Buyers beware! March 9, 2024 I purchased a 2021 vehicle with 26,000 miles from Bison Ford. The vehicle needed new tires so I took it in to my local tire shop March 11, 2024. They noticed a gap in the cowl and bumper area, and shared with me that the car had damage to the front end behind the bumper. There is no way Bison Ford didn t know this. Bison Ford should have repaired it before selling to ensure sensors and vehicle were safe and ready to go. Repairs were just under $3000. Naturally the dealer will not respond to request for assistance paying for this repair. Buyers beware of Bison Ford!

I would pass on this dealship if i was you. So I'm just passing through, only stopped here because I do all my service at Ford. They have a quick lane which I have never had to have an appointment for. Lady says they don't have anything until afternoon. I said that's not gonna work can you help me find a different Ford, I thought she was looking and she said I could come in and wait but I might be there till the afternoon when she was trying to make me an appointment for. Then she proceeded to tell me she didn't hear me when I ask her to help me find another Ford which tells me she just didn't listen to me at all. Sorry I wasted my time on a dealership that was so rude and not helpful.

Bison Ford Doing it right.... the only thing done right is a lack of communication! My F150 needed some complicated warranty work. I had made some simple requests (or so, i thought). One keep me in the loop (this truck is my daily driver), and i need to plan with my wife since we are now going to share a vehicle. Second, tend to the battery. Don't let it go dead. We'll guess what happened... No communication and a dead battery! We stopped in, texted, called, and requested calls back and got little or nothing. Finally, I just called the sales department for someone to answer. After 3 months, we went to pick up the truck. Took service 15 minutes to get the truck out. We knew that there was some money owed, but the bill was much larger than expected. Trying to discuss what the charges were was dismissed and blamed on Warranty company. Instead of communicating and keeping us in the loop, they just did it, and we were forced to pay out-of-pocket. Took the truck home and parked it. The next day, the battery was dead! Now we know why it took 15 Minutes to drive the truck from the back... it needed to be jumped! Thanks for letting me know and tending to my battery! After an overnight trickle charge, the battery will not be charged.. so I'm forced to buy one out-of-pocket ! Thank you, Bison Ford, for doing it right....

October of 2023 I was driving through on a business trip in my service truck. The DEF heater went out which caused the DEF to freeze and my truck was about to go into limp mode. I stopped by at 4:30 expecting them to give me the run around since it was the end of the day. They quickly did a diagnostic on the truck and thankfully had the part in stock. Got me scheduled for first thing the following morning. Truck was done by 11am and my trip was only delayed half a day. Cameron Stanton was my service advisor and was great with communicating.

Brad and his team in the detail shop did an outstanding job on my jeep for a VERY reasonable price, compared to what the rest of the town quoted (without even looking at it). I was very impressed and highly recommend them! Very professional. Will be back!!

I love my new truck. I ordered it back in December, and got it a few days ago. The delay was completely out of the dealer's hands and entirely due to the manufacturer not having all the necessary components as a result of supply-chain issues.Brad was an awesome sales rep that was extremely helpful when I ordered the truck, to make sure I got everything that I wanted. Then when it arrived, he spent a couple hours helping me to make sure I understood all of the features and how to use them all.

I was very impressed with bison motors, they had an excellent showroom and staff. The buying process was very easy as well, I requested a quote online and Gabe answered almost immediately. They were very flexible working around my schedule. Gabe was fantastic to work with, extremely personable and professional. Really loving this new ride, thanks again guys!

Very happy with the service and professionalism of Bison Ford. We reserved a Bronco through them and the experience was fantastic. Mike was super helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. They honored our price and the process was seamless. We have also purchased other vehicles through them over the years and have not had a bad experience yet.

It's hard to rate these guys. Their service department was great and responsive. They did the work in a timely manner, and the truck is running great. Their detailing department is another story. When I went to pick up the truck, it was dirty, so I would not accept it. The roof was a mess and there was sap that they could have removed easily but refused. So I had to leave the truck for several more hours and when I returned they told me that sap would require rubbing compound and buffing. I took it home and remove the sap with goo gone, they just didn't want to do the work. I will say that the person that detailed the interior did a great job so at least someone in that department has some pride in what they do. I would never have another detail done with Bison Ford. The detail was 100s of dollars and they only gave me 10% off. I would think they would only charge me for the interior which I would have gladly paid for.

Well I ve got to tell you how disappointed I was today (9/23/2023) with the service department at Bison Ford. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 10:30 am and dropped it off in the morning because I had another commitment, so I dropped off my keys in the drop box just like I was told to do when I made the appointment and have done numerous other times. I hadn t received a phone call saying it was ready so I stopped up at 1:00. They never serviced it! The gal at the counter never checked the drop box. Then proceeded to tell me that it was too late in the day to do anything. She offered to keep it all weekend and get it in next week. That s my work truck. I try to schedule being without it for a day and the service department blows it off completely. I am highly disappointed.

