Fantastic customer service! I have went to Michael for a few years now and even though I live in Missoula, I get my maintenance done with him. Took my car to them because i had hit a curb pretty hard when it was icy out, they said they might not be able to look at it for quite a while but less then 2 hours after dropping it off they called me back and said i needed to take it somewhere that worked on tires and steering components and even suggested a place to take it to, and didnt charge me a dime, very appreciative of them and will continue to take my vehicles to them if they need fixed.

It was great. I called because I had a problem with my car not starting. I had AAA come and jump my car. Fritz's took me in the same day. The representative found what was wrong and fixed it. I made other calls, but the mechanics could not take me. So I appreciate so much that Fritz's made time to see me as they had many cars to fix. I will continue to see them when needed.THANKS FRITZ'S.....

On restorative projects with expensive custom performance parts it's hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and isn't charging for his time learning through his mistakes. Seth and Mike make owning a project car a pure JOY! They are knowledgable, trustworthy, and I can give them the keys to my vehicle knowing with full confidence that they will deliver an excellent result without the gouging. We ve been in twice now and they re always super polite. I dropped my car off at my lunch hour with no appointment for an expected bad bearing and they had it fixed in just a couple hours. Both times they ve charged fair prices, with surprisingly fast turnaround time even without an appointment. Very highly recommend them! Will be back for them soon to install a new rear view camera for my caddie.

Had some work done at Fritz Auto Repair to my 1966 Ford Mustang and I was thoroughly impressed! I highly recommend this shop. Seth was the person I mainly worked with and he was very attentive. Even with the big work load he made time to get me in and provided solid advice and fast work. He was a pleasure to work with and I ll be back for sure! Thanks Seth!!

I have been having trouble getting anyone to look at my vehicle. Seth Long to the time at the end of the day. And then spent all day working on it. He repaired things that I've brought to others attention, and they ignored me. Great service. Great guys.

Excellent customer service!!! Couldn't actually help us with our problem, but referred us to someone that could and even delivered the vehicle back to the job site. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I've sent several people who needed repairs done to their classic cars and Cadillacs and each person I sent has been treated more than well. Along with the smile on Fritz's face, the man truly loves what he does and shares that same enthusiasm with his dedicated team of competent mechanics. The American Dream is alive and well at Fritz's Auto Repair.

I needed a discontinued part and didn't have much of a description of it since I only had half of it left after it broke. Mike spent the time to help me figure it out until the problem was resolved. They deserve all of the stars I could give.

Better repair shop in town, the most honest mechanic's you will ever find.. Great example of what a local MT business in like.. I've done business with these people for about 8 years and I'll never take my car's any place but FRITZ'S...
