I cannot say enough good about the crew at Lakeridge Lodging and Bait. They are there at 5am if you need minnows, coffee, fuel, tackle etc. before you head out. I had electrical problems during our stay and Eddie went out of his way to help fix my wiring issue and let me borrow some extra battery chargers to make sure I was charged up. Great crew.

A half day of fishing amounted to a slow boat ride. Not one person in our party of four was allowed to touch a fishing rod during the entire morning. We had a small fish on the line as our guide ended the ride by bringing in one of only two lines ever in the water. Four people paid to fish. Nothing was caught. The owner did give us some frozen filets as we packed up. It would have been nice to touch a pole at some point. Very very disappointed.

We come from a fair ways away and really love our time here. it is a unique area and Lakeridge Lodging and Bait shop is a great place to stay with all the amenities you could possibly need. Cant wait to come back again.Chris Keim
