This is honestly one of the nicest KOAs. Great places to walk, nice playground, amazing petting zoo, and dog park. However, the park is full of pot holes and dog poop everywhere. Plus, there were no open bathrooms. In addition, for the price you pay per night, you d think you wouldn t have dog poop all over your site. I think they could do better. I don t agree with paying summer rates for winter RVing.

Had a really solid stay at the Great Falls KOA Holiday. The location's convenient, making our outings a lot easier. Staff were friendly and on the ball when we had questions or needed a hand. Facilities were clean and and spacious. All in all, a dependable spot for a trip. Thanks to the team there!

Stayed here for 2 nights on a 2 week family vacation. The showers and bathrooms are clean and convenient. The showers were hot. The sites are close together but offer some privacy. We stayed in September and it was peaceful. My family enjoyed the petting zoo and seeing deer in the field nearby in the morning. It was convenient that Walmart is so close. We wished the address would have worked for Walmart delivery as we were all dealing with a headcold when visiting. We had a difficult time bathing my sister, who is in a wheelchair. Her chair didn't fit in the accessible bathroom doorway easily and the bench was a nice thought but it was dangerously slippery once wet and hard to keep her on it. (She is profoundly disabled) The laundry facilities are nice. Looks like there were bike and wagon rentals, but we didn't get to take advantage of them. Checkin and out was easy.Noteworthy details: Walmart within walking distance.

Nice clean campground, sites very close together but that s to be expected. Many of sites are separated by bushes though for some privacy. Bathrooms and showers were clean, well maintained. My son loved the pool! The slides were fun. They had free pancakes in the morning & a lovely couple that played music every night in the lamp kitchen.Only minor complaint is that playground area was muddy. I felt uneasy with my son playing on the equipment, could definitely use some more railings around the slide and rock stairs. The staff was very friendly & helpful as well.Would stay again.Nearby activities: Good location, at the edge of town, still secluded by trees but lots of store s & restaurants within 5-15 minutes.Safety: Only issue, wasn t a fan of the playground equipment for little kids.Walkability: Walmart is very close & a few restaurants only 5-10 minutes a wayFood & drinks: Cute ice scream and souvenir shopNoteworthy details: Pool with slides is awesome for little and big kids.

Really Great Experience. Location was prime, sites were very nice, services and activities at the campground itself were amazing. Worth the price tag! Also included a free breakfast. Best bang for your buck especially if you have kids. We loved seeing the little piggies. We are usually off grid campers and this was a nice treat and felt luxurious. Bring your Own wood unless you want to buy a bundle of twigs for $7.25

This was one of the most Pleasant days that we have had. The employers were outstanding! Made you feel so welcome and they were so friendly. The only negative thing, was the bed in the bedroom. It was so soft and uncomfortable. And the futon did not have any blankets so my friend had to cover up with towels. Otherwise I would rate it a five-star experience.Rooms: I think I already talked about the room.

We are still here, checked in Sept 20. Lovely, very clean location. We have a big rig spot. Nice big pull thru. Sadly it's been raining. Our Pagoda leaks so we aren't able to use the covered area and the BBQ is chained, staff can't locate the key to move it to a more covered area. All the perks of this location are closed for the season, but being charged peak season prices. Pools closed, jacuzzi closed, no pancakes etc....closed! At least adjust rates accordingly. During peak season if you have kids they will love this place.

Loved the petting zoo! Loved the spacious spot (244) and the patio. We had a great experience. They serve pancakes every morning (we did not eat any, so I can not tell you how they tasted). We were driving 45' long motorhome towing (so about 65' altogether), and we had plenty of room. Great location, right on the main strip of Great Falls.

Wonderful place to stay, we lived it. The best shower-/washrooms so far. A cozy homy room upstairs in the office. The staff super friendly and absolutely patient with everyone. The only reason I gave 4 stars is, that we were sooo locking forward to the Sauna and it was closed, without announcement. Mega disappointed, but anything else: wow.And a big Walmart around the corner, 5 min by foot, nice.

