Best injectors I have ever used. Man, my 7.3L is like a brand new truck. Use him no matter what...unreal the power this beast has now! Get the chip too! Wow.

I needed to replace injectors on a DT466. Living in Hawaii, my only option was Napa remans. After replacing injectors truck developed a miss under load that no one here (my self and 2 shops) could figure out.Decided to have all 6 injectors tested, I chose Bitterroot Diesel after researching the company s socials, and im glad i did. Start to finish the communication was awesome, all questions and concerns was handled in a timely manner. And best of all, my problem with the truck was resolved!

I ordered on a Sunday evening and fat fingered the quantity to 2 kits. Immediately sent an email to request on kit refund and to send one kit. within 15 minutes I get their response and it was all taken care of! UPDATE: After 4 months, DHL called today saying they found my package in Richmond, BC. They wanted to know if I still wanted it. I said yes. So they are shipping it today. It was not Bitterroot's fault and since the package has been found I'm changing my review to 4 stars.I ordered an injector rebuild kit. Shipped with DHL. DHL lost the shipment over the holidays. I was asked to be patient with shipping delays. When I discovered the shipment had gone to the wrong address I was told it was beyond the 30 day window and I was out of luck for my $500 purchase. Retailer has the claim rights and will not follow up for me. Hopefully you get your package, but I can't recommend this business. I will remove this review if the business re-ships my order #5318

Ordered the injector O-ring kit and tools. Worked perfectly. Had some issues after the rebuild with one injector. Spoke to Matthew a hand full of times one the phone and was more than helpful with my issue that had nothing to do with their kit, just an error on the mechanics side. These guys are awesome and will be shopping here in the future

BEST 7.3 POWERSTROKE INJECTORS ON THE MARKET. I have installed (6) sets of these injectors in different trucks so far, from stock to 238/100 s and they all perform AMAZING. There is simply no competition for the best rebuilt injectors. The others bench testing is weak by comparison. Bitterroot customer service is as good as their products. I strongly recommend this business!!!

I sent in an injector nozzle sold to me by this company In to be warrantied out. Instead of seeing if the nozzle was defective he spent time working on the injector while racking up shop time before coming to the realization that the injector wouldn t work with my vehicle. Now he wants me to pay him three times more just to send me back my original items still not working because these experts spent hours to come to the conclusion that this injector that took about 10 minutes to take apart wasn t the right fit and wants me to pay for it. He didn t tell me he was going to charge me anything additional. Now they have stolen my injector and are holding it hostage until I pay them this fabricated amount they deemed fair to charge without ever telling me it was going to cost anything. I understand everyone is in business to make money but holding peoples property hostage until you pay them some amount you never agreed on isn t a good business model. Especially when you don t stand by your own product.

I have done business with alot of the big name companies in the diesel performance community, but non of their customer service has came close to Bitterrot diesel's! Matt took the time to help me find the best injector set up for my truck by emailing me back and forth past 10:30 on a Friday night. These people truly do care about their products and customers. I highly recommend them.

Matt is a great machinist who makes a very nice product. Customer service is just as good. Helped me get my truck running on a weekend when it was down. Give him a call for any of your injector needs.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Let me start off with saying how shocked I am that there are only a handful of reviews. I was told to use Bitteroot to get my parts to rebuild my injectors on my 01 F250 7.3 as they use quality products. I recieved my order of the premium injector rebuild kit and the rebuild tool lightning fast (ordered it Friday evening EST and it shipped same day...and I dont mean they just created a label for it. It shipped same day period I got it early Monday morning. It arrived 1 day sooner than the already fast delivery date. I had at least 5 updates via text message with very detailed info on my order. I am extremely please with bitteroot! I will use them for everything they could possibly supply for my truck. Everything is top notch quality and the rebuild tool is milled to perfection. I highly recommend making your purchase here if your needing ANYTHING they supply. And lastly it feels great to support a VETERAN owned company! Thank you for your service!

I ordered tool kit for the huei injector. shipping was fast ! It was packaged in thick plastic and sealed ! Nothing could get lost ! Tools are top notch with torque spec etched into it !! Same quality as my snap on tools .

Bought some 7.3 l powerstroke injectors and couldn't be happier with them. The ones I had had over 400,000 miles on them and the difference is night and day. This is one of the best if not the best place to get injectors.

Bitterroot Diesel exceeded my expectations by far. Most of the time I feel shops over advertise and upsell, then I m disappointed. But Bitterroot is just the opposite; I received more than I was anticipating and the customer service was great. I m a pastor not a mechanic, so I really appreciated the extra time they gave me. Just got my order In. I live in hawaii and got really quick shipping surprisingly... no problems whatsoever. Even got a little but extra for my wife as a surprise to me lol. 100 dollar wine voucher to make up for the excessive amount of money I spend for my truck lol.

They answered the phone the first time and helped out to find an obscure, tiny internal part of a diesel injector. I only spend $5 on the order, but they were very professional, courteous, and went out of their way to help. Great job!

Phone rings for over 30 minutes. I aint got time for that. They do however respond to my every email, they sent me quality injectors for a 2001 7.3 and when i manage to mess them up they said hey send them back lets see what went wrong.

Bought some intensifier pistons from these people and I got screwed, half of them ruined my injector bodies, and they won't refund my money, now I have to pay for someone to rebuild my injectors which is not cheap and now I'm above the cost of new injectors, they don't care about the customer! They are CROOKS!!!

this website is totally misleading. this company is not an "open" brick and mortar store. i spent an hour driving there only to be told to go home and order online! needless to say....i will be buying my parts from someone else!!