I ve been having problems with some aftermarket installations that were critical to my functioning work needs. I took my work truck into Bison Ford they did their Magic in a day and the next way took it for a road test and I only lost one day of production.Very good at scheduling, Professional Techs and personal. Mike Martyn was very instrumental in getting our new F150 to. We live a couple hours away. We dealt by phone and internet and closed the deal the same day. He then took the time to deliver it to us. His salesmanship was not pressured, yet helpful. We enjoyed our interaction with Mike and would highly recommend Bison Ford.

Shopping for a full size SUV and found one the wife and I liked that would be perfect for the family. Had $3000 to put down, total price $32991. It had not been through detail yet which was not a problem. We asked if we took it without the detail if they would knock off a few hundred dollars which Tom said they would. We worked with Tom who was very professional and polite. I work M-F 8-5 and only have an hour for lunch. Monday I spent my entire lunch there and was even 15 minutes late getting back to work. I continued to work with Tom who said we could make it work. We agreed to meet today (Tuesday) I expressed that I could not be late again from lunch and Tom asked me to send in all of my paperwork so all I would have to show up and sign. We had an agreement to meet at noon. I showed up at noon and met my wife and Tom. We had already discussed the $3000 down and what our max payment per month could be. Most of my lunch was spent waiting for the financial manager, which I did not understand since all of my paperwork was sent in ahead of time. 15 minutes before I had to be back at work we were told that with $3000 down our payment would be $850 a month. I was told if I could up my down payment to $6000 it would bring it down some. I told them $3000 was all I was putting down and I had no more. I never saw the adjusted price for not having a detail and when I asked Tom what the interest rate was he told me the Financial Manager had all of that info, which he never did tell me. Was very disappointed with how the entire situation was handled. I did not feel like my time was valued there. On the plus side, we found a 2017 Expedition, one trim package down and with 20,000 less miles for $10,000 less than what Bison wanted at another dealership. I was able to send in my information via email while I was at work, and they brought the SUV to my work for me to look at. After work, I was able to stop by, work out the final details and drive our new family vehicle home. Only spent one hour total after work. Bison gets 3 stars from me because Tom was polite and professional but my time was not valued.

Meaghann at Bison Ford Great Falls was fantastic at helping me navigate the purchase of my new ride! She is knowledgeable, kind and easy going. She answered all my questions/concerns and I never felt pressured. I appreciate working with a female, as she understood what I was looking for in a vehicle. I received excellent costumer service at Bison Ford and I'm happy with my new Ford Bronco!

They have a hard time trying to diagnose the issues. Estimate started at 16k went over 20k dollars on a new engine they still couldn t get the truck running. Super disappointed and expected more from the dealer.

I LOVE Bison Ford and have been a customer of Bison Ford for 10 years.They have superb sales and service.Their Maintenance Department is top drawer! I didn t think they would be able to top their late Service Manager, Mike, who had quickly resolved warranty issue.An example of Bison Ford s Service Department, I had to reschedule a Tues AM appointment to yesterday, on very short notice. Tyler Griffin, the new Red Team Service Manager, made that happen! In addition, not only did I get my new tires, Tyler got a recall part installed a month early.In addition, Russ, Courtesy Driver, went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be with kindness and grace when he had to back and deliver me where I was supposed to be . Went there to get my very first car, Brad hooked me up with the best car for my traveling and big dog. Brad and the financing guy made things work when we ran into a problem, they were very good to me and as long as I live in Montana I ll be back for my next car haha! Thank you guys so much! NEVER have I had to deal with such poor customer service. As a long-time customer of Ford, I used to take pride in being apart of the Ford Family. Sadly, that is not the case anymore. I am a First Responder out of Great Falls, MT and have had generally good experiences with other Ford dealerships but NOT Bison Ford of Great Falls. When the warrantied Timing Chain on my F150 broke, Bison Ford refused to fix the engine after learning of all the collateral damage that was done to the engine. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here.

Bison Ford is a rare gem!Customer Service: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Brad Cornett, Detail Advisor, was extremely helpful.Environment: Clean (even in garage area) with visible signage directing customers.Timeliness: Interior of SUV was detailed within the expected time frame.Cost: Comparable to local competitors (starts at $272.25)Quality of Service: EXCELLENT!! Vehicle was sparkling on the inside :)Above and Beyond Moment: Brad dropped my vehicle off and brought the keys inside when I was unable to get away from work. He also provided several coupons for future use and made sure I was satisfied with the service, stating, If anything was missed, just give me a call and we will get it taken care of. I was very impressed, because it is not something seen/experienced very often.

Gabe and Drew are an exceptional team! After many months of searching online for a used F-350 flatbed, I found a strong contender at Bison Ford. The 2014 truck was in excellent shape and the 6.7 diesel had very low mileage, but the flatbed and wheels were in rough cosmetic shape. Gabe and Drew took a personal interest in the restoration project and a week later I drove off in a practically new truck at an unbelievable price. Thank you guys!

My fianc� and I took our truck to Bison Ford after it broke down on him. After one local shop took a look at it, we quickly realized it was a bigger fix than we initially thought. After chasing down warranties we finally thought the problem could be fixed. Then we were told our warranty wouldn t cover the repairs needed. It was so disappointing to hear we got wrapped up in the warranty game that dealerships play with customers.
