We did have an issue upon checking in. I had called to confirm that a late check in would be okay as our flight had been delayed. I was assured over the phone that it would be no issue at all. I told the women I spoke with the time we would be arriving, and again she said that would be no problem at all.Upon arriving the office was closed and no one was answering the phone. We were stranded without a place to sleep for the night. We were able to go to a nearby town and get a last minute room for almost $400 .The next day I received a call from a very nice gentleman that apologized and stated that it was a mistake and no one has relayed the message to him that we needed to have a late check in. I told him it problem I understand mistakes happen and that we would be checking in later on that afternoon. When we checked in, there was a women in the office this time and she attempted to charge us for the previous night stating that we were a no show . So there was obviously no communication from whomever I spoke with on the phone to rest of the staff that they had mistakenly left us stranded. She did end up not charging us for that night after I explained the situation.I will just say that communication seems to be severely lacking between the owner/employees. We also received no discount or apologies except from the one phone call. The hotel is great, very clean, and in a fantastic location. I was just very disappointed with the service.

We recently attended a wedding near Glacier National Park. Beautiful Scenery! We booked our room over the phone 4 months in advance to stay Friday - Sunday. We found that the staff was very friendly. We were delayed getting there as early as we planned due to road construction & with no cell service while traveling - we weren't able to contact them until nearly 7pm to confirm that we are still coming - & I was happy to hear that they were still holding our room! The room was quiet, very clean & included a little kitchenette. It was adorable. The beds were softer than what I am use to, but to my surprise, I slept very well & my old bones didn't even ache like I thought they would. My husband & I enjoyed our stay very much. We would most definitely recommend this little motel.Side Note: You won't have Wifi in your room but if you ask, they are happy to give you the password to connect to the Wifi in the lobby/office. Cell service is sparse but it gives you the opportunity to unplug & enjoy the beautiful mountains!

Do not stay here!Circle R Motel just charged me $200 for towels, they said I took from my room. Why would I take towels while I m traveling? This is ridiculous!! Now, I have to deal with this fraudulent charge on the rest of my trip.Beware and take pictures before and after stay.

I wasn't expecting much from a very small town's motel, but this place was definitely the place to stay while visiting this area, and for visiting Glacier National Park, especially the Eastern side of it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The linen clean as were the rooms. Would suggest this place! Don't expect wifi or good cellular internet, but hey, it's not the motels fault, you're in the mountains! Lol.Walkability: The town is very small, you can easily walk to restaurants and convenience stores in the area.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. All the staff we talked with were super nice. Just keep in mind that the front desk isn't staffed 24/7, we didn't realize they closed at 10 but luckily checked in right before that. When we left, we gave them our unused bear spray and they said they often give canisters out to guests to borrow. The wifi did not work and we had no cell service, but we weren't here to be on our phones so I wasn't too bothered by that.

Was a place to spend the night, it was a little pricey 190$ for no amenities no vending no breakfast and the 2 stores near by closed early. 9 pmShower was good though. Toilet was a little loose and rocked a bit.Stayed once wouldn't stay again.Rooms: Room was remodeled wasn't to bad but could only get a full size bed was tight compared to a king size bed. Had satellite TV with limited channels. Parking was terrible There was 1 parking spot where we were to stay but was blocked with orange cones then later moved for a car that came later. We had to park around the corner and walk back to the room.

We Loved our stay at Circle R! When looking at a room I mentioned that the mini fridge sold me on staying the night. The owner then gave me the suite with a full fridge and kitchen! It was well stocked, clean and fully functional. There was a comfy couch, big screen TV, king size bed and a Hot shower! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The room we had was large, and it came with a refrigerator and microwave oven.I rarely rate motels this low, but after having stayed in motels more than 70 days in the last year, I thought I should write this review. One of the outlets behind the table between the two beds was non-functional. We thought it was connected to the light switch next to the door, but it wasn t. Near that outlet was an electrical outlet box that was uncovered and unfinished. The blanket on my bed had a cigarette hole in it.There were numerous 8x11 sheets of printed paper in the office and in the room with various rules and policies. One policy was that the rooms would not be entered and no cleaning would take place because of COVID. That was expected. However, after returning from a day of hiking in Glacier NP, we discovered that someone had entered the room and replaced towels. We didn t want anyone entering the room in our absence, and assumed they wouldn t because of their signage. In the office, there was a sign that said Karen s would, in essence, not be welcomed or tolerated. I m believe I am aware of the behavior to which they refer, but I thought it was derogatory and unnecessary. I would have understood their intent better if they simply asked guests to be respectful and polite. Was this exclusively directed to women? The room had a mounting for a smoke detector, but none was present. See photo. We paid for two nights, but walked away from the second night without asking for a refund because we didn t feel comfortable staying in the room.

Good places to stay near East or West Glacier are hard to come by. The management and team here care a lot about their motel and it shows. The fundamentals are all there in the room it is very comfortable and appointed typically and clean and safe. By the way far far better than the Lake McDonald Lodge LOL inside the park! All accommodations are pretty rustic around glacier but this one fit the bill had a fair price and the staff clearly care a lot. I recommend them strongly.

