Person who answered the phone couldn t be bothered to get up and check to see how long their wait time for an oil change. Maybe it was 1 car? Maybe it was 5? Went to jiffy lube instead. At least they were up front.

I went to get my tires balanced as I had purchased my tires at another Walmart. I arrived at 7:06 AM and they were to have opened at 7 AM. There was a gentleman in front of me. Nobody came out to my car until 7:37 AM and told me it would be approximately a two hour wait unless there was an oil change that came in, and then it would be longer. I drove 20+ miles to get this done early in the morning when they were supposed to have opened. This place is a joke! There s no such thing as customer service. As much money as Walmart makes, you would think they would have plenty of people that will show up on time to service the tires and oil changes.

Took them 4 1/2 hours for 4 new tires and mount and balance also had a appointment with them. My wheel weights fell off in first week. Slowest service ever experienced in my life.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Big GIANT thank you to the gentleman who helped me this afternoon (1/27/2022). I arrived with my two and one year old, and the man with the gray mustache who was wearing a neck gaiter was so beyond kind and accommodating. My girls were upset and in desperate need of a nap, and you were so kind and encouraging, explaining that you have 10 grandkids of your own. You don t know how refreshing it is as a new mom to encounter anyone in the service industry as kind and patient as you are. It truly turned my day around, and I hope you know that you make a difference! I will be back! You re amazing!Service: Oil change

The guys at the auto center really made me feel listened too it is uncommon for me as a female to have anyone hear me out about what I would like done to my vehicle and it was so refreshing to have them actually listen it was amazing and I truly appreciated it

Waited 2 hours for my tire value to be fixed. Had to leave without work being done becuase they kept doing oil changes of people that came in way after me. His reply was yeah we try and get through oil changes first. And my cold food got hot whole waiting so long. I will never go back to this walmart for tire stuff

Had to do half the work myself, manager was rude beyond belief, and on top of all that the weights to balance the tires fell off within a couple blocks. Saved your money, there's cheaper places to go that do better work. Will never be going back for automotive work again!

I don't learn my lesson. I've dropped vehicles of here to get serviced with the idea of getting shopping done then picking up the vehicle. The vehicle is NEVER done. Last 4 times: 1. new tires+oil change: 6 hours!, 2. oil change: 3 hours, 3. oil change+tire rotation: 3 hours and couldn't do tire rotation, 4. oil change + tire rotation: 4 hours and I stopped them before they did the rotation because they suck and I didn't have another 4 hours to waste. Worst in town, avoid!

The gentlemen working there are incredible. Saved us when we had car problems and were stranded. Not only were they helpful, but their attitudes and encouragement made the experience ten times less stressful

Called for a quote and couldn t get a straight answer. Guy kept saying, I don t know the specifics on what your car needs. I tried giving them to him and he just kept saying the same thing. If you don t want to do your job, just say so and don t lie to your potential customers.

I can t say enough about Joe the Manager and Kayden (I think this was his name). I got a hole in my tire and come over from Sheridan, MT because all of our tire shops are closed on Saturday. I wanted to replace two rear tires but since my vehicle is AWD I needed to replace all 4. I didn t want to spend it on all tires so asked Joe to plug the one tire since we purchased the tires at this Walmart. While I was waiting, Joe came and asked how much time I had. I asked why. He said we are going to give you all four for free. Come to find out, they had put on a mismatched tire of a different size than the other three over a year ago. He said, we feel bad and I d rather be safe than sorry. So, to the crew at the Tire Center in Butte, Thank you so much! God is so good!

Very large parking lot which allows RV parking. It is across from a small airport but I don't think a single plane took off during our overnight stay and it is a mile or so from the interstate, so fairly quiet. Store was clean and well stocked, although the lines were fairly long - only 2 or 3 lines open on a Friday night and no express line available. But I would definitely stop here again.

Went for an oil change and battery replacement, priced a battery for $98. Battery installed $119.84. Core fee $12 dollar charge. Core fee voided $12.00. Came in to get a piece of extra plastic/protection off my little bug expecting to wait and pay, but was helped immediately and with no cost! Totally saved me on my trip to Glacier. Forever thankful.

They were able to do oil change on our car last minute. Friendly staff! Jesse and Jacob were awesome at the auto care center.

jamie and david are amazing! I'm not going to go into detail just incase they get into trouble lol but they went above and beyond for me! totally made my day. I highly recommend they get raises!!!!

They couldn t correctly look up a tire warranty I purchased from Walmart. They couldn t even have the original store fax it. So we wound up paying for a tire when it should have been covered. They told us at first it would be $10 then we paid $50.83. Then we get on the road and the darn tire isn t even balanced.

I watched the truck ahead of me and it took them 30 minutes just to replace the oil! It should take 5 minutes. Service manager blew me off. I left. Nov 21, 21 2 pm.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

After saying online they have my size tires, I get there and they don't even stock those. I have to order them.

There is never anything in the dairy case. There are times they don't even have milk. During peek shopping times the Isles are full and cluttered with pallets of new merchandise. the lines are long and they are understaffed.

I never go here for work of any kind. Untrained staff and do not trust them with my vehicles.
