Sending a huge thank you to the team at this Napa Auto Parts! Dan, Shawn and Lynn Friede really helped us with a problem we were having with a fitting for towing our car behind our motorcoach. They didn't have the part, but took the time to investigate and then fix the part that was broken.I'd say this was above and beyond service!!! And they didn't charge anything and tried to turn down a gratuity. We left it anyways.Thank you!!!

Normally great, but wouldn't accept a return on a brand new unused battery with a receipt. I feel a bit cheated. Last Napa battery I used in that same vehicle left me stranded on the road 16 times. It was new and the exact same kind as the much cheaper Wal-Mart brand I replaced it with that never once let me down. Years later I now need a new one and am stuck with something I won't use just because I had to send someone to get me a new battery and I told him not to buy Napa brand but they talked him into it and refuse to exchange it.Update... The battery he wouldn't return died in less than 4 months.

I went to the store/auto shop to drop off a UPS package. They all said hi to me as I entered and were pleasant throughout the transaction.
