The wait time to get my tire patched was alot longer then I'm used to and the price was alot higher then other local places, other then that, the workers were friendly and nice.

HiLine accommodated me last minute, tried extra hard to diagnose my engine light issue, fixed it, sent me on my way. I was very happy and appreciative.

I was stranded on the highway and a long way from home and there were no available motel rooms and these people went above and beyond spent over 6 hours getting my truck fixed and me getting back home they are #1 for service in my book and I will be going back thank you do much

Called to see if i could get a clutch adjustment and overhead done, showed up with truck and they said now have to wait till next morning. Waited, called the next morning and they started on a different project. Wouldn t be upset if they just said they didn t have time. Wasted 2 days. My partner and I found ourselves stranded in Culbertson on the way through. Our truck died at an intersection. I called Hi Line even though they were closed - the admin answered and let me know the mechanics had gone home, but we could come buy oil to see if that would fix the problem. She was an absolute angel - she went above and beyond to help us out and even drove us to our truck to get everything taken care of. She was able to get our truck eunning again. We were back on the road in no time and I'm incredibly grateful for the help. I would recommend Hi Line 100x over. Thank you!!!
