I m editing my review because after closer review of the paperwork, these guys not only refused to make me a deal with me on a $42,000 Outback Onyx but then charged me over $46,000 for a Subaru Crosstrek wilderness. They are hostile over then phone when I call and ask questions about this paperwork that I was rushed through in the office. They said we only charge MSRP the highest MSRP I can find in the U.S. is 35,900 they charged me $37,910 plus every fee you could imagine to bring the total to $46,400. I m a working class single person that just graduated college and this is how they treat their customers. The car is fine but nowhere near worth the price they gouged me for. Slimy sales experience.The Cila Jet fee is its own $450 warranty fee somehow not included in the $3,900 SAS extended warranty policy. The $2,100 fee for coat application and Starlink activation which comes with the vehicle your purchasing! They must love sneaking that in without explaining it.Lastly, your SAS policy doesn t start once your new vehicle warranty expires, they overlap. I was charged $3,900 for a policy that only adds 3 years to the new car warranty that comes with the vehicle. Over 10% MSRP for 3 added years of warranty, which they also did not explain. Good luck fellow car shoppers, avoid this place like the plague you can get a better vehicle anywhere else.

Highly recommend for buying a new or used vehicle from here. The salesman Darcy and Ky helped us with this great car buying experience. Friendly staff that make you feel welcome and not pressured. I would also like to mention the finance manager Tim. He was very friendly and professional. The whole experience was great.

I m not usually surprised by customer service but Great Falls Subaru definitely surprised me. They helped me every bit of the and didn t hide anything. Darcy Weiler who was my sales associate helped me so much from telling me what would be the best deal for me and being very thorough through the whole process and I was about to do the paper work and my new 2024 Impreza home the same day. I would gladly recommend Great Falls Subaru to anyone wanting a reliable car and great customer service

I have gone to Steve Bush, head certified mechanic for years! He is retiring this week. What a loss to Great Falls Subaru owners. He is the best! Always answers your questions, goes the second mile, is always honest to customers, cares about your vehicle. He would never take advantage of a customer. Thank goodness Nick will still be there. He is just like Steve in dealing with his customers.

This is my 2nd vehicle I have gotten From these guys, and they treat you like family. Kid friendly which is huge, especially when you know you gotta be there for a couple of hours with an active kiddo. Darcy is absolutely amazing and just want to say thanks again. We recently bought a Subaru from Great Falls Subaru and were impressed with our sales person Tyler Olsen. We had a few bumps in the process of purchasing and he was a great asset in negotiating on our behalf. Tyler was very informative about the vehicles and guided us to the right one that met ourneeds. I would definitely recommend talking to TylerOlsen if you're interested in buying a vehicle.

A little over a year ago, I thought I was getting a trusty Used Toyota Tundra. In the past year that I have had it, I've had over $8k put into this vehicle. It is a total loss. First off, they lied about the mileage on the vehicle online before I drove 3 hours away to come look at it. They had it advertised it at 106k, when in reality it was TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND miles. If a young sales*boy* comes up to you, I recall named Tyler, WALK AWAY. My truck, in a little over a year, has had these things (in order) go out on me. This is 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS JUST TO KEEP IT RUNNING.1. Timing belt and water pump (2 months after bought)2. Fuel pump (3 months after bought)3. Power Brake Booster (5 months after bought)4. Steering Rack and Pinion5. Transfer Case (great for MT winter)6. Ignition Switch7. Starter8. Now... BLOWN ENGINEI just had to go get another truck *now I have two truck loans* with my second at an astronomically high interest rate, just to get to work, 4 miles away.Take my review with a grain of salt and DO NOT give these people any of your business.

*Updated Review*I initially met with the service department last week and ran into several delays getting winter tires ordered and installed.After some attempts to sort the situation out, Dave the service manager stepped in and demonstrated great ownership of the issue. In the end we were able to get the tires we needed and everything resolved to my satisfaction.Thank you again for stepping up and taking ownership!

I feel like I was forgotten. I waited for over an hour and approached the desk to inquire about the progress of my service and it hadn t been started. It was my very first service on my car. No one said anything to me about the delay. It wasn t a good experience.12/8/23 Updated review. After posting about my disappointment at my first service visit, I received a call from the service manager. They wanted to make things right on my next service if possible, and they did.I got in promptly and my car was serviced in reasonable time with the charges covered! This was a big improvement!

My salesman, David Lucero worked really hard to find me the best deal on the car I really wanted!!! The finance department scored highly as well for fast courteous no B.S attitude. Chocolate Mocha, and a few snacks later I was out the door with my new car and thinking ahead to my next visit with Subaru to buy another car in 2026. Thanks Subaru!!!

Shane is easy to work with - he has helped me make appointments to coordinate with my trips to Great Falls. I live 130 miles away and sometimes make unexpected trips. He answers my questions understandably and has a good sense of humor. He is polite to not only me, but I have observed this with other customers as well. He represents Subaru well.
