Tony saved my a** when my 1993 jeep wranglers clutch went out in the middle of the intersection down the road. I nursed the jeep in first gear to Auto Zone and went in asking for recommendations. He grabbed some clutch fluid and helped a lost lady out! Tried to tip him and he couldn t take it, but he deserved it. Thank you Tony!

Our battery died when we were on the way to meet someone for dinner. They gave us outstanding service and put the new one in right away for no extra charge.It is hard to find that kind of service nowadays. We had called around and their battery prices were the same as everyone else in the area.

I have changed my customer service review. I am paralyzed and it's hard for me to get in and out the car. Brady had excellent customer service and he even put the oil in for me!!! Thank you auto zone for helping this disabled girl today.

We stopped on a trip to get our batteries tested. Guy did not have a clue what he was doing. What a waste of time.

Ran into some brake issues on day one of our holidays, and these guys not only had the parts we needed in stock, they were good enough to lend a few tools so we could get back up and running. Andy and the guys were SUPER helpful and definitely got our vacation back on track! Highly recommend this place and am grateful they have such awesome store hours!!Thanks again!

(driving from Mississippi with Columbia Falls, Montana, as one of my road trip stops) MANY MANY Thanks to Roger and Cory for very rapid help with my issue. Because it did not require a lot of time or work, I bought what I needed and they were happy to replace the parts for me right then n there on the spot ... and I was back to being 'street legal' in about 15 minutes. Thanks, again, fellas!

I ordered a starter for my car a d I was told that it would be in the following day. About an hour later I was called back and told that it would not be in until Wednesday. No problem. But when we arrived after driving over two hours to the Auto Zone we were told that they did not have our starter or any information about the order.

They took care of me very well. The guys here seem to have pretty good knowledge and a they have a friendly enviroment. Plus they offer a first responder discount! Just ask them at the checkout.

I always find myself in this store. The staff is really helpful and rarely do I go in here and not get any assistance. Which apparently is something I need because I have been mistaken about what I needed more than I care to admit. Seems whoever is helping me has a very tactful way of telling me I am wrong, which obviously is something I appreciate. The prices are comparable to everywhere else and the online presence is super helpful. Thanks Autozone. I highly recommend stopping by here.

Always been happy before,but last time a few days ago,l was almost pushed out of the by a large employee to Hoover over a goodlooking girl. Girls tellme they hate that, and so do I. I still think they are great.

This autozone is AMAZING! My car broke down while traveling in Glacier National Park and I had my car towed to this location. The manager Michael Tucker was incredible at assisting me with my issue. He helped test my starter to determine it had died and helped me pick out a replacement that fit my vehicle. He even provided me with the tools to do the swap right there in the parking lot. Cannot say thank you enough to Michael for his help. This location is lucky to have such a wonderful manager and I would recommend him and this store to anyone. Thank you for your help during a tough time!

Plugged my code reader into my truck and it told me what I needed,and what it costs. Asked AutoZone to do the same,only no codes came up, and could not find any of the parts I needed,and would not type the part name as it was written on my code reader to help find the part. Thought may be incorrect spelling or phrases were not allowing their computer to find what I needed. I even spelling out the words only to have the employee say part does not exist. I went to Columbia Falls AutoZone from Kalispell and have the same thing happen, but to my relief the employee entered in my request as I read it off the code reader, still could not find the part I needed. Vehicle is in limp mode needs a transmission pressure switch that I'm going to have to order online without getting to make sure that it is the right part to begin with

I'm in a wheelchair and the guys at AutoZone went and got me everything I needed and brought it back to me. I really appreciate that. The AutoZone in Columbia Falls is awesome. Thank you AutoZone

Ugh!!! Talk about a long wait... when they gave me the wrong part number in the first place... couldn't even blame it on transposing numbers... just not into doing their job right the first time.

Used to like this place, but has gone down hill lately. Was given three wrong parts the last couple of months and no real apology. Not worth my 45 mile round trips. Will do business O'Reilly from now on they seem to care about their customers.
