue. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Purchased a new remote. Thanks Scott!

I ordered online 4 new relays for my Warn M15 winch and they showed up the next day. I was very happy they were a Warn product as advertised in a sealed pack. I installed them right away and happy to say my winch works great again. THANK YOU for quality parts at a fair price and excellent service

Absolutely the most kind and professional people. I was urgently searching for a mounting kit for my atv that seemed to be next to impossible to find in stock. I spoke with Bonnie who made sure she had the one in stock that I was looking for and that it would fit. Even went as far as telling me to order the part through their website and not eBay to save some money. These guys are truly exceptional and I would highly recommend to anyone! Will definitely be returning for future needs.

Let me start out by saying this was my first time purchasing from Montana jacks outpost. I stumbled across the website looking for a replacement control pack for for a warn m12 winch and a new ground cable. The website was very easy to navigate and I was easily able to find the items I needed quickly. The website had breakdown diagrams of each warn winch and updated part numbers to the parts no longer made by warn. I ordered the parts I needed and they shipped the same day and arrived very quickly even coming halfway across the county. I got them installed today shortly after they arrived an my which is back going strong. Thanks montana jacks outpost! Couldn't ask for any better service I will definitely be back

I was in a predicament unable to find replacement parts for our Warn winches. Warn the company referred me to Montana Jack's. Wow! They were so helpful and took the time to help us figure out the correct parts to order. Scott was great! They had all the parts we needed and got them shipped quickly!

We needed a motor for an older Warn winch for our Son-in-Law who burned up the original pulling wood logs. We live in a bit of an out of the way place and no one had a way to order one. My husband tested the old motor and knew it was shot. Warn Co. gave us a number for Montana Jack's Outpost. In just one call Scott had my husband do a couple other tests and the original motor was indeed dead. Scott took the order and actually had a new one in stock at a very fair price. He shipped it that day and 2 days later it arrived and my husband installed it in his shop in no time.We figured the process would take some time due to the age of the winch, the distance and the Covid-19 crisis. Next time we get to Montana we would like to drop in and meet Scott and Bonnie. It just doesn't get better than this.Thank you to Montana Jack's Outpost.

I was given an older warn xd9000i from a family friend that needed some TLC. In my search for new gaskets, I came to found Montana Jacks. Ordered the gaskets and then what happened afterwards is why I m writing this review.The package never arrived. USPS said the package was forwarded to another address. They could not tell me what address that was. I opened a support ticket with them (that still has not been answered) and also contacted Montana Jacks through their website. Twenty minutes later, I received a phone call from Scott, assuring me he d fix the problem and had already gotten a new set of gaskets ready to go out.On the next shipment (which was set to deliver SUPER quick after we spoke), USPS said I didn t live at my apartment, and put a return to sender on the package.Once again, I called Scott. Only this time, I informed him that I was going to go ahead and just place another order and have it shipped to my office. At this point, Scott was out 4 gaskets and two shipping costs. He has lost money on this transaction. During our conversation, he had already placed another order out for me. He would not let me buy it.I wish more people ran their business like Scott does. He lost money on my purchase, but he knows how it is to be on the other side. Now I will use Scott for every Warn product I need because I know he ll take care of me and he s got the knowledge to boot.I just wish he sold more products so I could buy everything for my Jeep through him.

I was kind of taken back when WARN told me to call someone else to find their parts that they sell on their own site, but I am so glad they did!They told me to call Scott at Montana Jacks Outpost, and let me tell you, This guy knows his stuff! I am new to owning a 4x4 and was looking for recommendations on putting a plow on it as far as what I should use as a winch and such. We talked for a good 20-30 minutes on the phone, and my stuff showed up a day earlier then expected!I work in an automotive shop, and we have access to the same stuff, but his prices were fair, and the knowledge speaks for itself! I will buy stuff in the future!

Mr Thompson is very nice, and helped me every step of the way, from troubleshooting the problems I was having with my winch, to sending me the parts that I needed to replace, all over the phone. Best customer service I have received in a long time, if not ever!

I spent a half hour on the phone with them trying to make sure I was ordering the correct plow pieces. This guy knows his stuff. He understands how each pieces works with different brand ATVs. Explains the pros and cons. Local dealers by me just wanted to sell me any plow. Thanks.

AAA+++ the Jack took his time to explain the supply chain of a small order along with manufacturing details more affordable recommendations. In today's climate it can be hard to find someone that will be honest and helpful, without feeling their reaching into your wallet.. Montana Jack's Outpost is one of the few good business's out there. Will recommend to friends and order from again.

It was great to talk to someone who actually had and used the Warn winch and plow parts I was looking to acquire. I ordered the parts, had them shipped to my lake cabin, installed them and they worked just as we discussed. I will definitely buy from Mountain Jack's Outpost again.

Montana Jack's Outpost is a great place to get my ATV Accessories (and the best place to get WARN winches in my opinion). I know that they also carry Truck, SUV, ATV, UTV, and even Golf Cart accessories at their shop. David works closely with his customers and I wouldn't have it any other way. They have the potential to become bigger than Summit Racing!

Owner was very friendly, informed me about each part I was buying and was very honest. Had a better price for a snow plow than anyone in town and have me a substantial discount because I was local. This will be my primary atv shop in great falls after this visit. Great place.

I have been MORE than pleased with the Bosski ATV wagon I purchased. I am in the process of clearing mountain land for a new house, and the Bosski ATV wagon has been a workhorse beyond my expectations. I did not pamper the ATV wagon at all last summer, and in fact it took the abuse of many heavy loads in all types of conditions. It paid for itself this past summer, and I would not think twice about purchasing another one.

I can't remember who took my order. I do remember shooting the bull several minutes before ordering. Loved that!!! Great box and my buddies were jealous. Like the ad shows, you can stand on. MJ was great to deal with and bull s___ with. lol

As I said before got to meet the infamous Scott that manages the place and he really cluded me in on some of the stuff I've been messing up on all my worn winches I really like the synthetic cable as it quietens up my Winches quite a bit

Interacted via email to try to figure out which parts I might need and they responded within an hour and got it all straightened out and the parts on the way - excellent interaction far above and beyond the typical responses from most paces! This will be my go to place from now on for ATV things.

I couldn't find the part I needed anywhere I live so I called. Nobody answered but about 5 minutes later I got a call back and then about 10 minutes later my part was ordered. Awesome customer service and super friendly. Will buy here from now on.
