Advertise diesel as one price via sign on street, then charges another price at pump. Asked the clerk about the discrepancy, and apparently, the wind knocks out and changes the price on the digital street sign. Hmmmm.Edit to respond to owners' response: There was no apology given only an excuse and how it's been happening for over a year, and you have been trying to fix it. I would have appreciated knowing I was talking with the owner and not some bull excuse you could call the manager about the difference in price(which didn't happen). All in all the 16 gallons of fuel we got it was only a $2.59 difference which is not a big deal more wanted to bring to your attention and ask about the discrepancy, but now being told I'm making accusations and take business elsewhere. I can see you don't appreciate feedback on what we experienced. the explanation we received that day had no urgency, and there was no mention of fixing the issue. I hope the sign does reflect the actual price as that was our intent all along.I hope you have the day you deserve.

Awesome town glad this Missouri hillbilly got to visit it. The young lady working at the Exxon station was very kind to me and my daughter. Hope I get a chance to go back soon and bring her a fresh watermelon. My kind of town

I have not snowmobiled in Cook City for at least 10 years but I was recently there and the customer service at the Exxon station is second to none.

The Exxon is under new ownership and it shows! Staff is always friendly, store stocked with a variety and depth of items to suit all your travel needs and store is clean. This is actually one of the cleanest gas stations I have ever been to. FYI - For those who have been avoiding this place because of the guy who killed the wolf years ago, he is no longer affiliated with this place.

This is the perfect place to fill up on food and fas before entering the park. Just know a lot of places don't have bathrooms and you'll be diverted to the vistor center.

Brittany is AWESOME! So helpful to me finding my way back into Yellowstone and bought some goods from her and she even helped me download google maps offline for me. Warmed upSome hotdogs for me too! Just wow!! Customer service here is A-1 !!!

Its a gas station so what do you say. The gal at the counter was great and in talking to her, the town has no public sewer and the influx of crowds in the summer is challenging at times. If you go through Cooke City be patient that there are only portable toilets for the public to use.

Very helpful and friendly people. Where else in town can you get a wiper blade and an ace bandage when needed?We buy all of our fuel here, unless we are away from Cooke City when we need to full up.

They really do not like tourists at this gas station, which I found really surprising considering the location. The bathrooms were disgusting. When I tried to ask the attendant about local attractions I was treated like an outsider. Can't say that I will ever patronize this business ever again or recommend that anyone else should. I visit the area quite often and this is the worst service I have ever received from a local company.

We had a good experience here, and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The attendant had grown up in Cooke City and had some amazing stories to share. We talked for almost 30 minutes since it was the offseason and no one else was there. But apparently someone associated with the gas station has participated in a legal wolf hunt. I believe that people against this legal practice are taking it out on this business by leaving terrible reviews, since many of the reviews do not even mention the service station, but only that someone working at the gas station has killed a wolf. However, there's nothing in the gas station that suggests they take sides on this controversial issue, and so those reviews are inappropriate.

Gas, some groceries, ATV sales and rentals, sundries, even room rental connections, in one stop. The prices are a little high, but usually the best in town. The people know the area and are helpful.Just don't ask to use the portapotty if you're not making a purchase. They're understandably strict about it since it's all they have for a restroom.

Great gas station and store. Rick was able to answer all my questions about yellowstone and Cooke city. You can tell he truly loves people and enjoys helping tourist. Rick is very very informative.

Service was horrible. Bathroom had not been cleaned for a very long time, I have no idea how that is under regulation. An employee also accused me of stealing after following me around. Felt very unsafe and would consider it harassment. Will never go again

Busted my sled up and they took care of me asap and they even gave me a good deal on the parts! Prices are reasonable I've paid more for gear in a dealership very nice people also

A convenient place to grab gas and snacks for the road, especially if you're heading east. If you're heading into the park, stop at any of the stations inside of the park, as gas will actually be cheaper!

The sandwich eating guy in there lied to us about not having a bathroom. Found out just ask for the key. Won't be getting our money. There is enough competition.

I always use Exxon gas when I travel because I believe it one of the best gas available.
