We hit a deer and they responded quickly & stayed with us; helping relax us & know what to expect. Once we got to their body shop in Columbus, the staff continued to be very comforting & explained what our paper work meant & what to do next.

These are good ole boys that have been in business for over 40 years in Columbus, MT. These fellas (father and son) really went out of there way to help in a very complex situation. They made it possible for my sister to get her car by Christmas out of kindness not generally found in corporate America. Merry Christmas to the both of you and again Thank you...(:

Needed after hours lockout assistance. The owner was on another call, still answered and gave me an employee's cell number to call. He came promptly and got the car unlocked quickly. Thanks so much for your help!

As is all too usual around Montana, A deer attacked my car, one recent night. I have dealt with Hanson's before with good results, so I had it towed there for the body damages. As my car was discontinued by Ford in 2006, the body parts were difficult too find. Roger worked with me on the repairs, and initially had given me a reasonable estimate, based upon the very expensive oem body parts to replace. I also went to work and found most of the needed parts at auto salvage places around Montana and nationally. I found almost all, and Roger was able to make necessary repairs on what was left. I was able to save a lot with just a few hours of my time, and Roger Hanson passed this directly back to me, and reduced the original estimate significantly and accordingly. I was very happy with the fair result and their workmanship as well as their professionalism. I will go back again, after the next inevitable deer attack. It was very worth saving our car, especially with the help of Hanson's. Ed M. Stillwater County, Montana

I stopped on an icy hill to get a snow bolder out of the way. As I stepped out the Rav 4 slid backward on the ice catching the open door pulling it 90 to the body. 2 boys and we REALLY needed this car to run. They were going to get me in that day, but I came in Thursday it was done Friday I told him it was out of pocket and lets just say it was about 425 less then I thought it would be. AND we have it for the weekend. Thanks

Had hit a deer the night before.AAA called Hanson to tow my car.The driver (Jim) was very professional, helpful, and friendly.I would recommend this towing service.
