Above and beyond service! I needed a tow from about 50 miles away, and Mike arrived promptly despite it being a holiday weekend. Mike was super professional and experienced. Both Mike and Joe respected my time and got me on my way safely. I really appreciate your incredible customer service!

Called for roadside assistance, the lady on the phone told me it would be a half an hour, I called back an hour after that and she was super rude said there is other cars in front of me. Waited another hour and nobody came so I had to call and cancel. Worst experience I ve ever had with customer service.

10/10 would recommend. The owner came within 30 minutes, considering the snow and freezing temps, that was QUICK! Also, he was super friendly and even quickly found the problem. Though he couldn t fix it then and there, he gave us a tow and a ride home. Would use them again, if needed.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We live 2 hours from Great Falls and our car broke down on a 94 degree day with our two dogs in the truck and I was on crutches. Benski Towing went above and beyond taking care of getting our truck where it needed to go, as well as, making sure we were safe and sound which proved not to be an easy task. I can't thank them enough. Great people with a great company! -Grateful-

My son went off the road into a ditch. Joe Benski was called to retrieve the vehicle at 3 am in the morning.Joe was extemely professional, knowledgable and was able to retrieved my son's vehicle in a precarious situation.Joe is very honest and worked with us for payment, provided excellent service and information, and relevant referrals for damage sustained.Will always utilize Benski Towing in the future
