Great employees, from the manager, the check-in clerks, the breakfast attendants, & cleaning people. They made my extended stay, a great place to be, because of their willingness to make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly & helpful!The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

rooms are alright, clean, maybe a little outdated. wall outlets did not work. overall this stay would have been just fine, if not for an encounter i had with an employee. i went down for breakfast and grabbed a carton of milk, and upon opening and taking a drink, found it was spoiled. checked the date and the milk was 3 days expired. no biggie, i went to front desk & politely informed the lady there that they should remind whoever prepares breakfast should pay better attention to the expiration dates because the milk was out of date & off. she immediately had an attitude with me and said that it's fine for a few days after expiration date. yes, if you're at home and you're the only person consuming the product. it's NOT fine when you're serving the public. you don't know who could potentially get extremely ill or even die because you served them an out of date product. upon checking the fridge i grabbed the milk from, i saw cartons with best by dates of feb. 21. my stay was on mar. 7th. that's nearly 2 weeks past the expiration date. to serve products like that is just straight up unacceptable. and then to act like im the one who's in the wrong for being upset about it is unbelievable. also the washer and dryer have not worked in over a year so they probably shouldn't list that as an amenity.

Help me in the hunt for a sixth star, because this reviewer wants to award it. Becky was working the front desk again today and she is just fantastic. There are homemade treats when you come in and whatever we needed, Becky was one step ahead. Friendly, personable, but not overbearing at all; she was welcoming and unhurried but without wasting your time. She has been perfecting customer service for a while.The breakfast is amazing here in all 4 categories: hot drinks, cold drinks, hot food, and cold food. A bunch if different options to get your protein for the day, a small Continental variety, cereals, waffles, toast... it was more than I could handle.The pool, as it turns out, is 30' long so a tidy 88 laps and you've crunched out a mile. I'm a wimp so I just did a quarter mile today. The hot tub was just what I needed after that - a good hot temperature to relax but not piping hot where you need to use protective clothing - we've all been somewhere like that. The hours were also longer than most, with the pool open all the way til 11pm.The location is perfect for us driving across 4 states, right in the middle with a big enough town to explore and geocache in, but still small enough to feel super safe. The state park nearby is well worth a visit too.Better still, it is rather quiet here both literally as well as guest occupancy. We have seen it busy before but things are handled efficiently and it was about as quiet as when we were two of the 5 guests that night.To sum up, don't bother coming, this place is too good and you shalln't want to go home. What a shame.Food & drinks: Before you've even gotten to breakfast, wind the clock back, before you've even gotten your room key and they have already offered you homemade chocolate rice crispy treats and cookies.

A downside was there is no elevator. They have directv but ABC, ,NBC, and CBS are not available!!! Sconces on wall did not work. Plug for clock on nightstand did not work..Breakfast was good however!Overpriced in my opinion!Food & drinks: Breakfast was good!

Amazing breakfast! So many options and food is quality. Lots of seating. Go for the great price, quality rooms, and nice customer service.Food & drinks: Huge selection and quality breakfast. Not like any other hotel I've stayed in.

Terrible Management, Fell and broke my leg while staying here in June and still after almost 4 months cannot get a call back. No one has addressed the inadequacies of their facility that contributed to my fall to prevent it from occurring to other guests. BEWARE of choosing this hotel when in Glendive.
