Update two: The first day I drove the tire it unfortunately was flat, so I took it back I think the next day and he looked at it free of charge, and got it fixed up and now it drives wonderfully and no problems for months!Update: The tire and rim I ordered came in the next day, super fast! When showed up to get my tire Frank went and got it right away for me and even loaded it into my car for me. Very affordable price for a used tire and a new rim, as well. Love this place and would use them for future tire needs!I haven't even received my ordered tire yet but already giving 5 stars because Frank that I spoke with to order a new (used, new to me) tire for my car was so nice and pleasant. Was friendly and upbeat, and even said he doesn't believe in upcharges so a used tire and the mount and balance is all one price.He also was very helpful and patient while I found the info I needed to provide about my car to get the right tire and rim. Prices are so affordable, I was so worried about the cost until he told me what they charge, and I was surprised! Such a pleasant experience already, I know I'll have no problem with them once my tire comes in.

Falls tires has great customer service. Their prices are fair because they are here for you with great customer service. This is the type of shop where when something gets done they'll do it right. They are honest with you. They do their best to fit you in and get you fixed up. This a place that takes care of customers old and new.Since I can't make another review I just wanted to update and say these guys are still amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It doesn't get better than this crew! We have used them for years for our tires needs. My husband recently took his truck in with suspicion of it needing work after he heard it making a noise. Falls Tire checked it out thoroughly and assured him that his truck is fine. They sent him away with a zero bill and with us feeling respected. They are the most honest group you will come across!!

Worst service I've ever gotten didn't rebalance my tires or let me know that my rear brakes were rubbing on my rims and falling off my truck

They are very honest and have the most reasonable prices in town for alignments Tires and Service Etc. and it's a nice small home town atmosphere what type of tire shop.

Excellent customer service. Took care of three tire issues quickly and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. If I ever have tire needs in the GF area I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I called a day before, they got me a spot to get a wheel alignment. I forget the gentlemans name that helped me out but he was so awesome. I'd recommend this place to anyone. They are fats and friendly

Only place in Great Falls I trust with my tires and alignment. They do things the old school way and the right way. Prices are fair on parts and labor. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

I love the service I get when I go there. Kind, courteous, and above all very proffesional. I would recommend this place to anyone.. Oh and they are pet frendly as well had to brig our dogs and evven offered them water. Thanks guys keep up the good work

I dont go anywhere else best prices customer service is excellent they let you know if something needs to be fixed and also recommend shops that do quality work there is a reason they have been open for several decades.

I got a tire here a few months back and it had a slow leak. Not a big deal, but by now it's progressed to where I need to take care of it. Did I need it done today? No, I would be happy to schedule for a later date. But I was refused an appointment because they were busy and the weather was bad.I get that a small job like that isn't going to make these guys a lot of money, but this is just rude.No problem, Tire-Rama was quite busy as well but were decent enough to give me an appointment for next week. I will definitely not be wasting my time or money with Fails Tire in the future.

I love the guys at falls tires. I've been going there for years. They know me and my vehicles. I've never had a problem and they're not douchbags like I feel a lot of mechanics are.

I had new tires put on in Oct. 2021. Fast forward to 1/30/2022. Driving 10th ave s., man flags me down to tell me I'm about to loose a wheel, pulled over to discover three missing lug nuts. Had truck towed 88$, new lug nuts ( security type),50$, repairs at local mechanic 376 $, new Black Rhino wheel 300$ plus. Needless to say im stuck with the bills because they denied andyre sponsibility. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES IF YOU VALUE YOU LIFE OR VEHICLE!

Both fires are pretty good tire shop I must say they got tires their workers are amazingly fast I bet you they would even do breaks there if you asked him everybody was super nice it's just pretty much a pretty all around amazing place
