I got the royal treatment at this brand new Les Schwab location. Nice staff, very polite and helpful. I got lucky to be there on Opening Day, first thing in the morning and even got to spin a lucky wheel (got myself a $20 gift certificate for a local store). The service was done quickly and I was on my way after less than an hour. Thank you!!!

Pat really helped out. The truck we had had a lot of custom stuff which made it difficult to find wheels that fit properly. He was able to get us what we needed and worked out a good package deal.

Brought my Subaru here for an Oil Change and Alignment. One of the technicians made an honest mistake, but the management and team stepped in and made it right. These folks here are serious about customer service, and they are honest with is so important. We have three vehicles and I will keep bringing my vehicles here for those services. Ben and Pat are great and I look forward to being a life time customer at this Les Schwab.

I can t express my appreciation enough of the EXCELLENT service I received in a not so great situation. I am an out of town construction worker from Missoula on a lengthy job in Great falls, money is already tight. Having vehicle issues is never pleasant especially when you re out on the road. I came in under the impression after looking at my truck that I just needed brake pads, however after an awesome inspection they took me back and showed me the damage. It wasn t good and I was beside myself on what I was going to do. They went above and beyond to help me, even stayed after close to get me back on the road. Tammy, Ben and the shop staff are FANTASTIC at both customer service and really showing the customer that they care which as everyone knows nowadays is very hard to find. If you want to support an amazing business and a phenomenal crew I STRONGLY suggest you take your business here because they will show you nothing but the best!!! Thank you again guys, you will never know how grateful I am for your service and kindness. I will absolutely be back!

I've been a loyal customer to the Les Schwab brand for years, when I lived in Oregon. They get the job done right and ensure it with their staff. I brought my Jeep in for some lugnut replacements, an oil change, and removal of a screw from my tire - they seemed a little bit disorganized the day I came in, and initially forgot to even repair the puncture, but they double checked before I left and then got on it - appreciate that, not something you see often. Was fairly inexpensive all things said and done, and I'm happy to have a brand I know and trust in Great Falls.

We were in town for a retirement. Our low tire sensor on our BMW kept coming on. They (Tammy) squeezed us in on a busy day so we could safely drive home. They explained the problem, aired up all of the tires and reset the sensor. All that with no charge. I accidentally left my cell phone and they mailed it back to me, again, no charge. That kind of customer service is why we always use Les Schwab!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Nice people went in for alignment inspection and they told me the whole front end was junk needed ball joints, tie rods and shocks quoted 1500 bucks and 3,000 with tires. Had another shop check it out and cost me 800 total and truck drives great

Fast and efficient. Very busy. However, they have enough workers to get you in and out without a long wait. The staff and mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and make excellent recommendations based on your use requirements. Nice comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this business.

Erik, Tami, and Ben were amazing.We are traveling from St Augustine Florida through Canada to Alaska and back. I felt a bit of excessive movement while driving that perhaps came after driving some of the roads in Alaska and BC. We are also towing our 29 ft 5th wheel. Thefolks at Les Schwab in Great Fallsnot only performed a thorough inspection of our 2015 Ford F350 front end, they assessed the need for an alignment. This was done without an appointment. The conclusion was that any work needing done could wait until returned to St Augustine. The peace of mind, knowing there were no safety issues was huge. Thank you for your kind consideration, professional manner. Strongly recommend this shop

If I lived here I would def come here for any car needs! These guys are simply awesome.We passed through on our way home from Glacier NP and got a screw in our tire after night at hotel. We had a long drive ahead, and they took care of it right away, no wait time. On top of that, they did it for free, wow. They really came through and showed why they have such a high 4.8 rating!!I wanted to pay them for the patch but they wouldn t accept, so I just donated the tip to their sponsored charity instead. 5

Les Schwab in Great Falls is great , the manager Pat hooked me up on a flat tire repair for my vehicle and Tammy was awesome on checking me in and getting my car in a timely manner , I will be returning to do wheels and further business with this location . They Rock !!!! Highly recommend

They are awesome, if you need a jump in a 4 mile radius of their store, they'll do it for free. They will repair any faulty tire for free, if they sold it to you or not. Friendly people, free coffee & popcorn.

I worked for les for a week total sweat shop after my ex was diagnosed with leukemia I ask for part time work management told I was just a number goodbye I wouldn t recommend this company as a career the door there revolves I was told people come and even the old timers are not happy this is from the horses mouth I won t mention any names
