Tammy was extremely helpful they didn't have the plates I wanted in and she kept me updated through email when plates came in. Ended up getting a plate from what they had when my 40 day temp expired. Even not getting the plate style I hoped for it was the most pleasant and helped I've felt at any dmv/vehicle registration

It was very good. They were all busy and helpful. I had forgotten my card they mail you to renew my tags,she looked it right up. Our courthouse is so beautiful,a must see if you are walking around Butte,and not from here.

Super nice people. Title transfer was painless. This courthouse is really awesome and historic on the inside. That alone is worth a trip there!

Seriously need some customer service training. Lady seemed annoyed with me before I even opened my mouth. "Conversation" was impatient and condescending, punctuated with a series of eyerolls and sighs. Completely unprofessional.

Linda is amazing, she is always very helpful, courteous and friendly. Everyone else could use attitude adjustments! They are rude and impatient, on the phone and in person.

Can't give it 5 stars cause who likes giving money to the government... But, the clerk was extremely helpful, efficient, and very friendly. That deserves 6 stars!

Totally incompetent group. Went in for appointment during COVID for Real ID. Story changed for paperwork requirements from call to office, to in-person discussion where a consensus had to be reached among 4 women on what is considered acceptable. Three women acted like school age girls giggling when they saw my license photo outcome which looks like a mug shot, but they never gave option to retake the photo. I also requested to register to vote, but the request never reached the Elections office. Now I must waste time going to Helena Elections office. Time for an office overhaul.

A lady made me wait overnight for an answer. Next day when I called back, a lady told me that I am not allow to call them back. She mentioned it was a very busy office. I only called them three times. Poor customer service I experienced.

Would have been 5 stars but there was no parking signs all over because a movie is being filmed.

I've lived in 7 states and Germany (Retired Army) and this is the friendliest and most responsive of them all. Very thankful for these folks!
