We had an amazing experience with Glacier Jeep Rentals!We rented these Jeeps with our friends to drive Going to the Sun Road. We drive dually trucks, so having something small and nimble was great for this road. Not to mention, they are dog friendly! We were able to bring our two Goldens and enjoy the whole day in Glacier, without rushing home. This is our second trip to Going to the Sun Road and doing it in a Jeep, with the top off was absolutely amazing!Jeremy and his team were so kind and welcoming at check in and the Jeeps were well taken care of and clean too! We'd definitely rent these again.

My wife and I were visiting Glacier and were in a large RV in West Glacier. We wanted to fully explore the park and decided on one of the premium Wranglers, which was delivered to the campground and was waiting for us upon arrival. I cannot emphasize how much fun we had because of the Jeep, and I would gladly do it again. The customer service was 5 stars, the vehicle performed flawlessly, and made exploring the Road all the better.Highly recommended to really give you some lasting memories!

We rented a jeep with a tent on the top for 3 days and we had an amazing time back country camping! The tent and jeep were perfect! You can even rent camping gear which we did and it came worh everything we needed! Pots, pans, chairs, sleeping bags, silverware, amd a camp table! Everything was clean and worked well. Would highly recommend!!!

We rented six jeeps with rooftop tents for a wedding party in the park in September. The entire staff was amazing in their accommodations for our large group. Over multiple phone calls and emails that spanned a month or so, they helped us figure out many moving parts that I was unable to do on my own. On the day of, they made it easy! Even with multiple jeeps, the setup and instructions went quickly. Their camping gear covered all of our needs and more. It was so nice to not have to ask visitors to pack all their gear! The jeeps were tons of fun to drive and everyone enjoyed them. The tents are large and surprisingly VERY comfortable. We only had two people in each, but four would fit fine and be even warmer! Even members of the group that don't like to camp were happy. You will not regret renting from here and 100% do the rooftop tents!! It's an amazing experience that we want to do again and again!

We rented a jeep with a camp tent on top for 3 days in Glacier National Park. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable with lots of tips and advice. I would highly recommend using their services!

I'm so glad I rented with them!! It was cheaper to rent their Jeep for the week than to rent a Prius from the airport rental agencies. Their customer service was unbeatable. They also left some bear spray in the Jeep for us to use free of charge, which was a nice touch. Would you rather drive a Jeep or a Prius through Glacier NP?

We loved having a Jeep for our travels in and around GNP. This company was so great to work with when we had to change our plans. They even let us borrow a cooler for our trails lunches! Great customer service, super clean and fun vehicle.

We really enjoyed our Jeep! The camping gear included everything we needed and the tent was comfortable and easy to setup. It was so nice not having to lug all our gear across the country. Ruben and Katrina took great care of us and went the extra mile to get us picked up at the train station, oriented on all the gear, and into the park quickly. Would not come to the park again without renting another Jeep from these guys.

Katrina and Jeremy were on point! Their vehicles were excellent and the customer service was above and beyond. We used their pick up and drop off services which made the trip to and from the airport a breeze. They also do an amazing job of answering the phone and returning calls. Jeremy, who also owns the business is hands on and drove us personally and gave great local suggestions for places to see and food selections, all of which were excellent. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again!

Top notch service! The owners were over-the-top helpful, had great communication, and were very accommodating for me. The Jeep we rented was in great condition inside and out, and made it a pleasure getting around Glacier National Park. I make it a point to leave positive reviews for business that are doing it right -- this is definitely one of them. Thanks guys!

Pick-up and drop-off were very easy. Everyone I dealt with were extremely pleasant and personable from making the reservation and returning the Jeep. Thank you for helping to make our Montana trip a memorable trip.

Tim was super responsive! He was able to give us a rental during Father Day weekend within a few hours. Driving a jeep in Glacier is a must, we took off the front two roof panels and had a great view of the big blue sky.

Kari was absolutely amazing! We were looking for a last minute rental and she fit us in because of a cancellation! Five star service and the Jeep was so much fun for our family!

