I had a great experience. They got me in quickly, showed me what they were working on and came in under their initial quote. They had exceptional customer service and kept me informed on everything they did. I would highly recommend.

This review is much too late but nothing has changed, Justin and Eric are amazing. They always take amazing care of my vehicles and they do their best to make sure I understand what's wrong and what my options are. I wouldn't think about trusting my vehicles to anyone else.

Justin at fox s Point Tire has amazing customer service skills and went above and beyond to help me. I called almost every tire shop in great falls and Helena looking for a specific tire and the customer service from Justin stood out so much from everyone else that it was an easy decision where I was going to buy the tires. The guys installing the tires were also super nice and helpful. I don t normally give reviews, this is my second time in my life but the service was so incredible I had to.

The minute I parked, I had no idea where to go because I m new here so it was obvious I had no idea where to enter. Immediately the workers led me to the right entry, made me feel comfortable and respected. Customer service was amazing and they even drove me home, which I ve never heard of! The service was very thorough and worked on pretty quick even though there was multiple things wrong with the car. Also, I brought up that my husbands car needed work and they were very helpful too!

Justin and his crew were professional and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do and the quote was what I was charged. It was done same day. I definitely will be going here again for my mechanical work on all my vehicles.

I recently went through the tedious process of buying a used car. Eric and the whole crew patiently worked with me to inspect several cars and gave me the information I needed to be confident in my decision. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and a fun crew. I highly recommend them and will be using them going forward to service my new car, which I love!

Whole crew was especially informative of anything wrong with my vehicle. Super friendly and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. Pleasantly surprised when they were willing to get me in at the last minute. Big thanks to Jamie, Jason and Eric for getting everything done for me. Definitely gonna come back and get some other services done in the future.

Took my truck in for a coolant leak and they found ball joint issues. Was fixed in a day and could make my trip home safely to Oregon! Thanks Justin and Eric!

Great mechanic shop! They were able to take my vehicle in without an appointment and put a lot of work into it. After a basically all new suspension, tires and spark plugs my Rav4 is like a brand new car. They even took a look at our other car without hesitation and got us fixed up with a new exhaust. The customer service was great every step of the way and I would recommend Foxes Point S to anyone in need of auto repair. Thanks for everything!-Dan

Excellent service - actually above and beyond. Excellent communication. Friendly and honest. Good value. Convenient downtown location - can walk to shops, lunch while they work on your car. Highly recommend.

Dennis and Jamie were absolutely wonderful. It s really nice to be able to get great customer service and super good service in general. I got the best winter studded tires the Nokian Hak 10 s. I feel a major difference and feel safe driving on the road now! Thank you, will be returning.

This team knows what customer service is. I wasn t talked down to at all. They took me out to the garage and showed me the problem, explaining everything. When they made a mistake, they took the responsibility for it and made it right. I will definitely use them again.

Truly great service! I have an old car that is showing it's age and has been requiring a lot of repairs. Jamie, Dennis and Eric have been communicative and effective, and even discounted the labor hours for the most recent repair.
