The owner, Annette takes her job fixing my complicated auto problem seriously. She even brought a third party mechanic in to consult and help fix my car. She's serious about getting it right. Highly recommended.

Don't take your vehicle to this business. I had them replace my radiator and they cracked my transmission coolant lines in the process then returned it to me leaking transmission fluid everywhere. When I returned to ask them to fix the damage they denied responsibility. Cost me 600 to repair.

Amazing shop ! Very easy to work with accepted my warranty service when another shop was going to over charge me double . Great people and owners will highly recommend and will be bringing all my vehicle problems to them from now on . Thank you !

I would absolutely gives zero stars if I could! The WORST customer service I have ever seen anywhere.We took our car there because it had a broken water pump and we didn t have the tool to fix it. It was already torn down to the water pump and all of the parts as well as the new water pump were put in the backseat when we had it towed here. Two weeks after we dropped it off we had called to check and they said they were ordering the parts and hadn t even looked in the backseat for the new part or looked at the car to see it was torn apart. They had no idea. Then they told us they only needed to order a timing belt. They d had our vehicle for three weeks before the timing belt came in when they waited for us to call again and told us that they had to order a special tool. Why they didn t do that when they ordered the timing belt I don t know anyway it s been a month today and we finally got the car back after threatening to have it towed to another shop. However when we went to pay we told them that we didn t think it was fair to have to pay the full price because they had our vehicle for a month and never called to give us any updates. But when we asked to pay less they threatened us with a lawsuit. Not once did they apologize for the vehicle taking so long, offer to give a discount or even say that they couldn t do the job because they didn t have the tool. Both my fianc� and I are super displeased and will never be going here again nor will we recommend them to anyone..

I called a few times asking questions and they were very helpful. They asked me questions about the troubleshooting i had done prior to offering a quote. Other shops threw out quotes without knowing much about my car. They took my car in and did the diagnostic before just replacing parts and taking my money. Instead they found the issue and fixed it, they could have been dishonest and charged a lot more than they did! I will definitely be back for any radiator of AC needs. If they do other work as well I might be back for more!

Amazing hands down the best place in Great falls! Annette helped us above and beyond!! she called around to other shops and treated us like one of her friends not just a customer. Definitely recommend their services to everyone!!! Will use them again and again for our repairs.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and caring people. They repair your car right the first time. Plus they use quality parts and don't cut corners. Reasonable pricing that doesnt smash your pocket book. Beautiful clean shop. Recommended place for auto repairs.

I needed a new radiator and water pump while passing through Great Falls from out of state. Dustin installed a new radiator and water pump at a very fair price. They also took care of my vehicle in a hurry as they knew I was stranded in town while driving half way across the country. If I'm ever in need of vehicle repair again in Montana this is where I'm going!

I was traveling from Colorado going to Canada my alternator went out Annette got me in the same day because I was traveling she put me before everyone else to get me back on the road Dustin put a new alternator on my truck ,back on the road.100. Dollars fair and honest.

Didn t do a good job had oil all over my engine and windshield and they didn t even clean it right . Poor service don t not take your vehicle to this place.

Went to Jerry's to buy a new radiator but they told me they could fix the old one so I had them fix it. After picking it up it leaked after 1 month. I took it back in and they told me it was beyond repair and that I would have to buy a new one. After a long dispute I took it to different repair shop where Jerry's work was undone and repaired correctly.
