Have a '22 Heartland Pioneer RG27 that needed warranty work. Called to schedule service, and was told "If you didn't buy it here, we won't service it." Well, no problem. Not only will I never buy anything from them, I'll make sure everyone knows why.

Bob at the service counter saved me $1000 dollars today. He had and found a needed part for my furnace and told me what was likely not working! Best ever RV service experience. I wish any of the others were even close.

Had a minor failure on my RV 2,250 miles from home. Rocky Mountain RV went above and beyond to help get our issue resolved right there first time. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the area and need assistance or are in the market for a new RV. A++++ all the way around. Helpful, friendly, passionate about RV's and a great location.

Gary was awesome to work with and Sandy. We went in on a whim just looking. We looked at older options and they were more than willing to show us. Showed us the Aspen Trails and then Wild Woods. When we said we weren t sure if this was the time they were fine with that. Let us really explore and think about it and provide which of the brands would be better for early season, late fall and even winter dry camping. Credit process was longer but turned out well. Sandy did a great job and found us a loan within our price range and at a hometown bank. Toyota in town didn t have the part needed for our hitch so they even delivered to our house and got it all hooked up the next day. Mike did a great and comical walk through of our trailer making sure we understood every aspect of being first time owners. Thumbs up to this place !

Not only are the products great quality, the entire staff will take excellent care of you! My husband and I look for great customer service and at Rocky Mt.RV, the service was so wonderful, we went right back when we were ready to trade up! Thanks Bary, Sandy, Mike and everyone who helped to make our experience fantastic and fun.

When we need repairs or upgrades completed on our 2019 Tiffin Phaeton, the ONLY place we will take our RV is to Rocky Mountain RV and Marine.Michelle, Margie, and Sam at the service desk are exceptional; they have always been able to get our RV scheduled and returned to us ON TIME and without DELAYS. John, who services/repairs our RV, has always been willing to share his knowledge, is willing to take the time to answer our questions (and fix any problem our RV has developed).We cannot say enough good about Rocky Mountain RV and their staff! My only wish is that they were authorized Tiffin dealers... because Rocky Mountian is "heads and shoulders" above any other RV dealer/service center within the greater Albuquerque area.

Highly recommended. Not only did we get a great deal on our new trailer, we got a fair price for our trade-in. The service department went out of their way to meet our needs & get us ready for the first trip out, as well as doing it all in short amount of time. Great business, wonderful people!!

It has been a number of years since we have owned an RV. At first we weren't sure what kind we wanted, but Gary helped us get focused on all the things that were important to us. He was very helpful, low-pressure, and a great guide throughout the process. Everyone who works there was very personable and friendly, plus they helped us obtain great financing that would work with our budget. A completely positive experience!

Had a great sales experience with Rocky Mountain RV. I bought a 2017 Aspen Tail 2750BHS, and the staff was great from start to finish. Gary was very informative, and best of all not at all pushy. He answered all of my questions, gave me a good offer on my trade, and did everything he said he would. Sandy in financing was very efficient in handling my paperwork, and I got a great rate through Rocky Mountain...beating all of my banks. Mike was very thorough on the walkthrough of my new trailer. He was extremely patient, covered all functions of the trailer, outside and in, and answered all of my questions. Very nice to have a pain-free purchase. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain RV and would again purchase from them in the future. Thanks!

We purchased an RV from Rocky Mountain RV several years ago and were quite pleased with the purchase and the subsequent service that they provided. However when I recently called up Rocky Mountain RV service department to have some work done on an RV that we purchased elsewhere, the manager made it very clear to me that because we didn't purchase our RV from them, that we are second class customers. Even though the service needed was relatively simple, they didn't want to be bothered. I am normally an easy going guy, and get along well with people, but I was stunned and appalled with the attitude of Rocky Mountain RV. There has been a change of ownership in the company since our first RV, and perhaps that explains the indifferent attitude. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them because of this.

Barry was a pleasure to work with. Your finance department was wonderful everything was done over the phone before I got there. Price was good I would recommend this to any friend. Service department helped him out my Cable for my hitch.

Horrible service! $80,000 rig delivered with multiple water issues. Later, they refused to come help unjam the door, which was reported as an issue from the day we bought the rig. They wanted us to pay some RV service man, after we bought an extensive extended warranty, but it likely would not have covered service not rendered by a certified person. I was left stranded outside, while our dogs were inside, for hours until a friend helped to open the door. All I got from Rocky Mountain was dressed down because I was upset on the phone that they were not willing to honor the arrangement we made in the fall. We were told they would fix the issues in the spring if they persisted. As we live in the rig, we can't just leave it at their shop for service.

The whole process was smooth and easy. We got the RV of our dreams with an incredible price. There is a reason people come here from all over the country to purchase. I recommend you ask for Bary and enjoy your experience as much as we did!

