My experience with OHS of Columbia Falls could not have been better. The honesty and integrity by the staff who explained in detail the options I had in making the repairs created a comfort level I made the right choice coming to OHS. The customer service was excellent along with the repairs that made the vehicle look like new. I received frequent updates as the repairs progressed which were very helpful. The repairs were completed as promised .I dealt with Josh who is a real credit to OHS. My highest recommendation to this quality business.

Oh's Body Shop in Columbia Falls is the height of professionalism. Their work and attitude toward complicated repairs speaks of their knowledge, skill and abilities.The cost of todays cars and trucks make it ever more essential that any repairs done are at the highest level of competence and caring.Anyone who has ever had disappointing experiences with other shops will be amazed at how good this team is.I highly recommend Oh's for anyone who is in need of some body work for their vehicle.

10/10 would recommend OH s body shop in Columbia Falls. Extremely professional and great to work with. I got text updates as they progressed on my truck and always kept me in the loop. They did fantastic work and even detailed the inside of my vehicle which was completely unexpected. I went to OH s in Columbia Falls because I heard so many good things from other people and I m glad I did.

Working with these guys is nothing short of an exceptional experience. There s other shops that can do quality work, but there isn t another shop in the valley that has the customer service and integrity of the OHS team. If you need quality work, personable service, and honest advice, give them a call.

Ohs turned a stressful situation around with their transparent and regular communication around the needs/status of our vehicle. As a mom of kids, having a detailed car returned to us was the cherry on top!

Having used body shops for the past 50 years, I must say this was the best experience I have ever had! Beth in the office took excellent care of me, always great communication. I knew every step of the way what was going on with my truck. The workmanship on the bed replacment is top notch. Body work...perfect. Paint...perfect. Pin stripping...perfect. All my requests (like not putting on the 4x4 decals), were followed precisely. They even had to have some custom made chrone panels made as off the shelf would not fit...amazing! I could not be more pleased! They even handled my rental car arrangements. Awesome OHS! PS. The detailing of the interior...Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This is the first body shop in our valley that I would recommend. They were able to get us in earlier than expecting, the customer service was excellent and we are very pleased with the results of the repair. Our car looks like new. I also feel that the cost for the work was fair and reasonable.

Very satisfied. Hail damage and they did a great job. Took a little longer but they found a crack in one if the DPR and had to paint the hood. Discovered by them, not me. Excellent match. Tonneau cover was discontinued so they let us pick what we wanted. Full detail when picked up. New car smell.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The office staff was pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. The car repair and the cleanliness of my car made me smile when I got in to drive away. Major repairs required after hail damage. Great service and communication. The repair took longer than we initially expected due to the amount of damage. OH s did a fantastic job fixing my Nissan after a shooting accident. It looks brand new again. I got my car back sooner than originally predicted and it was so clean inside and out. I had minor damage to the front fascia (support components) on my 2014 Ford Focus. I paid for the repair it myself - no insurance involved. The estimate was competitive and the invoice was a bit less than the estimate, always a good sign. Workmanship was superb, my front bumper fascia is again factory-rigid and aligned properly.They also replaced the big rubber weather stripping around the driver's door, also well executed and reasonably priced.Finally, they set up a rental car for me which arrived shortly after I dropped off my car for the repairs. Customer Service!The bottom line is: I trust these folks and feel fortunate to have found them.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident while out of state and had my vehicle taken here as it was a preferred repair shop with State Farm. The quality of work was very poor and they did not even repair everything that was damaged in the accident. The paint color was way off, there was spidering of paint, as well as poor alignment. Beth was great and kept me updated for the most part, however the manager was extremely rude and condescending and did not like that I called out their poor work. I fully believe that this shop took advantage of an out of state customer. I am now without a car again while I have it proper fixed at a more reputable repair shop in my home state.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We took my husbands Ford Ranger in to be fixed after a fender bender. The staff was very friendly. They were able to get in a week sooner than scheduled and called us daily with a progress report. It was finished before they had said, it was cleaned inside and out and looked very good. The staff was very friendly.

I will never go anywhere else ever again, after all OHS is the PERFECT body shop. I am always anxious about going to any type of car shop because all of my experiences have been negative but OHS holds themselves to a high standard. Not only is their work absolutely beautiful but their customer service is out of this world. I have never been so pleased in my life. They want to make sure their customers are safe on the road an they put that above everything else. 10/10 would recommend.

The office staff that I dealt with were polite and efficient. They kept me up to date and there were no surprises, only satisfaction. The courtesy car to pick up my vehicle was appreciated too. Ohs did a wonderful job on our car dent. Of all the auto body shops we got estimates from they were the only one that took the dent out and matched the paint perfectly. The others wanted to replace the fender and paint so the estimate was twice as expensive. Since it was such a reasonable place we paid out of pocket as it was only a small dent. The price wasn't much more than our $500 deductible. The other shops were told we planned on paying out of pocket but still came in almost 3xs the ohs price. We have used this body shop in the past and have never been disappointed with the quality of their work

I was doing some body work on my truck and couldn t get my bumper off. I dropped by and asked if they could help me out. Stewart told me to swing by any time. So the next day I dropped by and they got it done in 15 minutes. And on top of that, they gave me some good advice for my project. They are good people. Simple as that. And they have my business from now on.

In a bit of a bind, I walked in and fully expected to get bad news...it is a body shop. Wow, I was wrong. I had the most pleasant and professional experience. My son had a fender bender the bight before and we just needed a quick fix until we could drop off the truck, and they hooked us up! There was hot coffee and friendly staff. The gal who fixed the bumper for us was awesome. I regret not getting names to give proper credit! I ve been a customer at the South Kalispell OHS and always had a great experience. I am so thrilled to see a local business with consistency in their work, attitude and customer service. I hope I don t ever need a body shop, but If I do, I m going to OHS CFalls or S. Kalispell! They re all rock stars. Thanks team!

Dusty was amazing today. I manage a towing service, and the situation we had was a difficult one. He offered our mutual customer an amazing offer. It s good to know customer service is still what s most important. You are awesome man!! It s good to do business with another company who puts customer service above all else.

OHs has always treated me and my car like we are the most important. They called me twice a week to give me updates. My car was wash and vacuumed when I got it back. Class act. The C falls location took care of my Dodge Ram bumper, headlight, and a small dent. Their paint match to not a very standard color was on point. They procured the new bumper, and repaired within a week. Highly recommend.
