My son purchased his first car here and it was a great experience! The salesman, Josh, had a lot of product knowledge and was both personable and professional. The Finance Dept. got us in and out quickly. The dealership owner, Joshua, went above-and-beyond to make sure the vehicle went through an extra inspection, alleviating any mechanical or safety concerns and ensuring my son s vehicle would be safe and reliable. My son love s his new car, and I love the great dal we got! Highly recommend!

We recently purchased 2 vehicles from Josh at the Honda dealership, I HIGHLY recommend him! He worked hard to get us a great deal and keep our payments affordable. He goes above and beyond and he has integrity like I ve never seen in a car salesman. If you re in the market for a vehicle, definitely go to Honda and ask for Josh Lindley.

Was actually shocked! Kameran was great! Zero pressure and zero up selling. We told them what we were looking for and he gave us all the options and allowed us to pick what option worked best for us. I was amazed there was no pressure and absolutely zero issues trading in our car. Would highly recommend. Ask for kameran 100%!!

UPDATE: We had an issue with one of the vehicles we bought the day after driving off the lot so I brought it in to the service department. Not only did they get in it right away, they fixed the issue to the absolute best of there ability the day of, then ordered the parts to make sure we were taken care of at no additional cost. I ve had a great experience working with not only the sales staff, the financial office and the owner, but also with the service department as well.I recently worked with Josh Lindley on purchasing two vehicles and trading a vehicle in. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles that we were looking into and did so with outstanding professionalism. During my time working with him, he helped us pick out vehicles that were right for us and did so with integrity. I would highly recommend checking out Great Falls Honda if you re in the market for a new vehicle.

Bought a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from here. The sales experience was real good. Unfortunately it needed some warranty work on the rear axle shaft ( things happen right?). At anyrate, I have purchased enough new cars in the past with various dealers around the state. My experience with most of them was not good, to say the least, especially with service departments. So far, with Great Falls Honda, this has changed my experience. Bryce was real good to work with. I believe, he was honest in his inspection assessment and professional as well. Thanks for helping me to gain trust in dealerships again! Keep up the good work Great Falls Honda. I hope to remain a loyal customer for the years to come..

I used to trust car dealerships and their service managers about as far as I can throw them. But Bryce has changed that. He is is very knowledgeable and patient. He doesn t pressure and listens very carefully to all symptoms of my car s strange problems. I am very happy that the new owners kept him as part of their team. It was a very wise decision.

Bought a Ford Flex from them with the driver seat broken. Told them about it before I even took the car off the lot. They looked at it, and messed it up even more. Called them several times about it only to be blown off. They then started harassing and threatening my poor wife while she was at work over a negative review. Saying if we don't say we're satisfied with the car they will come take it back. We love the car, even the broken seat. What we don't love is having to pay a ton of money over a simple fix, then being bullied and harrased.

In @ 9 AM out @ 1 PM. Wow! Engine oil change, tire check and balance and rotation, transmission oil change and adjust, brake fluid flush and brake check( brakes not mushy anymore), new spark plugs installed. Fast, reliable service with a smile. And the price was great! Came in under estimate! Great job. Highly recommend Honda service center. They work on all cars. My car is a 2006 Chevy Malibu.

John Barringer was great, super patient and willing to help me get the price point I needed. He was not pushy at all, giving me time and space to think and evaluate my options. Evan, the store manager, was also a huge help during the process of my purchase. He made it a priority to honor me as a local resident to Great Falls, which was reflected in the price of my vehicle. I highly recommend! I am beyond happy and feel secure knowing my car will be serviced through Honda moving forward.

Got stuck in Great Falls mid road trip when my tires wore out sooner than expected. They found me four tires first thing in the morning without an appointment and got me back on the road in a just a couple hours. They were very nice and very helpful.

We had a great experience! We are visiting from out of town and began having problems with our breaks. They squeezed us in and made sure our car was ready for us to continue our trip. If I lived in Great Falls, I would definitely use this dealership. They are professional and go the extra mile.

Overall my experience was pretty good. My visit wasn't stressful or anything like that. Ricardo, my sales rep was friendly and not to pressuring when it came to looking at vehicles. The only reason I held back on a five star rating is because my car was advertised with keyless entry yet they didn't provide me with a key fob and a part of the trimming near my shifter appears to have been sloppily glued which only became apparent after I got the car home. I didn't know about the fob till after I signed the papers. This being said my experience was still relatively pleasant and there's a good chance I'd buy from them again.

Jess and Evan were excellent, and gave me time to look at a nice car, with no pressure into the sell. Given the loss of my daily driver beforehand, it was such a relief that they made it so easy, while giving me a car that fits me and my family's needs. This was my first time buying something by myself, and I'm glad I did it through Great Falls Honda. I will be returning next time I need a car.

The service department is outstanding. Bryce is super knowledgeable and provides timely updates if there are delays (which I have not experienced). They provide rides if needed and their waiting area is comfortable.

We have been dealing with Honda of Great Falls for years. Every time we are treated like family, even if we do not buy anything from them. Our sales person was amazing and answered all of our questions and if she didn't know, she would find out for us. Our finance person was amazing, getting things done and had us out the door very quickly. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, these guys can get it done for you!!

Appointment time was available on the date I requested. Was greeted professionally and work started promptly. They caught a problem in the past that I was unaware of, but had the potential to be a huge and expensive problem later. Fortunately, I bought the extended warranty on my 2020 CRV.

When I first came to this place years ago, I felt so degraded by the service folks and they made me feel like the stupidest person on the planet. However, I recently came here for a battery check on my car and they were extremely professional, polite, and courteous. Facilities were clean and orderly. I m happy!4/11/22: I went in Saturday for an oil change, went very smoothly. The place has truly improved over the last few years with its staff and technicians. Thanks!5/27/22: service was great and Zach was awesome to work with! I had coolant service done, car is still working great!2/14/23: service was fine and no issues.

Always have good experiences here. Recently a metallic rattling started in the front left side by my tire, that I couldn t find the cause for. They confirmed a small rock wedged in but hadn t messed up my rotors and were able to remove it. Didn t even charge me a diagnostic fee which they could ve and I would ve happily paid. I ll def be back!

Kameran was great to work with! I came in looking at options to lower my monthly payment, but made it clear I was willing to leave with the truck I still love if we couldn t get the numbers right. Both Kameran and the finance manager made it a smooth and quick process. I got the car I came for at the price I was looking to pay!

Great customer service! We brought our vehicle in for an urgent issue and their mechanic figured out the problem almost instantly. Additionally, they identified a couple of recall issues, fixed one and scheduled another. But again, the customer service is their strength as they knew we had plans in a few days and they constantly tracked our part and worked the repairs into their schedule so we didn t miss our trip. All around outstanding service!!!
