We absolutley love our sweet truck camper, but knew, having bought it used, that it had some past rot issues. We had also dinged up one corner with our horse trailer. Other RV repair places disappointingly told us to not even bother to try and repair it, but Dale and Donna had a terrific attitude from the start and felt confident they could make the repairs. They are exceptionally hard workers with a "can do" attitude and genuine interest in what they do.They basically rebuilt the whole structure and did a beyond FANTASTIC job on everything!! They well surpassed our expectations and basically made it as good as new, probably better. They replaced all the rotted wood, which involved peeling up both sides and redoing everything. They removed a thick layer of past sealing, and sealed everything up new and beautifully. In the process, we discovered the front overhang bed also was rotted and they completely rebuilt that and replaced the fiberglass. Here are a few before and after pictures. If this wasn't enough, their skill level and attitude throughout the job was also great! They even washed all the bedding inside and put down new carpet on our benches. They were very fun to work with and the end result is more than we dreamed. If I could give them a score of 10, I would! On top of it, their prices were really fair and consistent, and their communication with us throughout the job was excellent. They are very knowledgeable about RVs and do not cut any corners. I felt like they were repairing their own beloved RV. They really cared, personalized the service and took pride in their work. In the process, all our hoses and lines were also replaced. Very hard workers who sincerely care about others. We could not be happier, and can not recommend their work or them more highly. We feel so lucky to have found them. Hamilton RV repair is totally amazing! We were stuck at the rest stop on I-90 with broken stabilizer jacks and they drove several hours and got us moving again. Then they let us camp at their home while they overnighted the part for us. The next morning we woke up to Dale replacing the jacks so we could hit the road. While Dale was working Donna took the kids to see the animals on their farm. They truly are awesome people. If you have an rv problem and you are in their area they should be your first call!

THE BEST RV MECHANIC IN THE UNITED STATES !!!!If you have the privilege of your Rv running into an issue while your in this area of Montana you are in the very best of hands. We called Dale and Donna when our coachmen s back signal light was just not working at all. Dale spent hours looking at all the fuses, and finally found out what was wrong, and got us quickly squared away. Generous is an understatement when it comes to this couple. By far the best RV mechanic experience you will ever have.

Our experience with Hamilton RV Mobile Repair was 100% satisfactory. Great customer service from our first phone call and texts to the final installment of the new furnace motor and thermostat. They worked in a timely manner and price was very reasonable. We recommend them highly.

Cannot say enough good things about Dale, and Hamilton RV Mobile Repair. A true professional, with extensive knowledge about all things RV's! He drove 2.5 hours out to remote Sula, MT, to make the final diagnosis and repair of our motorhomes main panel 110v circuit board. He spent a few hours with me the day before, talking me through various tests to rule out other issues before he came out, which was both informative and helpful so he knew what to prepare for. Dale also fixed our power steps which we thought the motor was seized, but he uninstalled and reinstalled the motor and bracketry and got it back to working without having to replace any parts. He came out on a Sunday when my water lines froze and cracked. After repairing the toilet valve and line, the kitchen sink decided to leak after he left, even though we checked it. He came back the same day! Such great service! Will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend them! We got really bad news, we had bad water damage on our travel trailer's roof and walls. It could have been a death nail in our travel trailer, but Hamilton RV repair did such a wonderful and efficient job that even our insurance adjuster was convinced. Feeling hopeless after a tire blowout, on day 2 of a 30 day road trip, we had significant damage to our hydraulic line. After calling several RV repair shops on a Saturday afternoon, we stumbled across Hamilton RV. Not only did they answer, mind you it was 4:45, but they offered to meet on Sunday to assess the damage .who does that?! Dale repaired our hydraulic line for the most reasonable price. We were able to get back on the road the following day & continue our adventure. We are so thankful to have found Hamilton RV Repair!!!! It doesn't get any better than Dale and Donna. We had the water heater on our travel trailer fault out and stop working. We got the trailer home and Dale dropped by and had it working again in no time at all. We have insurance on the trailer that covers maintenance and repairs and Donna helped us work through all of that. Others were telling us that they might be able to get to us in 3 or 4 weeks, but Dale was here in two days after we got home with the trailer - he would have come to us, but we chose to come on home with the trailer. This was a minor thing, but both of them are knowlegeable about the business and Dale shows up ready to take care of anything. We are spreading their cards around the neighborhood. It's nice to pay for quick, efficient service from a local home operated business!! Can't recommend them enough.Service: Electrical

We thought we had a plumbing problem based on leaking freshwater under our road trek Zion van. We were in Helena and had called a different mobile RV service. He decided he could not investigate or repair our problem which left us High and dry. We had been dry camping for four weeks when we got froze out in Helena. Not giving up I did some more research and called Hamilton RV mobile repair. I suggested we drive to their place which I was more than happy to do to save a few bucks. They fixed it in less than five minutes. It was simply a valve that was left open by the local RV sales and repair business when we had them blow out our water lines. Unbelievable! I am so grateful for Hamilton being there, doing their research on our road trek and simply reviewing our plumbing system and noticing the valve. We will always contact them when we have an issue.

