Everything is so clean and professional. I feel like need to wash my car before bringing it in for the oil change, which is a GOOD thing! The level of excellence within the whole property is stunning. Nic did a great job. He kept us updated and our Highlander was completed ahead of schedule. My wife was very happy it was washed. Barry was also very nice. Thanks Guys!

Best service I ever with a dealership. Was able to schedule maintenance in one day advance. Turn around time for my car was 40min and even gave my car a wash. I owned a Jeep in great falls previously and they were always booked out about 2 weeks for appointments and kept my car all day most times.

The true hospitality of the entire team!GL and Jason were patient and attentive throughout the entire car buying process. City Toyota is Family, and will be where I purchase all future vehicles as well as send all friends and family!

Short story long... traveling from Calgary I stopped in for a quick service (oil etc)... my appointment was 3pm, arrived a little early (1pm)... dropped the Tacoma off and decided to wait... was initially told they were to busy, totally understood... wasn t 40 minutes, here s your keys mr Johnson! Wow! Great service... so cool! Thank you! And that s why I give them 5 stars, so accommodating

The employee called me with multiple updates, times and prices throughout the process. Also, I never felt like he was trying to oversell anything which is a good feeling when dealing with mechanic services.