Just purchased a new wilderness travel trailer from Barry. Very nice experience and it was a pleasure working with someone that knows their products. I would have given five stars but the walk through on the trailer wasn t perfect. Minor issues and what appears to be a lack of communication in several areas. The only other area that could use a little improvement was the finance area. I requested several things and several of those had to be corrected before I would sign. Overall my experience with these folks was very good and I will come back when I am ready to buy another trailer.

I purchased a new Aspen Trail this past summer for a reasonable price and used it. At Summer's end I returned it to get some warranty items corrected. They did a great job in a timely manner. Thanks Kim!

I constantly have my 2020 aspen trail in for service, and when I get it back 90% of the time so far the issues is not fixed. With added issues... And the parts guy just wants to shrug his shoulders and roll his eyes all the time. But as far as salesmen and finance go, absolutely great people. Also Nathaniel, my camper isnt even one year old yet so thanks for lying. It's been in 3 times in the last month. About to be there again today. Check your records again. Osnt my fault your service sucks and people dont keep records... good thing I do

This place is a busy one for good reason. Rocky Mountain RV staff are the best! The salesman, Bary went ABOVE and BEYOND in assisting us with the perfect RV for our family; Sandy made the financing experience very PLEASURABLE; Mike and Bob in the parts department are AWESOME and very informative to work with; and the owner Nathan was very ATTENTIVE to our needs. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and most importantly the special memories we made over the summer. We had the opportunity bond with family members who have been out of touch for quite some time. We do not regret our purchase for one single moment and would recommend that everyone "Go RV'ing" - with Rocky Mountain RV! ~ The Hamblin Family

We went to a few dealerships and this one was the best. Gary Corbin took good care of us, we got an Aspen Trail Mini 1700BH. And Mike took his time showing us how to operate it. Great experience here.

Rocky Mountain TV is simply the best. Great sales, service, helpful experienced and patient staff. And the store has everything. I bought a 37 foot mallard in 2005 and just bought a sandstorm slc 203 sandstorm toy hauler and couldn't be happier.

My wife and I just bought a new Rubicon Toy Hauler and it was a great experience. Financing with Sandy was quick and painless. The team at Rocky Mountain RV has always been very helpful. This is the second Toy Hauler we have purchased with Rocky Mountain.

As for buying anything the credit process is long.The staff from greeting you, to exploring their large inventory, to working with you to include the extras and put the package together. We're courteous and very helpfull.Sandy assured that all the paperwork was completed and that I understood every aspect of the process.Mike went over the entire trailer with me. Encouraging my participation and providing clear instruction on the systems of the unit.Thanks guys, it really was apleaure.

Best buying experience ever! The crew at Rocky Mountain RV went over the operation of our rv with us, assisted in the preparation of our pickup to handle the truck camper. Couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely shop there for all my rv needs.

We stopped in because we were having a problem with the film on the top of our RV. We had not purchased the trailer from them, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the materials we needed and explaining in detail how to fix the problem. I am so grateful to them for all their help. It saved our vacation!! I highly recommend this business. Thanks again!!

***WARNING*** Do not consider taking your RV to this company for repairs unless you like being lied to, and your time wasted.We had a leaking hot water heater and contracted a repair with Rocky Mountain RV for a specific day and time. We arrived ahead of time, checked in with the service department (hard to use the term service). We coordinated with Mike so the replacement water heater was there ahead of the repair. We dropped our RV and went into town to do some sightseeing. Three hours later we returned and our RV was in the same place and no work in progress.We went to the service area and got no where with Mike so asked to speak with one of the owners, Pete West. He told us that there was no way the repair was going to be done that day, that his shop was working on vehicles that they just sold and could not get to our vehicle. We explained that we had made the arrangements a week ago and were headed to Helena after the repair; we are full timers and live in this RV. The fact that his company committed to do the repair that day made no impact, in fact he told us that he was not going to drop work on thousand-dollar jobs to fix ours for several hundred -- just didn t matter to him that his company made a promise. Some people understand that a business is built on having a good reputation, not Pete West of Rocky Mountain RV in Butte, MT.Butte and Anaconda are really interesting cities to visit, we encourage you to visit and spend your money there, just do not honor Rocky Mountain RV with your business, you have been WARNED!! We loaded up, after wasting four hours and will have our RV repaired by the good folks in Missoula.

So not impressed with these folks from the sales aspect. Went in to discuss selling my 5th wheel as hubby and I bought a cabin and no longer need the camper; as camper was still hard-lined to site, sales if someone could come to our location to look at unit. We were told no problem but apparently, it was. Had to make multiple calls to sales guy to inquire when someone would show up as he couldn't be bothered to keep me in the loop. After a week of this nonsense, he tells me that they don't do consignment or outright buy. Thanks for wasting my time.

I purchased my very first Toy Hauler from Bary at Rocky Mt. RV. He's an awesome guy. Super friendly, and way cool! If you need a trailer, this is the place to go!!
