Easy access, excellent service and clean equipment. Our truck was clean and warming up when we got there on a cold morning. The app worked well to go through the truck at the beginning and end of our use. Very happy we chose uhaul.

Horrible customer service! I will never be a customer again after all the problems we had to deal with, all over them not keeping there world. They all of a sudden are charging me for things I was told was resolved and that I was all good, until I try to empty my unit. They just want money and they will lock up the storage units and hold your property for any little reason.The staff have bad communication between there fellow co workers and don't keep there word.

I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from the Butte U-Haul rental location during the Montana Folk Festival. Manager Jessica and her team truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for the event.The rental equipment provided was of great quality and made the festival logistics a breeze. Easy-to-use equipment is always a plus, and U-Haul delivered on that front, making setup and transportation hassle-free.I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Manager Jessica and the team for their outstanding support and dedication. Asked for unlimited miles. The guy told me he gave me 100 and that would be plenty for my move. Found out after the fact he only gave me 79 miles, less than I needed to even get to my new place and he could see that with the address I gave him. Uhaul ended up charging me almost 100% more for "extra" mileage than what I paid for the initial rental and were not to be bothered about the UHaul employee misinforming me or that my initial request was not taken into account at all. What an awful rental experience. Always go with Penske, they don't pull scams like this in my experience, and Penske has always treated me with decency and respect like a valued customer. Not Uhaul. Never again Uhaul.

Outstanding customer service. The manager, Jessica, is by far the best U-Haul manager I have ever dealt with. She helped me both times with a storage unit and truck rental. Amazing service and would recommend!

Jared and the crew were extremely helpful. Given the current landscape of rental vehicles today we definitely had to work to find this one... Especially living in Bozeman which definitely required a lot of planning, but the team there in Butte did a good job of remaining patient and trying to find the best options for my fiance and I. Thanks again, you guys.

Reserved a truck and trailer, website said equipment was there. 2 days before I need to pick up the truck, pack up and leave they send me a TEXT MESSAGE to call them (They must only have 1 way phones?). I called just to hear them say that they do not have the trailer, and that I have to drive on icy roads 90 miles to Bozeman (180 round trip) to pick it up my self, just so I can turn around and drive right back to Butte. Normally this would not be a huge issue, but for dang near $2,400, you would think they would at least try and correct their mistake or make it right ($50 discount? are you kidding me? That's the best you can offer?) I went to another company, saved $300, got a 16ft truck instead of a 15ft, and they have the trailer I needed, and I only need to drive 30 min out of my way instead of 90. Uhaul has certainly lost my business for good!

Jen and Jared were amazing! Super caring we had to drive from Lewistown all the way to Bozeman then found out there was no truck then Jen called had one in butte so we had to drive 2 more hours to pick up in butte then drive back to Lewistown.... Jen left an amazing note with 25 dollars to have lunch on her ...super fricken cool how much they understood the struggles we were having and Jared helped us with any and all discounts he could give to make up for the miles we lost super appreciate them both very helpful , nice and sincere!

Jessica and her team went above and beyond to help me get home. They didn't have what I needed at that location so Jessica found it and reserved it for me then got me to the truck. Her team got my truck hooked up for towing then were there to help me when plans changed again. I don't know how I would have made it home without them!

They robbed us we paid in full for service and didnt get anyway 4 days ago was supposed to be delivered then was not then hubby called they claimed that we didn't rent one then he sated you pull money out of bank and there b it was they delivered it in a illegal parking spot according tob7-2-5 under general parking it. Then was called by me asking it to be moved to back jessic York stated she would but never did so after 3pm sometime came back and took the uhal even thou I talked to other person before that who said she would go back and put in the yard but instead of that she took it then my husband and her talked and she said would bring back next day didn't come what a surprise then made excuses saying he was rude yes was rude but so was staff and unprofessional going to call the police tommrow make a report of being took our money and didn't give properly service they scamed us

Worst experience we've ever had. We had a 10-ft truck reserved and when we got there to pick it up if they didn't have any instead we had to go to the next town and get a 15 foot. It's way bigger than we need, very difficult to drive in wind and weather and much more costly with gas10 minutes into our trip the engine light came on and we had to make our way back to the office. These vehicles are so old they should be out of business.

We love the employees and management at the location in Greatfalls beside the KFC but it seems like every time we come in they are having POS problems, this is a big inconvenience to the employee and myself.

I didn't care for the individual on the phone, wasn't very knowledgeable, and couldn't give me a price on the trailer I was trying to rent, I even asked for a ballpark I had to call a different U-Haul in a different town to get the answers I was looking for.

It's a bit pricey for the size of the units but it's inside and dry and the chances of someone breaking into your unit and stealing all your stuff is highly unlikely