Best KOA experience of our trip (five KOA stays).Excellent shower and washroom facilities in the tent area. Having the upgraded tent site with the roofed shelter area is helpful. We asked to be moved sites since the one originally assigned was soaking wet and yet the others were not. Why we were assigned that site is beyond me.The evening entertainment is a huge plus for this KOA and we thoroughly enjoyed the musician couple. They have apparently been performing at this KOA during the summers for the past 32 years. We stayed for nearly all the show and tipped a reasonable amount for their performance. We can recommend this KOA unlike most others on our trip.

Camping sites are really great with wooden enclosure for cooking and storing your goods. Friendly service and free pancake breakfast when we were there. Facilities for kids looked amazing and there was a 2 man band playing country music on request in the evening. Good family place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Definitely an awesome campground for small kids. Our girls are way to old for the Waterpark but were charged $13/child a night extra, so was over $100 a night. Sites are very small, just room for 4 around a tiny fireplace and a picnic table. Older sites have some bushes for privacy so that's a bonus. KOA clean bathrooms and showers so that was worth some extra as well.

I would highly recommend this KOA not only for the campground environment, but certainly for the friendly, helpful and kind staff. We had an unplanned hospital visit while staying at the park. I called the front desk asking if it would be a problem for us to extend our stay if needed. The lady was so kind and put a hold on our site until we new the extent of our modified plans. She went above and beyond to make sure that we would have a place to stay while recovering. Thank you to the staff at Great Falls KOA!

We stay at KOA s almost exclusively when we travel with our Super C and tow vehicle. This is among the best campgrounds we ve stayed at. Beautiful landscaping everywhere abe amazing staff greeted us. There are spacious sites, cute cabins, the facilities are super modern and clean. The store is well stocked and the ice cream was fantastic. The petting zoo offered unexpected fun and there was free music at the really nice Kamp Kitchen. Free pancakes in the morning. Love this place!

We had vehicle problems on our way to Glacier National Park and had to make an unexpected 3 day stay at the great falls KOA. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Absolutely top notch people! The kids loved the pool, and animals. The camper pads are a little close to each other but in our experience it's an opportunity to meet new people which is one of the reasons we like staying at campgrounds to begin with.

Arrival and check in was quick and easy, nothing but the most friendly workers on site. Well kept up camping stalls. Ease of access to town. But far enough away to not hear most of road noise. Waterpark is great for the little ones. The petting zoo is a good activity for the kids as well. Our son loved feeding them. Firepit was cleaned on Arrival. Will be recommending and returning in the future.

I wish there were in between stars because the experience was better than 3 stars but not quite 4 stars. Facilities that were offered were outstanding, well maintained, and accessible. But for $63, the size of the camping spot was dismal and sad. I have got larger camping spots for less. The location was not the most ideal place for camping. It was loud from noise coming from 10th Ave. S. and trucks coming in and out of Walmart. I recommend that you try it out but not as tent camping. Next time, I would like to try the cabins.

This campground has a lot to offer. It even has a petting zoo not that I am interested. This wooded location, almost in the middle of town, is surprising. They even have cabins that appear to have views of the neighboring farm land. I was presently surprised. I visited 11 years earlier. They have completed a lot of improvements since then.I was disappointed with the wifi.

Stayed Jun 8th-9th, 2023 in our Class A 40ft (towing pickup for a total of 60ft) on a 50amp full service site. Easy access off main road and maneuverability within the campground. Arrived during a severe thunderstorm so the park was quite wet and the kids water attraction was closed but not the fault of the park obviously. However the other playgrounds, the small farm animal area and the general individual sites were fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and invited us to the free pancake breakfast the next morning (we were unfortunately leaving early so did not partake). Expensive for a quick one night stay with the CAD from US dollar conversion but would be a great place for a longer stay/holiday. Close to a lot of amenities (Walmart, grocery, restaurants etc if required) Was a good stop over on our way back to Canada and would recommend to others.