William accommodated us last minute, late at night when we were in a bind with our previous camp site. We snagged the last room and were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, the comfort, and amenities offered on site. The hotel is family run and offers wifi, laundry, and gym on site. Perfect distance to Glacier. Thank you for having a heart and helping us out, William!

Our room wasn t ready by the time arrived so the owner upgraded us to a cabin, free of charge. It was a perfect stay everything was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Glacier National Park. You will have everything you need to be comfortable, and stunning views of the mountains!

I stayed two nights at the end of July in their cabins. The staff we welcoming warm and friendly. The cabins are on the outskirts of town which give you some peace and quite as well as spectacular veiws. I'm planning on coming back next spring. The town is cute and small and the entire feel of this side of the park is much more relaxed and down to earth. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not close enough to Glacier Park for the high room price and amenities, or lack of them. Wifi is horrible, room is outdated, AC is very loud. Other family stayed in a Circle R cabin, which has a beautiful view of the mountains, but it wasn't ideal either for the steep price. Very lacking in kitchen necessities and utensils; half the stove didn't work; rain came in under the door.

The staff at Circle R really pulled through for my husband and I. Our hike in Glacier took longer than we anticipated so we were tired, sweaty, and had run out of daylight and options to set up camp. Circle R was able to set us up in a cabin right away with a hassle-free check in process. The cabin far exceeded my expectations - beautifully decorated, full kitchen, comfy bed, and a luxurious and clean bathroom. In the morning, I was able to see the magnificent views from the cabin s porch. Hands-down, the best place we stayed out of the 3 hotels we had during our trip. You know those places where you can tell that someone has really put their heart into it? Well, Circle R is one of them.

After first night, decided to stay two more (we were going to camp in Glacier, but too cool & rainy). Had to change rooms & second room was not as nice as the first, but still very clean & comfortable. The staff were wonderful! Helped with WiFi (we're not too tech savvy), finding us a room for extra nights, finding restaurants, & info on the park and local roads. They made this part of our vacation a good experience when it could have been miserable. Thank you!!!!

Wish i could have a better review... we stayed here last night and the room was clearly not cleaned properly. Floors hasn t been vacuumed (trash on the floor, coins, food crumbs), bathtub had hair in it and the floor was dirty, sheets has cigarette burns in them, and the internet didn t work - at all. The location is great being right across the street from the Amtrak station, but at $140 a night for an unclean room, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Nice staff and room was clean. Cheapest to pay cash for room. WiFi did not work. TV cable remote did not work even though we replaced the batteries. The motel was a bit farther from Glacier entrance than I had thought. The town is closed down for the night at 9 pm, no food nothin. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room.

I originally made a reservation for a single room with two queens for two nights in November; then called in February to request a second two queen room. When I arrived, I was informed that I had a single reservation for a King for 3 nights and that due to a system change they had essentially lost my reservation from November. It was also mentioned that this wasn't the first time a called in reservation was messed up. The best that could be offered to me was that a second king had opened up for the night, and they would give it to me for no charge since they had lost my reservation and had booked someone else in my original room. The manager could not be reached on the phone. I had no choice but to accept the second king due to the number of people we had. When we then spoke with the manager the next morning, I was informed that most people do not make reservations in November for June; except we were in town for the Half Marathon and the majority of the places were booked up and he hoped that the the free room was compensation enough. I also mentioned that there was no smoke detector in our room, and was told to include it in the review. My cousin who was looking to get a room as well called but never received a call back. The good thing was that the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Glacier Lodge, where the finish line for the race was. It would have been a nice place if the manager seemed to care.

Great. Owner and staff went above and beyond when needs something. Definitely of ever in area again will stay here again. When ever you would see them always a smile on their face and ask how everything's was. Like they truly loved their job. When we called to check in a day early the next day when moving to our regular room they moved all our stuff for us. Great service and great people. Beds really comfortable. If you need a place to stay look no futher.

Go Elsewhere ... Anywhere.Only positive ... we didn't find any bedbugs.Couldn't find reviews, needed a room. Specifically questioned clean ... emphatically told very clean. Then booked online. Check-in clerk pleasant. At check-in again questioned clean, emphatic yes. Then put in CABIN several blocks away, though no mention online of cabin, but available if clean. Went sightseeing in Glacier Two Medicine, then dinner. Got to room after office closed. Room horribly filthy, and not only from the previous few days. Wife reduced to sit down, let alone sleep .... but now 11:30 at night, nothing else available. Slept in car outside cabin we'd paid for. And rate considerably higher than nice looking very nearby lodge with good reviews ... unfortunately it had no rooms available. RIP-off if clean. TV not working and we'd been offered a discount for that. But also no WiFi, trash, filth, stove & MW burned dirty food, extensive list (have many pics) ... dirt and hair in bed, doubt bedding even changed. Home in ceiling, hole in bed headboard ... the list continues .... Go elsewhere, anywhere ...

We were a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but we were very happy with the room. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. We'll stay here again if we're back in the area!

Nice place and people, but just a heads-up the WiFi is a D-minus. For folks who need to work online, you might expect more for $150 a night. The speed test here is the best I got after several complete outages.

Hotel was easy to get to with ample parking in front of rooms. Hotel is dated but room was clean with micro and working mini fridge included. Within easy walking distance of multiple places to eat as well as a bakery and small county store.
