On Friday, July 29, while traveling in our RV through Rollins, MT, our alternator belt snapped and the engine light went on. Thankfully, we were only 4 miles from Bacon's Mobile Truck Repair. Brent came out and accessed the problem. He offered to order an alternator belt, which would arrive the following morning. Unfortunately, due to a forest fire, which began that day, the work needed to be postponed due to evacuation orders given for that area. Kenny came to our rescue. We found unexpected help with one of his employees. Kenny suggested that if we could get a belt, he would be able to install it. We were finally able to locate a belt, however, Kenny, thanks to his diagnostic skills, discovered that the reason the belt snapped was due to an AC pump that had locked up. The RV needed to be towed. Unfortunately, it was difficult to find someone who could attend to our needs on such short notice. We were in the midst of our travels and had already had to cancel several campgrounds. Kenny came to the rescue once again and was able to secure a spot for us in a truck facility in Kalispell, MT with a promise of immediate assistance. We have a great deal of respect for Bacon's Mobile Truck Repair and for Kenny's super diagnostic skills and especially for the incredible effort he made to get us back on the road. Brent is an OUTSTANDING, knowledgeable and high service mechanic. He was able to diagnose and repair a hole in our RV's hydraulic leveling system hose and do so at a very fair price. He was extremely responsive and conscientious, respectful of our time and our RV "home". I hope you don't breakdown, but if you do, Brent/Bacon Mobile Truck Repair is the only call you need to make!

While on vacation with our motor home in Montana the left front disc brake caliper failed, stranding us south of Big Fork late on a Saturday afternoon. Brent and Jamie not only quickly came to our aid, but went out of their way to locate and obtain parts. They also met up with us and several occasions as parts became available to fully replace both the left and right front brake rotors, calipers, and pads. A big thank you for getting us up and running, and a safe trip back to Oregon.

Brent is an amazing mechanic he knows what hes doing he aint afraid to get wet in the pouring down rain he gets the job done right! Whether shine or snow Bacons mobile truck will be there even in 30 below 0 weather Brent is the guy to call if you need your vehicle or big truck fixed!!!

Needed some help changing my headlights, the mechanic was friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them, they even have the most affordable towing in the state! Definitely give them a call if you need help!
