Napa Auto Parts has the best customer service!! Quick to their feet, knows where stuff is and goes above & beyond. Brandon didn t just help me find the right oil for my vehicle but also showed me how to top off the oil in my vehicle which I had no clue how. You guys are amazing!!

The manager Koby went well and above anything I could have imagined! This is the kind of shopping experience you rarely see anymore. Busy little store, and worth a few minutes wait to get this level of exceptional customer service.Much appreciated to have them locally!

The customer service I received was awesome! I purchased a jump starter/tire inflator at Costco and when I tried to use the inflator to inflate the air bags on my rear suspension the chuck device was not good for the application. I went into Napa for a solution and explained what I needed to the parts guy and he was on it! He came up with an assortment of fittings that adapted to a clip chuck device that worked like a dream. His positive attitude and knowledge were a breath of fresh air from what I have received at other auto parts stores. If I am ever in the area again I won't hesitate to go back.

Helpful Staff over the phone. Helped me get a flat repair kit and even had it available for pick up after hours. Awesome stuff.

The guys in here were very friendly and helpful. I went in to get some advice concerning a nose my van was making. They gave me 45 minutes or so of their time discussing it with me, looking it over and working on it. They went above and beyond the service I would expect.

This team is very knowledgeable and can get you most parts by the next day. However, they have a serious inventory and usually have what I need ready to go.

We just want to say thank you for all your great customer service skills out there we broke down at the Corral Steakhouse bar with a radiator problem and you guys brought parts to us and took care of us got us back on the road thank you for all the great service you guys are doing
