I was told to get out of the bathroom because I was in there for too long, I was in there for about 17 minutes when this happened. When I confronted the cashier who told me to get out of the bathroom she pretended like that wasn't what she said at all. The manager was kind. But not impressed with the fact that the staff here feels they need to check on the status of patrons in the bathroom every 10 minutes. I have digestive issues, that's not anybody business but mine. Certainly not some random gas station cashier and I should not have had to explain myself. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll be sure to never come back.

Stopped here on 7/2/23 around 7:30. Unfortunately my bag ripped and my drinks fell and cracked open. The cashier was super nice and purchased new drinks for me. Not sure if that was company policy but he definitely made my experience here awesome.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THE CASHIER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, AND DEMANDED IN A SNARKY TONE TO SEE EVERYONES ID BECAUSE MY 62 YEAR OLD HUSBAND WAS BUYING BEER AND IF WE DIDNT SHOW HIM OUR ID HE WOULD THROW US OUT OF THE STORE...WHICH HE DID WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR MY 23 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER TO BRING HER ID INTO THE STORE...I HAPPENED TO MENTION TO HIM THAT WHAT HE WAS DOING WASNT LEGAL, WE WERE NOT PROVIDING ALCHOL FOR MINORS, AND HE YELLED AT US TO GET OUT OF HIS STORE AND NOT COME BACK...I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY THERE...GO TO THE WATERING HOLE ACROSS THE STREET...THEY ARE FAR NICER AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ACTUAL LAWS REGARDING ALCOHOL SALES IS A BONUS ALSO...EVEN THOUGH ME AND MY DAUGHTER DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL AT ALL...WE HAD 2 COFFEES AND SODAS ALONG WITH SNACKS TO GO WITH MY HUSBANDS 6 PACK...THEY EASILY LOST OVER A HUNDRED BUCK SALE, CONSIDERING WE WERE PLANNING ON GETTING DIESEL THERE TOO, BUT WE WONT GO THERE AGAIN. ALL BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO RING IT UP BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WALKED AWAY TO GET HER ID AS REQUESTED...(I personally think it was because my daughter and i are not caucasian, as he was semi pleasant to my husband who is, and very hostile and rude to myself and my daughter) I highly doubt anyone will read this, or anything will come of it, but I would really like for him to be disciplined for this, otherwise they run the risk of losing more sales than just mine. So my personal referral is to go across the street to the watering hole instead of wasting your time there.

Town pump has always been a good stop, but this is the first time I was compelled to leave a review. Well lit, plenty of pumps, clean bathroom, all kinds of beverages, snacks, hot food, overall good.What pushed it over the top though was the young man working at the register. He made sure to inform me of a sale they had on coffee I was buying, and made pleasant small talk. He seems to enjoy his job or at least enjoys being pleasant to strangers. Pay the kid more, he deserves it.Visited 5/31/20 @12:45am

Today (05/08/2022) I purchased 150.347 gallons of diesel on pump # 21. Pump price showed $5.499/gallon, I used my FleetOne by WEX fleet rewards for a pump price of $4.999/gallon.**How it works: When using a fleet card, the fleet company negotiates a price with the fuel station. The fleet card pays the vendor immediately and charges the driver/company the negotiated price. In this case, I would be paying $4.999/gallon for the 150.347 gallons I physically pumped.**Employee ran my fleet one card for 165.385 gallons, not the 150.347 gallons actually pumped.She then stapled the 2 receipts together, 1 showing the lower amount charged on top.When I called to dispute, she stated "I only ran your card once, I can't do anything today about it. I'll let my manager know tomorrow."*Notate the pump #, gallon amount and authorization time one the right receipt are all wrong and ran later than the original, correct receipt on the left.*IF YOU FUEL HERE USING A FLEET CARD CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

One star, because it won't let me choose zero. Gas pumps are not cleaned, they were covered in filth, and in these times with a pandemic going around, I find that unacceptable, even in a state that has reopened. The gas was mostly oxygen, so unless you want to have a heart attack on the freeway thinking your new car is ruined, don't fuel up here. Bathrooms were gross. Staff was super unfriendly. Two employees were having a conversation that just couldn't be paused for at least a few minutes. The conversation continued as we were checked out, with the clerk not speaking to us and only asked if we wanted a receipt. Not worth a stop.

I pumped 77 gallons, verified by their employee, they charged me for 93 gallons to bring the total up because they didn't like the discount I received from my fleet one card. This place is a bunch of thieves, stay away!

The appearance of the inside of this shop appeared gross. Would not recommend purchasing food here unless it s packaged.

Stopped for gas and food. Clerk was friendly and the hot food was good. My girlfriend got some chopped strawberries and they were all rotten. Sell by date said good by 08/22. Bathrooms were ok.

I LOVE Montana, disappointed with charming Forsyth location Town Pump. Bathrooms were janky for a chain outfit, although it boasts a Dyson hand dryer and auto-sinks the tile remains broken and old, which wouldn't matter except it needs repair & cleaned. The fried goods we bought weren't fresh either, and I was disappointed the cashier sold me a pack of smokes without the coupon (the stock of my brand had four rows so..) seems petty but it pissed me off over 50 cents after tolerating the nasty bricks we bought that passed for fried food. we had fried burritos, buffalo tater tots, and a egg/sausage fried patty each. Ample pumps for a small town but a challenge for a semi or truck and trailer. No overnight parking, they do have a "hobby casino". Not as friendly as I know small town Montana to be...skip it unless you forgot to fuel in Miles City. We were really hungry.

Good store friendly store and no they are not a truck stop Google needs to remove that about the store they take some fule cards but not all of them so any truckers coming this way have a alternate form of payment

Good stocked store. Clerks are generally friendly and helpful. Clean and bathrooms are well stocked. Convienant location to walk to Restraunt motels and uptown.

It served its purpose as a potty stop and fuel up while traveling. Only wish the signage was updated from the exit ramp to know where it was at but its clean and open!

Garbage running over , overall the whole stat ion very dirty. All of the town pumps Ive been in not up to the basic standards for a chain store.Need company to do a better job. I won't be trading there anymore.

Your employee screamed and yelled at customers who were minors who were being completely respectful in front of me they were belittled and disrespected for no reason so I stuck up for them and Then the cops were called on me because I told your employee that was no way to treat someone when you are in customer service then I get kicked out and not even sold the goods i was there too buy real great customer serves town pump so much for being Montana proud I would give this store a 0 star rating if possible and I am from Forsyth never have I ever had a bad experience in this store besides tonight but I ll tell you what I will never shop in this store and I ll inform everyone know not too as well including my brothers and their wives my mom, my dad, my Gma and gpa my aunt and uncle my cousins who all have wives who will not stop here any longealong with my friends and their family s i will stop so much business that I promise Forsyth town pump will see a HUGE difference in sales what a COMPLETE joke this store is.