Top notch service from these guys! Jeep was perfect, the renting process was a breeze, and Tom was extremely friendly and helpful. If I go back to Glacier National Park again I'm making sure it's in one of these Jeeps. Having the top down while cruising around the park made it absolutely perfect.

As usual we got back to Florida and the pace of life prevented us to posting our comments for TOM at Glacier jeep rentals. Not to mention Ruben and the rest of the staff they all are so welcoming. But we did want to take the time to say that this is the only place that you would ever wanna go to for your needs. Their customer service is beyond measure we have been a repeat customer for the past four years. The pictures below are from first of September 2021 we will definitely be back 2022. See ya all soon

If I could give 10 stars I would!!. Both Jeremy and Katrina are fantastic to work with. Very friendly people. The jeep was great. The ride to logan pass (twice) and riding around Polebridge and mountain roads with the top off was spectacular. A must do!

We did a two day rental of a Jeep to travel to Polebridge and Bowman Lake. The next day we traveled the GTSR. Unbelievable experience! Thank you to Carrie who was extremely helpful throughout! Choose GJR if you're looking to rent a Jeep!

So let me start out by saying if you are going to Glacier this summer (2021) don t even think of booking with Budget/Enterprise/Hertz here. Not only are the costs for a keep or similar WAY more per day(sometimes more than double what I paid at Glacier Jeep) but they sell out MONTHS in advance. With that said my family has been on our first road trip across the country in our Motorhome. I didn t want to tow a car because I wasn t sure I would be comfortable with it enough on our first trip. So I decided to rent cars at places we would be more than 2 days. Glacier was our last stop before heading home. Back in January when I was booking I decided I was not going to rent a car and just use my RV because the rates were crazy. Fast forward to Memorial Day weekend and 3 weeks into our trip and I knew how foolish that idea now was with all the big name rental companies full or over $500 a day I stumbled across Glacier Jeep Rental. And I am SOOO happy we did. I booked 3 days over Memorial Day weekend last min for under $800 with tax and drop off charge(more on that later)!! Seriously this price could not be beat even when I was looking back in January! I lucked out and booked online selecting the $25 drop off option. Upon calling the company to confirm my drop off address I realized we were staying in quite literally the middle of nowhere that no one offers any services too(it was beautiful but really inconvenient). The owner didn t miss a beat and offered to meet me half way- that s an hour drive for him. Even though it was way out of his service area and obviously costs more than $25 in gas for him he put the customer first and I can t thank him enough.About the Jeep:We selected a 4 door hard top Jeep but also had the option of 2 doors and soft tops. I chose hardtop since it was cold out and I didn t think we would take it off at all. The Jeep was in pristine condition. The interior was clean and shiny. Which if you have rented a car recently you might realize that isn t always a given (we rented a Suburban in UT and CO and both were given to us in conditions that looked like maybe they used a dry cloth to wipe it down and hosed off the outside and this was with big rental companies). The exterior was the same (although don t expect it to stay that way with all the exploring you will be doing in beautiful Glacier). The owner arrived early and promptly walked me through the paperwork and how the vehicle operates. They had a band new soft cooler in the back for our use free of charge(which we took advantage of) and a can of bear spray in case you need it (you pay if you use it but it was great to bring on our hikes as a precaution and if you don t use it it s free). The Jeep was well maintained and drove nicely. We didn t do anything other than the park roads but the Jeep is fitted with big all terrain tires so I would imagine even a winter storm wouldn t hold you back in them!Finally, with 3 weeks of road tripping with my children and husband I barely knew what day it was and my schedule was thrown! I ended up bringing my Jeep back on May 31st vs June first and leaving my campground heading home a day early!! I thought the 31st was the 1st! So needless to say I lost out on the campground fees and thought I would have also lost out on the day with the Jeep I paid for. But again Todd took care of us! He refunded the last say even though it was no fault of his! Honestly I can t say enough about this company and how well they treat their customers. I would recommend them to anyone I know! Also the employee in the office where I dropped the Jeep off was probably the second nicest guy we met in Glacier(second to Todd )! Telling us all about the area, offering to help us plan a future trip so we don t miss any of the local must sees. ALSO He told me they have passes to get into Glacier if you don t have one already! So for those scrambling to get in and you also need a rental Glacier Jeep Rentals is the place to go!!! Thank you for making our trips perfect!

