This is my first car I have and I walked in just to kinda see if I needed anything and Emily was super freaking sweet and helpful with showing me where to find certain stuff like oil type and all that. She definitely helped me feel confident to come back to ask questions about my vehicle :)

Tim and his dad Neil (the owners) are really good people, That family is in my opinion the all around top good hearted folks I've met in my life , and if I'm gonna buy car parts or tools in Eureka it's gonna be from Napa.

These guys are the best. They helped me for 15 years while living in Eureka. And they still help me with warranty issues now that I live elsewhere. I can't say enough great things about Tim and the crew at TNT/NAPA in Eureka!

Always a satisfying experience here. Today Jamie was more than helpful and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the maximum savings applied. Somebody give this man a raise.

All the people who work there are very friendly and eager to help you with anything...They greet you with a smile when you walk in and if they are busy they acknowledge that you're there and let you know that they will be with you momentarily... unlike a lot of places these days that treat you like you're invisible.