We were scrambling on a very Hot Sunday afternoon in our Class C motorhome because the day before we lost the ability to use our AC power in our full time home as we had an error code on our inverter display and could not use the A/C and keep our residential refrigerator going. Happened to look on Google and saw that Hamilton RV showed open on a Sunday. Thought that was a mistake and called left a message and was surprised they called back and were actually open. They made an super effort to get to us right away and troubleshoot our problem. A bad fuse and showed us how to get by until we got the new one in. And the charge for their trip was very reasonable. Dale and Donna took excellent care of us. Our ceiling on our pop up camper had water damage. After Dale and Donna got in, they found more than just some water damage. They put a lot of work into this project, and even tho the damage was far worse than what they were anticipating, they didn t overcharge. Dale is a very competent and very professional RV repair man. He s also worked on our door that I messed up, and was the only guy out of 3 that truly got it fixed. Their prices are great, and his experience will surpass anyone else around. I d highly recommend them for all of your RV repair needs.We did it again. We have a pop up camper which we love, but continue to have some accidents . This time one of the 4 latches was left in place while our son cranked it up. It got tight, he kept going, and snapped the spring. Dale and Donna ONCE AGAIN took our camper in, ordered parts and got it taken care of. Fast, efficient, always friendly and affordable as well. Our mishaps are frustrating, but, Dale and Donna are always there to fix the problem. Faster service and better service than anyone around. Do yourself a favor and call them, you won t be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Donna and Dale. They were very kind and able to fix our travel trailer on short notice as we were passing through the area. They were easy to get ahold of, prompt, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Donna and Dale for any RV repairs!

Dale and Donna are the best! We have been living in our 5th wheel all winter waiting for our house to get finished. They have helped us out 3 times with emergency issues. They ALWAYS call back very soon and only 1 time were unable to come until the next day. Dale really knows his stuff and Donna is his amazing assistant (wife)! We cannot thank Dale enough! We came into Missoula for a brief stop and ended up stuck for several hours as we tried to figure out why our RV would not stop. Even though their business was closing soon and we had a fear of something that was not their specialty being our issue, Dale still came out. By the time it took my husband to complain about not being able to troubleshoot the issue, Dale was here lightning fast. And just a few moments Dale had identified the issue and was able to get our RV up and running so that we will be able to make it to our final destination tonight. Dale and Donna have been a great find thanks to highway93rv.com . They're responsive, show up when they say they will, and provide professional, quality work at reasonable rates. As a relatively new RV owner they've been a big help explaining the work to be done and what I can do as routine maintenance in the future. They quickly diagnosed my furnace issue (and had the replacement part needed), and they did a great job, quickly on some plumbing work that I really didn't want to tackle. The primary reason we called was to repair a seal on the cab-over - and they were well under their estimate for that. At this point there is some minor finish work on that project, and I'm confident of the end results when they return.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Dale and Donna were great. First off, thank you for answering your phone on a Sunday afternoon. Had an electrical cable dragging that needed to be replaced. Donna was so concerned that they drove to meet us at a place convenient for us to park our 31' travel trailer. Dale took a look at it and said he could fix it instead of replacing it and that would save us a few bucks. 30 minutes later, we were on our way back home. We live in Helena and were worried about the limited chance to use our camper again this season since the electric just want out on it and everywhere we called was booked out through August. We called here and they told us that as soon as we could drive up they would fix it. Sure enough, we took our camper there on a Saturday evening and Dale fixed it in 20 minutes. Dale came to our rescue as we were under time constraints. We are about to embark on a 2500 mile road trip back home to Alaska. Our refrigerator quit on us right as we are about to leave and Dale was the only one around (We called almost every other RV business in the Missoula area) who came right out and fixed our problem in about 5 minutes. He saved us potentially hundreds of dollars with his knowledge and expertise. We are grateful for his help and would recommend his service to anyone looking for a quick and qualified RV repair business.

Dale and Donna are absolutely the best! My husband and I were traveling on I-90 in Montana in our 5th wheel, when we realized something was wrong. Luckily we were able to pull into a rest stop and unfortunately we had a broken leaf spring~ on both sides! We found Dale s number and gave him a call. This was Sunday at noon~ Donna answered immediately and got some information, handed the phone to Dale and after a detailed conversation, he said he would meet us at the rest stop Monday late morning after he got the part and get us on the road ! We felt so bad calling on a Sunday, but his comment was no worries at all. We re here until I fix your problem .The best service from the best people!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Dale and Donna Hamilton are WONDERFUL to work with! They came from Frenchtown to Hamilton MT within 1 hour of us calling. Dale was able to diagnose and fix our pneumatic problem in our RV in under an hour. While they could have charged us an outrageous price (because we were literally stranded), they did not. Professional, pleasant and more than fair!

I had them come down to repair a leak on my motorhome and they showed up and said they replaced the seal. The next rain storm, the window leaked. I called back and they came back and stated it needed some caulk. The next rain storm, it continued to leak.. I asked them to come back or refund my money. If I could give Dale 10 stars I would. I had had my propane solenoid valve replaced right before this trip in AZ and it failed here in Montana. Dale really helped me trouble shoot it. Great communication and attention to detail. He explained everything he was going to do and why. This is by far the best service I have ever had on my RV to date. These people are AMAZING! They are total LIFESAVERS! They came to my RV and fixed my door enough to where it will close and are ordering the new hinges for it. Very nice, did a great job. I'll be calling them for my RV repairs from now on!

We are so thankful for Hamilton RV Repair! While traveling through Montana our AC units stopped working when our generator was accidentally overloaded. We knew it was a breaker or fuse of some type but tried everything and couldn't locate it. After spending a hot night sweating with the windows open we didn't have high hopes of finding an RV repair shop open on the Saturday before 4th of July. Hamilton RV Repair answered their phones on the first try, and even though they were booked up for appointments, took the time to walk us through the problem. We had a loaded trailer with a stuck slide. Hamilton repaired it in an hour and I now know what to do it it happens again. This saved someone s life as cabin fever was setting in really bad. The animals and teenagers were calculating the consequences of murder in exchange for more space. It was getting grim as our first repair call and reply to another company went dark.