Glacier Jeep was absolutely fantastic to work with! These are some truly kind, positive, genuine people who care about your experience in Montana. As a business owner myself, service is everything, and these guys were top notch. The jeeps were perfect for our families to sightsee and enjoy the area. As we were just about to pull in to return the vehicles, unfortunately, a rock hit the windshield on my friend's jeep and the glass shattered and actually went into the passenger seat. The owner and Reuben could not have been more kind and concerned. Imagine that, a business concerned about so much more than the almighty dollar! They are a blessing to all who cross their paths and I would highly recommend them again and again!

We rented 4 door jeep for our trip to Montana. We were in a panic when we couldn't find a rental vehicle and were very grateful to find this jeep. It came with bear spray and a cooler. It worked out well for our trip. We did a fair bit of driving to get to hikes in different parts of Glacier National Park. They put us in touch with a transport company that got us to and from the airport. On our return, my nephew left his wallet in the jeep and didn't discover this until we were dropped off at the airport. Glacier Jeep Rentals brought his wallet to us at the airport and would not accept a tip. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Many thanks!

These guys are so great. We were in a bind with a last minute vehicle repair and they helped us out. The Jeep was super nice and fun to drive! We will be renting one of their Jeeps next time we re in town for sure!

Wonderful people!!!! We rented a jeep for a one day trip up to Glacier. Initially there was a mix up and the vehicle said it was available however, it was not. Laura made accommodations and it all worked out!! The jeep was clean and worked great. The experience is everything they write about. Thank you to a great family for this experience.

Great customer service! Tom Vitale and Reuben got us set up with a beautiful canary yellow Jeep to drive up the road to the sun in. Booking to delivery less than 24 hours. They totally compensated for our lack of planning since a 25ft RV can not go past avalanche junction in glacier national park!

Rented a 2 door jeep because unbeknownst to me the regular rental car companies are always sold out in Kalispell. Tom was amazingly nice and sweet. The Jeep was spotless, and they even put in a can of bear spray as a just in case, which is nice since those go for about $45 at the national park stores. Would definitely rent again

The unprofessionalism I ve experienced with Glacier Jeep Rentals is unreal. I get a call fromThe owner around 6pm and he informs me I m late with the Jeep rental return. I had thought it was due the next morning (ya know....like how most car rentals work??). Anyways that s MY fault and I take full responsibility. What follows is why I m giving a one star review.When he calls me @6pm I m still on a trail deep in glacier national park, I still have 7 miles to go and explain to him I will hustle down the trail to the car but it s gonna take me several hours. HE ABSOLUTELY LOSES HIS MARBLES. He THREATENS TO DISABLE THE CAR REMOTELY WITH GPS, HAVE A TOW TRUCK COME AND TAKE IT. When I explain to him that would leave me stranded at night with no food shelter or water in bear country, he responded not my problem . He then starts bullying me and threatens to get the sheriff involved...This was laughable because this is clearly a civil matter and not a criminal matter....he isn t the brightest bulb in the box. I m late with a car rental get over yourself dude.I eventually get down the trail, get in the Jeep and drive it back. He didn t disable it like he said, I think he was just using bully tactics to scare us. When we return to give the keys it s around 10pm at night, I m four hours late with the rental. The employee I give the keys to continues to patronize me and how it s all about the principle. Who the hell talks to clients like that? The guys running this place are complete bozos (the owner is unsurprisingly from Florida). The way they handled this situation because of late car rental is absolutely childish.

The service was excellent. The Jeep we rented was very clean and the people were extremely accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport with great conversation and great recommendations. Will definitely rent again.

Walked in looking to rent a jeep. The owner was able to get me and my family into a jeep for the day. Jeep was well taken care of and ran great! These guys are top notch and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Not off road jeeps. And they don't say that anywhere on their website or in their terms. They don't tell you this until after you've paid for the rental. Then they make you pay money to get your money back.
