$550 service sellers package is embarrassing. Many areas of the car were never touched or wiped down, the leather seats were conditioned but not cleaned so there is a greasy, grit all over every surface and the leather is still very dirty. The interior headliner fabric was never touched, not even wiped. Even the most common areas such as the door handles, door compartments, seatbelts, and rear view mirror were totally overlooked. I don t believe the back was even cleaned (see photos) the 3rd row was simply opened and the seats were conditioned. These items would be standard cleaning in a regular car service and I expected as much in a high end detailing service. I contacted the owner before posting and Conrad has suggested the car got dirty within an hour of me leaving his business. I find this statement is extremely unprofessional. He made statements that this is the worst car he s ever detailed which I disagree with wholeheartedly. Our car is used as a family vehicle and we do have kids and also dogs with a lot of fur - I would never expect every last hair to be out of that car. Most importantly, the dog hair left behind is not a complaint I have with the service- the untouched areas and dirt left behind is not acceptable. The owner sited that the fully removable carpets were difficult to clean and while I find them cleaned throughly they were left soaking wet, dripping in my car, covered in a grease/water mixture and I was not notified they may be wet still and should be removed to dry completely. I run my own small business and prioritize patronizing small businesses, but given the result of the detailing I purchased I would not recommend this business, especially for the cost and the result received. Buff-N-Duffs, does it again! My mom car looks and smells brand new. The attention to detail and steam cleaned carpets took the kid spills right out. I am so pleased with the results. We took our 2014 Suburban to Conrad to get spruced up. Let me tell you he did not disappoint! It looks amazing! He detailed the outside and cleaned and protected the leather on the inside. The finish on the paint looked what I m sure is better than it was right off the line seven years ago! The leather looks like new and smells amazing! I would recommend Buff-N-Duff Showroom Shine to anyone for any detailing needs!Service: Auto detailing

My experience with Buff-N-Duff's was awesome. Very professional, he told me how to take car of my truck to keep it looking awesome and help me schedule to have maintenance done on it to keep it looking brand new. Very easy to work with. We took my 2018 Chevy Z71 pickup in for the Ceramic Pro Coat. The owner talked us into it saying it would be the best paint shine and protectant on the market. Went to pick it up and dropped the tailgate and the bed hadn t been washed. Dirt, grass and debri throughout. I asked why it hadn t been cleaned and the owner said they don t wash truck boxes! ??We checked the exterior and there were scratches that hadn t been buffed out and the front grill Still had bugs splattered All over the front of it. No detailing at all on the mud flaps, wheel wells, rims or tires or chrome side steps. The interior had been hastily vacuumed and the windows washed. The console hadn t been cleaned at all and there was still numerous areas on the seats that still had visible soilMarks and obviously hadn t been cleaned. This wasn t a high end show room shine. I could have done better with a garden house, a sponge and a bottle of carpet shampoo. Worth maybe $100 at the most. Not what they charge. Go someplace else.

Each time I ve made an appointment, service was exact,price was exactly what was quoted. I am met at the shop the night before when I ask. Workmanship is of great quality. After going to Buff-N-Duff s I will not going to anyone else.
