Amazing experience at Beartooth Ford! My truck broke down on our way home, and they squeezed me in same day and had things fixed in a flash. Not only did they take care of my vehicle, the kindness of the team made this experience as pleasant as it could have been. I wish all auto shops were this reliable. Highly recommend!

I 1000% recommend Beartooth Ford to anyone and everyone who is even thinking about buying a car. This was my first time buying a car and the entire staff was so kind and patient.Tonya, Rebecca, and Randy all went out of their way to help get the perfect car for me. Awesome customer service and I was able to get an appointment quickly! My truck was fixed and ready to go the next day! They also looked up the recall parts and installed them at the same time. I will definitely be using their service in the future!

I recently bought a used truck from one of my customers. I have went into Beartooth Ford a few times for parts and the customer service is great. I have never had to bring a vehicle of mine in for service due to having my own shop. I no longer have a shop to work on my vehicles and I was very hesitant to have anyone work on my vehicle. My new to me 2013 F150 was giving me issues from the front end and I made an appointment with Beartooth. They got my truck in, diagnosed the problem correctly and repaired the problem. It ended up being the right IWE. I had them replace both sides. They had the repair finished before they said and it is repaired properly. Thanks to all the men and women who I dealt with at Beartooth. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future. Keep up the good work!

Beartooth Ford always keeps us in the loop when it comes to repairs as well as an estimate of the costs associated.We have purchased at least two brand new vehicles directly from the showroom floor, the process has been painless and did not take all day!

We recently purchased a used vehicle from beartooth Ford. It was purchased as is. A couple days later the right side climate control did not adjust. We had to take the vehicle back a couple days layer for a brake job that they had not got to yet. We mentioned the climate control issue...hoping they would diagnose it. Well they fixed it no charge on our as is vehicle.ThanksBuying process was very easy, no pressure.

Stopped in to ask for help from a mechanic to disconnect my battery cable to get my window to roll back up. A nice man helped me and my daughter. The window rolls up again and we are back on the road! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Big big thank u to Beartooth Ford, as they took in our medium duty F750. After the truck had ben to a different local dealer 5 different times for the same fault code and low power issues, and could not get it fixed. But Beartooth Ford went above and beyond and got it running right. the people working there were so awsome and nice. We will be taking our truck back to them for any service work needed.

If you care about the quality of service performed on your vehicle, you should take it elsewhere. I had a poor experience here. They used expired testing equipment, but did not hesitate to charge full price. When I questioned the owner about this, I was told that the technician shouldn t have allowed my presence during the process, and this is why they usually do the services in the shop, where customers cannot go. This did not give me a feeling of confidence in the quality, or concern for quality of service performed at this dealership.

So very helpful. Had a boost problem on our 2016 Ford Expedition as we were traveling from Washington to New York. These folks got us in even though their schedule was books.Thank you Beartooth.

Great people to deal with. We had a problem with Sync while vacationing in this area. Randy went out of his way to help us. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The girl at the service desk was also very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Ford garage.

We are traveling from New Jersey on a cross country trip. We had just come over Beartooth Pass. Coming down from 11,000 feet our brakes locked up. We made it down and looked for a repair shop. Beartooth Ford has an amazing rating for a reason. They knew our situation. They took us in. They fixed us up. They had us back on the road in a few hours. They are friendly and honest. We cannot thank them enough!!

Purchased 2006 Lincoln LS with 77,500 miles for 5K. A few days and only 100 miles later car stalled and ETC warning light appeared. This shuts down your RPM's so you can a=only do about 35MPH. We limped the car home ( about 22 miles ) and contacted Randy at Beartooth Ford. He did not seem overly concerned but agreed we should have it looked at by local mechanic which we did. $250.00 later they found that cylinder 7 is low on compression compared to other 7. This is causing a misfire and rough idling which throws the code. I phoned BF back and explained the issue and they were glad it wasn't a big problem?? Really?? I asked them to at least cover the diagnostic fee of $250.00 but the owner refused saying that we only did that for self assurance. Would not but there again or recommend the dealership.

They sell used vehicles that are not checked by their mechanics. We spent over $12k the first year we had our truck that we already over paid for by $4k. The minute we had a problem with anything it was downhill from there. Small town comes with many problems and drama. Shop around and be smart about who you buy from.

We had a great experience buying the car. However that was destroyed dealing with the service department which was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Be ready to experience many delays, blame, and even lies . . . but, you can count on being told how busy they are as if that were suppose to justify her lack of customer service. Too bad that one "service" manager can undo the good work of others.
