I brought in GMC Yukon and a Chevy Silverado pick up and had oil changed in both vehicles and then your people thoroughly inspected the vehicles & I needed to replace some filters. I didn t need to rotate tires and then when they were all done, they washed it and it was spic and span clean. So for all of that, I appreciate it and thank you.

I love that the price of the vehicle is the price you pay, and there are no hidden or extra fees so many other dealerships charge. The staff is welcoming and professional, and the facility is well-maintained and clean! It is a great place to do business

Salesman was awesome. Didn't try to push by constantly trying to contact me. Was very helpful and made it an easy and enjoyable experience. The financial dept was also amazing and made sure I was getting only what I needed for warranty. He didn't try to talk me into a more expensive plan than I absolutely needed based on my driving history. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have the experience of buying a new vehicle.

Friendly and helpful staff. Gave my 2 year old snacks, coloring books, and stickers during closing process to keep her entertained. Went the extra mile for us to make us feel valued, important, and not like we were just a sale.Thing I appreciated most was that, Virginia our sales lady, made kind, friendly, and could tell which car was the best fit for us and didn t push more expensive cars on us but was focused on our needs for a vehicle and met them.Thank you for a wonderful buying experience!

Went there to buy a 2012 4runner... seller: VIRGINIA is the absolute worst.She is rude throughout the whole process. I asked her to call me before me going and she sent me a few texts, that should have been the moment I stopped doing business with her but I continued because I like to give women in male dominated places my business. but boy do I regret it!!!During test drive she was rude, when I asked her a mechanical question she replied with "Im not a mechanic" with a lot of attitude... Like she hates her life and job... The truck felt a little wobbly during test drive.. I asked her why she said the "the tires"... I figured it could need a tire balancing, alignment and better tires or at worst steering rack issues.. which I was willing to deal with... anything but mechanical issues I was ok with.Well, we went inside and I asked her to chip 400 off the price she said "her boss wouldnt do it" finally, since it was well priced I agreed to the 16,990... I gave this woman 11K CASH!!!!!... and she all of a sudden developed manners and a faux smile... She also failed to disclose an accident until AFTER I paid and then she was like "here sign this affidavit" .....the affidavit was redacted and it stated the vehicle had been in a wreck but had had no frame damage... Something I asked her several times before purchasing and she said "no accidents" she loves to lie.I signed the papers around 6pm, left the dealer, retuned my rental, had dinner with a friend, went to the Gas Station to leave town,... and boom, Dashboard looks like a Christmas Tree, at 9pm (THREE HOURS AFTER BUYING) Im stressing begging Orileys to do an OBDII test and ,,,, what do you know... Drivetrain issues P0012, Camshaft issues... which is A HUGE issue with an interference engine... she wouldnt know I guess becasuse "shes not a mechanic"...I brought the vehicle next day at 8:40 and she called me at 12pm completely unapologetic and full of attitude to tell me her guy had to go to lunch and that she'd call me at 1pm with another update... Ma'am!!!! I have to leave... I had a 4hr drive to work and I needed to be at the restaurant by 5pm....She refused to provide me with a temp vehicle or pay for a rental after I gave them all my savings... So, I proceed to ask for my money back at which point she threw a tantrum stating "she's not getting her money back" mmmmmm news flash lady; Yes I am... She was quite pissed off that I took her commision back... hahahahaI'd like to say that Nate P, was amazing and the other salesmen were kind and respectful as well.... She has a horrible way of treating people, and honestly shouldnt be allowed in that building at all...Thank you so much Nate for returning my money, and Im sorry we messed up your lunch. <3Anyways, Virginia sucks... dont buy from her...

City is a great dealership! I bought a 2024 Toyota RAV4 in February 2024 from Brandon with no hassles and not over priced! Everyone that works there is super friendly, nice and very helpful! I would recommend City Motors if you re looking for a new vehicle! I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future!

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The service person gave me the inspection results, which showed wide ranging tire tread depths, and a different tread depth on each tire. He suggested I may need to have an alignment done. I was surprised. I immediately got 2nd opinions from 2 other shops. They told me the tires looked great. Absolutely no unusual wear patterns, and tread depth differences were no more than 1/32. This amounts to loss of trust, so I won't be back.

Great service and responsive to my vehicles needs. Came in for unscheduled service and was scheduled a couple hours later same day. After talking to service technicians and a quick diagnosis it was determined the work did not need to be done and could actually wait for a few more months before needed. I was not charged for the time spent on determining the issue was not an immediate need. I was very pleased with how I was consulted and treated throughout my visit. Thank you City Motor Co.

Had a good experience when buying a car there. Went to a few dealers around the Great Falls and Missoula area and the few that I went to did not have their poop in a group, City Toyota did. They have some nice amenities in their lobby like little desks and a soda fountain. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Emily helped walk me through some of the features on the used vehicle that I got. Overall good experience.

I requested two things done. Oil change and check headlights . I wanted better lights for night driving. Was done in about 1.5 they did find I needed new filters that was good. They come told me car was ready I paid over 250.00 and left come to find out once home they didn't look at headlights at all. That was my main concern. So now another appointment or go some where else

Had a new key fob programmed. Service was good. During service, technician got grease on the driver's seat. When I noticed it the service Manager had the seat cleaned promptly with no fuss.

I purchased a 2018 Taco new in Helena because I had heard poor rumors about City. Turned out those rumors were entirely false. City serviced that Taco religiously and regularly, no hiccups, no problems. The experiences with the service department convinced me to buy new from City. Dropped by a few days ago to look at a new rig and Ralph Smith put me in a 4Runner Pro. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Low pressure, handled all the financials and I got an amazing deal. City service and sales are all top notch in my book!

Thanks for the quick oil change . Change oil light came on 200 miles out of Great Falls and you got me in, changed oil, rotated tires and gave blue a wash. All while the dog and I enjoyed a nice lounge. Thank you. Great service.

City always comes through. I called last minute for maintenance and they got me in within 2 days. Very professional, thorough and went above what was needed by offering extra services on same work order. I will always use City Motors in Great Falls.

All my encounters with the staff were pleasant and informative. I have no qualms about my experience with City Toyota. I highly recommend their services. I was acquainted with Buck Merriweather before my purchase, but I must commend him with his professionalism and product knowledge. None of my questions were left unanswered. Shop with confidence.

On December 15 I hit a deer and did a lot of damage to the front end of my truck. It only had 18,000 miles on it and was not drivable. Duane Anderson and his crew in the body shop did one helluva job repairing it. It looks like the day I first took it home. Duane was very courteous and informative as I pestered him for updates over the last 3 months. I would definitely recommend City Motors.

This was a completely trouble free purchase. Working with salesperson Virginia Person over the phone, I was able to make all the arrangements necessary to setup the transaction. After traveling from Kalispell to Great Falls to accept delivery, I found everything in order and was out the door after just a couple of hours for paperwork and a quick tutorial with the vehicle. Great people, great service.
