Brian is awesome! Great place.. very honest, great pricing! They are very knowledge and will never tell you something needs fixed when it doesn t and then charging you high prices like some places do! Best in Great Falls! They go above and beyond and get you right in, usually the same day and not long hours of waiting time! Nice little waiting area too.

The best results are when expectations are met or exceeded. Last week, Ken Noble and the rest of the crew at Superior Tire in Great Falls EXCEEDED our expectations. We were towing a 30 ft 5th Wheel on our way to Lewistown when the left-rear wheel/tire completely separated from the 5th Wheel at 65 mph about 10 miles east of Great Falls. This was an extremely dangerous situation and we were forced to do a U-turn and head back to GF, driving ~20mph on the shoulder. We searched Google for a tire facility and found Superior Tire, called them and described our predicament and headed there... slowly. When we arrived, Ken assessed the vehicle and we agreed on the best way to address the situation. Ken said he would call at about 9:30 Saturday morning with an update. We found a local hotel and hoped for the best. At about 9:00am the next day, a Saturday, I received a call that the 5th wheel was ready to go. We drove over and saw we were ready to roll. Ken said the Tech checked the torque of all the other lug nuts and visually inspected for unseen damage. We thanked him, paid the bill ( reasonable price) and drove on our way, feeling very, very relieved and grateful. Good Job Superior Tire! You exceeded our expectations and saved the day!

I ve worked with Superior Tire mostly for trailer tires for car carriers. Today I had a drive tire problem, I pulled up on the pad at 5am and his workers got right at it when they opened. My log book is shot and I just parked off to the side. Tim is very personable and knowledgeable. It s nice to have a business that values your business. If I lived closer they would see me more...

Went in for some suspension work. This was one of very few places in town that would do the work. Fantastic customer service with what would need to be done and what the cost was. Was the best price in town as well! Got my truck in and out quickly and also looked it over to identify any issues that I would need to address. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires or any other service they provide.

Kenny and his crew do a great job. Went in and bought another new set of tires. Been buying tires from Ken for about 25 years now. Always great quality tires and a great price. Thanks for the great service I get every time I come in. Best tire shop in Great falls bar none.

I've been going to Superior Tire for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences! Last week I called to have my breaks fixed, they looked at my breaks and let me know they did not need to be fixed and gave me an explanation. They also looked at a small issue i've been having. The service tech called me and let me know what was going on and was very helpful and professional! If Superior Tire can do the job, they've got my business!THANK YOU SUPERIOR TIRE!!!

Great service, communication and price! They won t sell you anything you don t need and they shoot strait with you. Their mechanic Brian is top-notch! I won t go anywhere else for alignment or front end work from now on.

Called and had a set of tires quoted to me. They had to have them delivered but was delayed a bit due to weather. Still kept in touch with me to let me know why there was a delay. Once the tires got there and I got my vehicle there, turned out I needed a bigger size. Rather than charge me the price of the bigger tires I apparently needed, they stuck with the same quote they gave me for the other tires. They had the tires put on within maybe half an hour and I'm thrilled with the price I got and the warranty that comes with the tires! Exceptional service! Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!!!!

Have a set of tires I needed mounted and balanced (willing to pay the fees for this service) and they refused to do it because they didn t sell me the tires. Said it was a safety issue. I didn t want you to warranty them I simple wanted them broken down and remounted. Would be like going there with a flat and refusing to fix it because it wasn t a tire they sold. Or going to a dealership to have a repair done but being refused because they didn t sell me the car. It s ok I ll take my money to a business willing to provide good service.

The fine folks at Superior Tire, inspected my trailer tires at no charge, and helped me understand why I had uneven trailer tire wear over the course of 1day. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, and more than willing to help any way they could.

This was the perfect place to take my large 5th wheel to get tires put on. There is ample room to maneuver and as a added benefit the HUGE shop has drive through bays with very tall over head doors. Don't hesitate one moment if you need tires put on a large RV here. The service was fast, professional and friendly. I will recommend this to others!

Had a tire fail. Took our vehicle to Superior Tires. They offered us a new or used tire. Short on cash we got a used tire that had more tread. They balanced, mounted, put the donut tire back under the vehicle and no waiting. Great guys and excellent customer service!

Top notch, outstanding service. I had an RV tire blow on the highway, a rare size one and they prioritized us and got us back on the highway in short time. Very reasonably priced too! Highly recommend. A+

Not Military friendly...I brought new tires with me I purchased from another base and was told they are in the business of making money, and if I buy them from somewhere else they won t help me mount them. It was not a safety issue, he didn t even look to see if the tires fit. He just said NO, since I didn t purchase them there. Don t worry, I won t be purchasing anything from you in the future. I wasn t asking to mount the tires for free.... They told me Big-Os would help me, and they did. Poor policy Superior tire!

Five Star service for heavy truck tires. A little out of the way of traveling I15 but very worth the detour. Very quick to find the tires I needed, very quick to to start working on it all for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Ken Noble and his guys for a great your tire experience.

Had my tires replaced here, one went flat, was informed on my oil change, that tire air pressure was low two weeks ago, kept checking it, but one night, it gone flat on the highway and I tried to stop soon but the tire ended up being destroyed.Went back here and I had a warranty and it was done no problem!Great people!

Had a pre-existing patch in my tire I didn't know was there. They took extra time to find me a single tire for replacement, as opposed to forcing me to buy new tires.They are professional, and have a great selection in house, and can order almost any other tire you want. A used single tire was $35. Better than 600-$1000 for a new set.Worth your visit!

Fixed our RV tire problem! Outstanding service, knowlegable, worth the few miles drive off I-15. Best place in Great Falls, got us right in. Priced very reasonable. Highly recommend.

This is a great store to get your tires. I needed tires on my semi-truck. Two steers and eight drive tires replaced in one hour. That is as good as it gets. Go in and ask for Ken he will help you with what ever you drive from the farm to the highway.

Well run hard working tire shop. I will seriously consider this shop for my future tire needs. If I owned a Semi and trailer this is where I would go without a doubt. No frills get the job done outfit. Quite impressed. Keep up the great work.

Best service in Great Falls area bar none! Super friendly & helpful staff. And cleanest shop I have ever seen! I mean Restaurant clean and I mechanical and tire shop amazing! If I could I would give them 10 stars!

Was traveling through from Alberta and had a bad vibration at 75mph. These guys were very quick to get me in for tire balancing. Excellent and very professional service! I recommend this business unreservedly.

Very quick, fairly priced, and friendly. The only reason I marked a star down was because they weren't wearing masks, which did make me a little uncomfortable given the current status of COVID.
