Had the BEST car buying experience ever! The kindest people work at American Ford. Mandy was so kind and made the buying process a breeze. I didn t even buy a Ford here; I just so happened to find the minivan I had been looking all over for and my goodness, I m so glad I just happened to buy it here. I traveled from 5 hours away to buy this vehicle, and it was worth it. I knew when it came time to buy a car that I wanted to work with a genuine person, not the stereotypical sleazy salesman and I got what I wished for! Chris Reynolds was the absolute best to work with! He s not a stereotypical salesman, he s just a down to earth guy who treats you like a real person, not a customer or a number. He genuinely cares about the people he works with. I appreciated his upfront and honest communication so much. If you travel from out of town to get your vehicle here, they ll probably recommend that you stop by The Black Sheep Market afterwards to get yourself one of their brownies to munch on as you drive home. An all around positive experience.

Ordered a new F-350 King Ranch. The crew kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the order from actual build date to delivery date. Fourth vehicle bought here and every one has met or exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Kyle, Chris and Jess and of course Mandy for handling all the paper work. First class Ford Dealer.

American Ford is an excellent dealership. Great people work there and do everything they can to make buying a vehicle easy and fast. Seriously awesome folks all around! This is my 4th vehicle purchase from American Ford and they will continue to have my business. And the service department is always courteous and friendly as well.

What a great dealership and service center. We broke down here traveling from Idaho to Wisconsin for a wedding. Stopped at their service center at 7:30 am just to have them scan for codes. They pulled our truck right in found the problem and had us fixed and on our way in about 2 hours and for a more than fair price! All this without an appointment. Everyone there was super kind and helpful!

We had an amazing experience with American Ford. Chris Reynolds was amazing, perfect gentleman, listened to what we wanted and needed and what we were willing to spend and found us the best mix of it all. We are truly greatful. Not pushy, no haggling to make an extra buck. 5 stars. Go here

Chris was amazing to deal with! He made the whole process so easy, from finding the best vehicle for our needs, to test drive, purchase and making sure all our questions were answered before we drove off the lot. The benefits of dealing with our home town dealership are uncountable. The service at American Ford was top notch. Cannot thank them enough and so happy to have them available for our future service and maintenance needs.

These people are absolutely scamming people with the price of their EV charger. $100 an hour for a level 2 charger, what a joke. Even at max speed, that's about $2 worth of electricity. If they have a 50x markup on electricity I can't imagine what kind of scams they are running on vehicles.

I am not a Glendive local, but made the trip to take a look at an F-250. I ended up coming home with an F-350 King Ranch and I m absolutely thrilled! I will never do business with any other Ford dealership again. Chris Reynolds stayed late for us, answered all our questions (even some we didn t know we had!), and was just the best to work with. He wasn t pushy at all, just polite and patient...something you need in a salesman when you re spending that kind of money on a vehicle. I had said I wanted to contact my bank on financing and he told me they could beat my bank s rate, which they did - easily! Mandy in the business office also stayed late to complete the paperwork and she was stellar as well. American Ford is a family run, hometown dealership that truly values your business. I highly recommend them if you re in the market for a vehicle. You won t regret it! Best car buying experience we ve ever had.

When we hit a deer and totalled our vehicle, we knew exactly where to go to take care of our family. Chris and Kyle got us into a beautiful Ford Flex, something we'd been wanting for a long time, and Mandy found us an amazing rate to finance it at! The whole team was efficent, friendly, and took care of us quickly. Shop local, these guys really care about their community and each one of their customers!

Thank you Hannah for giving me piece of mind. My engine light had come on about 4 hours earlier in the middle of no cell reception, I stopped and 2 other small town service stations and got no help. Hannah was awesome, she immediately grabbed the diagnostic machine and told me what was wrong and that it was safe to drive, and what needed to be done when I got home. I had about 4 hours left on my trip before dark. There are good helpful people in the world and Hannah is one of them!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Alignment, oil change, and other work done here. Staff is super friendly. Mechanics are very straightforward. No hidden fees or dishonesty in the service department. Good people.Follow-up: had additional work done on our car. Great price and repairs were made quickly. I highly recommend American Ford.

I am so picky about my vehicle shopping! Style, features, seating and of course price! I had such a great experience shopping at our local Ford dealer! Our salesman, Chris was such a big help! He was so patient with my constant questions and worked within our budget!

Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience!! Thanks to Lester and the awesome crew at American Ford! I gave Lester a call with what I was looking for and with in 3 hours I had a phone call back from him, he had located exactly what we were looking for and had hauled here and ready to be picked up within 2 days! We love our new Explorer!

I was sick the day of my appointment and was afraid I would have to reschedule! Hannah said nope we can come pick it up and drop it! I was able to stay wrapped in my sick bed and my vehicle was picked up and taken care of without incident, along with a quick text message letting me know my vehicle was good for another 3000 miles!! Love that personal touch!

I had been looking for a small, stylish and economical car. Honda's have always been a favorite of mine. So when i saw this Honda, purchasing it was my priority. A young business man, Chris assisted me with taking this car on a test drive and then handing the keys over to me. He was a gem!! Thanks Chris .

Researched extensively when considering a purchase and found our local dealerships to be very price competitive. The whole team at American Ford was great to work with; service and professionalism was outstanding. I see no reason to look elsewhere when we have great options here in Glendive.

This Ford dealer is the best eastern Montana dealership to deal with! We have purchased two vehicles and have both serviced at American Ford in Glendive, Montana. The whole team is hands down the finest group of people to work with. We recommend everyone should think about making this the auto dealer to be the one for you for used, new, and other used makes of vehicles besides Ford! GO TEAM AMERICAN FORD!

American ford went above and beyond on getting my wife s pickup fixed. We had a rattle in the sun roof and I could not figure it out, I went into American ford and they got it in right away and fixed the problem. Great service and great people and my vehicles always come out looking brand new!! Great local service that cares about its customers!
