Went there for my flat tire was told there was a nail in my tire after they fixed it they told me that my tire pressure sensor was broken and it was a 70$ fix. Those confused me because it was not broken before they fixed it

These guys are awesome. I was 20 miles down the road bright and early but they got me in right away as I pulled off the freeway. Very helpful and accommodating. There was hot black coffee ready.

Kind and knowledgeable staff, helpful technicians and a comfortable waiting area make for a great repair shop indeed.Especially nice if you are trapped in a snow storm, with a vehicle needing repairs, like me.

Ran over a nail and used Fixaflat to get to the tire shop. We told them multiple times we used the product in the tire. They patched the tire and didn t clean the fixaflat or balance it. As soon as we hit the hwy we were wobbling all over the place. Immediately took it to another tire shop that was able to empty it and balance it. We were good to go from there. This is basic tire repair stuff guys.

We ended up with a flat tire on a Saturday during a road trip and Stillwater was the only place open, but I'd go there again in a heartbeat. They immediately got to work on our RV, removed the flat tire, diagnosed the problem, fixed and balanced the tire, and had it back on the vehicle in record time. And they did it all with a wonderful attitude, talking us through each step as they did it. It was a fantastic experience and it turned an otherwise bad day into a fresh start.

Wonderful people and service. While on cross country trip developed overheating problem with tow vehicle. Had to be towed (Hanser's - also great people). Craig and team at Stillwater were easy to work with, talk with and found the cause of the issue quickly. These are honest, fair people you can trust to get you on the road safely and quickly and at a very fair price. Thanks for all the help and great customer service.

I was on a cross country road trip from Ohio to Oregon with 4 cats riding in the trunk when my serpentine belt broke off at 4:30am 400 miles away from the Idaho border in Columbus, MT.Knowing my car wouldn t last much longer before draining the battery completely, we got off and searched for the closest mechanic. I found Stillwater Tire and I called as soon as they opened at 8am, and they told me to bring it on in! Freddie the mechanic was kind and knew I was in a tricky situation due to the cats and lackluster budget. It was immediate to me that he is very knowledgeable in his field. He informed me my suspicions were right, and immediately started going to work.He replaced the belt quickly, and knew the urgency of my situation being as I still had 18 hours to go and not very much money to put towards the fix.The cost was VERY fair and the customer service was top notch. Definitely a great impression of what the great people of Montana are like. I recommend this business to anyone in the Columbus MT area who needs any kind of auto work done.

We limped into Columbus today with a blown tire. They gave amazing service. 4 new tires and we were on the road again in less than an hour. Price was great - and service was above and beyond great. Thanks so much....highly recommended.

Awesome customer service, (old school CUSTOMER SERVICE) they will go out of there way to help a customer no matter what they have to do to accommodate that customer?They will stay late or no doubt come in Early to help a customer in need.They are welcoming,kind and generous Buch of real people, they now why and how they are in business, and treat there clientele as such, something lost in this modern age.

I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand we were stranded on the side of the road and our tow guy dropped our truck off there. They jumped right on it first thing the next morning and the quoted price was average for what it should cost anywhere. The older gentleman was nice as can be even brought me to tears watching him walk out and shake my sons hand thanking him for his service. Now my issues start with it took almost 13 hrs to change a fuel pump. Now to remind you we're on army time trying to get him to his new base. I am thankful they worked after hours trying to finish it up but when we called for a ETA (after 13 hrs)the lady who answered got smart with my husband. I feel like he might have rushed them by calling. It hurts to pay out for something you could do yourself if you were home with your tools. So we pay and get back in the truck and we now have lights and codes popping up. We reset the tune ourselves and lights go off. Get 100 miles down the road fuel gauge goes to empty and starts throwing codes again. So we turn around head back to the shop next day they reset the codes drive it 20 so miles and say its fixed. My father was a mechanic for 40 plus yrs tells us its the ground strap to the tank either left off or not tightened up. The shop says not what is that the plug needs greased. We get back on the road we're fed up and tired by this point truck exactly 100miles does it again. We detour to KY father looks at and its a problem with the ground strap just like he said it'd be. The first time yes my husband my have rushed them but the second time they should've went over their work and made sure it wasn't something on their end.

We're were on the road towing a 5th wheel. Started getting a very bad vibration. Found these great people online and called, they said bring it in. Found a tire was separating so bought 4 news ones and on-the road again. This is a family owned business and the greatest folks we've met! Stop in for a great deal and great folks.

Will never do business with them ever! We were traveling thru, called on a Saturday to see if we could bring in a tire for a patch job around 4pm the after hours guy picked up said he would have to charge us 200$ plus $25 for the patch. We understand $60-$100 charge for after hours but not $200 its ridiculous!! So we drove to another shop and got it done for $10

Dear Craig and staff,I want to take a moment to thank you for taking care of my daughter's PT Cruiser. When one has a mechanical breakdown away from home, it can turn into a nightmare. At all times throughout the process of repair, I felt confident that the car was in the right shop. I sincerely appreciate the continued updates and honesty. Your ability to explain each step to me made it very understandable to this non-mechanic. A guy I know took in a 85 van for an 3xhaust leak, they charged him over 600$ and said it wasn't worth trying to remove the cracked 3xhaust manafold due the rusted bolts, well I took out the exhaust manafold and all the bolts where finger lose and the gasket was gone, which explains why it was running so bad. Sounds to me they are con artist trying to squeeze more money out of a already overpriced service. They charged 6 hours of labor for something that only took me less then 45 min and lied cause they clearly removed the manafold and gasket to Sabatage the van for more money so they could remove the head for no reason. regardless of their rebuttle stay away from this place

I had a good experience with this place. My destiny leads me there during my round trip from Maryland to Washington ST. The owner of that store treat me not like a customer but more. Gave me many suggestions to fix my tire when it get flat while I m driving on road. Currently I reached Albuquerque city in New Mexico. The city that the famous tv show (Breaking Bad) get shot of most parts. The daughter of owner shop like that show, and I just remembered our conversation about that show while I m waiting for my tire to be fixed. Thank you guys and I wish u a happy new year. On Sunday afternoon while driving from Spokane, Wa to Kansas City, Mo I had a blowout on the utility trailer I was towing. Changed tire and drove 10 miles into Columbus, Mt to spend the night and see if I could get new tires the next morning. Was second customer at Columbus Tire Monday morning. They bent over backwards to solve my problem and get me on my way Within 1 hr and 45 mins. Craig and his staff were friendly and professional. While there shop wouldn't get the good housekeeping seal of approval for looks, their honesty and hard work more than make up for it. I

Not happy. I was broken done several times after takeing it there not once but twice. this all I'm saying! Thank God for Columbus tier and repair! Smh what I'm saying it costed me 700. And never got fix . I took somewhere eles costed me 300. For replacement fuse box. And rewiring.
