This place a complete rip-off.. Guy tried me for $20+ to crimp 2 ends on my own piece of wire. SMFHReal sad to see another business in GF go so hungry they gotta snatch food right outta your mouth.P.s. Got it done for free @ North Forde

Excellent local shop started in 1978 and run as a family business since. Good and trustworthy service. Went here after being recommended by a couple friends. Will pay more for customer service so was honestly was expecting a much higher bill but very affordable and speedy.

Went there today for a battery replacement and the service was excellent not to mention a great price for a battery installed and tested! Highly recommended!

Great experience! I was in and out in 15 or 20 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable service with a smile! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for taking care of me today!

I rarely give five stars. I was traveling and these guys really stepped up to the next level trying to get me on my way. John did everything in his power to get my purchase delivered on time.

I have dealt with this shop on three different vehicles now. I love that Bob is always very thorough and knowledgeable. The whole staff has always been super friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends. As long as I live in Great Falls I will always take my vehicles here.Thank you Battery Wharehouse and especially Bob for always getting me safely back on the road.

I paid 1300$ on new shocks and ball joints. When they gave it back 2 days later then they said they would it was pulling to the right witch it wasemt doing before. I called and asked ablut it they said i would have to pay for an alingment. Witch they cant do.

just showed up a little before 4pm because the battery came on. they said i needed an alternator and i wasn't surprised. they had me back on the road by 5pm and the cost was less than the estimate and less than i expected to pay anyway. very friendly and attentive to listening to me ramble. thank you battery warehouse and i highly recommend going here.

From my experience the do have great products at this store. They are willing to go out of your way to help you figure out any battery you have that needs to be replaced.Every time I have gotten a battery replaced here it has only been when it s a different battery. Once I get it their it works forever it seems. They are very quick to figure it out for you. At least this place helps you.

In my opinion this place is a rip-off.The reason y is because of experience with this place, was sold a couple of batteries,when one of the batteries had something wrong with it took i took it back and was told that it was my vechile is the reason y the battery defaulted, Meanwhile I had to pay an extra $5 to have it charged and the battery was still under warranty. I don't know what expertise these guys are in but it sure isn't about customer "satisfaction" I will never go back there again neither will I promote anybody that I know go there.." BAD" "BUSINESS"....
